@Nahm Thank you well it's possible to do on this forum already, clearly -
@bejapuskas Seems like honest communication to me. I'm not seeing any signs that she wanted him to break up with her. I think she was just honestly expressing her conflict. But I don't know either. It's simply interesting that both our projections differ so vastly

Looks to me like a spontaneous (Kundalini?) awakening Well, conceptualising it is useless ultimately. Except to point out that my conceptual knowledge indicates that this is good and nothing to worry about. But you know that by now. How are you feeling today?

@Leo Gura You don't see any problem with releasing a bunch of notes and stamping them "Straight from God"? This is also how the Bible started, and we all know how that went... It does look to me like you're being reckless and not making enough of an effort to avoid starting a religion. You have a responsibility here. You're basically saying: "I have the secret potion to talk to Infinite Intelligence, and with that, my scribblings bear more meaning than yours" It sounds a lot like: "I am the chosen one." It's not, but regardless of what you mean, consider what people will read into it, and take some responsibility for the consequences. You're inviting cult dynamics with this crap. -

@Enlightenment That got dark quickly. Are you okay? -

@pluto Healing ends with gratitude for the experience, the difficulty, the journey, and being happy with what you learnt from it. Healing is when someone says: "I wouldn't have wanted it any other way." Tell me, how does it help to give energy to this "mistake" paradigm (yes, call it unwise, same judgment), if the end goal is to be grateful that it happened? -

Primal Therapy This really opened me up. Since I did that I have no choice anymore but to live my Truth I was shown that most of my blocks are indeed from childhood. Even if my childhood was fine and uneventful. And a lot was let go there. I used to believe that neurotic problems like anxiety and depression were a problem to overcome in the present. No more. With the right guidance, you can go back and uproot the cause, and be free. -

Fair enough! @Leo Gura If you feel like sharing, I'm curious as well -

Are you under the impression that Leo is an enlightened master? -

@pluto Don't abuse this thread to further your personal ideology, if all it can do is freak the person out. You clearly have a problem with the use of psychedelics for non-'masters', as you define them. And this case fits nicely into that, for you. But the net result is that you're making the topic starter feel like he made a mistake. Just so you can feel like you were right. Let's focus on helping the person. He did NOT make a mistake. Everything is happening exactly as it's supposed to. Trust ☮ -

@pluto On the one hand you say it's all infinite intelligence, on the other hand you're saying Khalifa should have made a different choice. Have you considered that his choice is part of that infinite intelligence? That his path is supposed to be, whatever it turns out to be? -

That's your ego trying to maintain control How would you feel about letting go of the idea that you can influence it in any way? Wouldn't that be more peaceful? -
Oh you know what you have to do already? Then what's the point of asking? Seriously. Nobody here is going to kick you in the butt. That's going to be your job. Why don't you post progress reports here, instead of whining and playing the victim of your own shitty attitude. We'd all be happy to be supportive when you're ready to take action.

You're missing the subtler point I'm making. -
@bejapuskas What part are you getting that from? Doesn't resonate here

Outside your comfort zone is where it's at. The sooner you realise that, the better! No growth possible without doing scary things. Sorry, that's just the beauty of it! You'll want to get comfortable with a certain level of discomfort. Not stressing and burning out completely, but also not stagnating. Find the level of uncomfortable you can handle, and play around there until your comfort zone stretches. Can you go up to a girl you like and only say hi? If not, you can start with people you don't feel attracted to. Can you do that?

I'm not criticizing you, so no need to apologize or defend. I'm trying to point out something that happens to all of us, which is good to be aware of. Which is: you're taking ownership of the piece of enlightenment that happened for her because of a conversation with you. You feel proud that this happened because of you. That is fine, but there is a way to view it that is more empowering for her. For example: your girlfriend was blessed with some insights, during a great conversation with a great partner, and you got to be a part of that process for her. In this way you can focus more on being grateful for the both of you for the beautiful conversations and transfer of wisdom that you both got to participate in, instead of who gets credit. This is what I mean. I'm not saying it's wrong, but to be mindful of how we tend to take ownership. If this is the purpose for your relationship, which I think is beautiful and I commend you for it, you'll find that it will actually go smoother and be more fruitful once you let go of being the doer. -
@whoareyou I think you have crossed the line from direct to simply disrespectful, and it is not clear to me that you are intent on being helpful. From what I can see, you're simply being arrogant and putting others down for your own enjoyment. If you want to do that, there are other forums that may be better suited for you. I suggest you change your attitude or go find those.

So it seems odd to you but not harmful? -
I'm taking a 6 day Tantra workshop in October. I've done it once before, about 17 months ago, so I know the programme pretty well. There is one exercise that I participated in the first time, not knowing anything about Kundalini, and now that I do, I'm considering refusing to do it. But if you guys think it's harmless, I would prefer to participate, because it is kind of fun. So I would like your input on how sane this is to do: Find sensitive pressure points on your hipbone, tailbone, and between shoulderblades Have 3 people press on them with their elbows or knuckles and put their full weight on it. It quickly becomes very painful and you start moaning/crying/screaming After some minutes of torture, they sit you up on your knees and start to hammer on the base of your spine with their fists, producing vibrations through your spine At a certain point, you are said to be "loose", and people start poking you on the spine and on the chest, playing with you like a string. Your spine reacts very strongly to any touch and starts bending, waving and contorting. Some minutes of playing with the spine motions follow, where there is usually contorting, and uncontrolled breathing and screaming that happens automatically. It felt to me like orgasmic waves were traveling through my spine, helped by my breath. I've heard from someone that he had a Kundalini experience the same night when he participated in the exercise, something about a strong energy buzzing in his body when he tried to sleep, and a ball of light and love - or something. I didn't notice anything from it except feeling 'looser' in the spine and being able to summon rushes of pleasure more easily, just by moving/dancing. I still have that today. What do you think: should I skip it? My concern is that during the workshop, there was no explanation whatsoever about what Kundalini is, or the strange and sometimes devastating phenomena that can occur when you mess with it. I only read about that later and felt a bit shocked and cheated.

@cetus56 This is just one exercise, taking up a couple hours within a 6 day programme. It is a retreat. I really do like everything else. And I was fine with this too, but now that I've read up, I don't know what to think of it. -

I understand that...I think And actually indeed the first time I did the exercise in blissful ignorance, it went fine. It's just that I've read that forceful techniques are dangerous and bad, since. Great to hear Hope so too! -

Watch your ego here taking the position of the teacher. -
I know. But if the man gets more attached and clingy than the woman, brace yourself... He will be punished
