Learn to access your own emotions while talking, and transmit them. What you feel, they feel.

That's not a lot. And you are putting in the work. My suggestion: Look into Tantra. This can help you restore your relationship and trust with the other sex, deepen your empathy, and get honest feedback from women. Probably there is an organisation in your country that organises courses. I've had amazing jumps in development thanks to 'TheNewTantra', which is in Europe and Scandinavia.

@Dlavjr So we've determined that 18% of women meet your criteria. So the bottleneck is not the criteria. Why are we even still talking about that?! The bottleneck here is how many women you're meeting! Pickiness is a non-issue until there actually are women to pick from. How many are you meeting a week? Per month? And how? Because based on previous calculations by @Spiral, every 6th woman should be a good one!

I love how you guys are on a similar path, with one a few steps ahead, and able to share wisdom to actually help quicken the development and save some time. Very fruitful topic, this one. ?

@fridjonk Alright, that's good money, congratulations! Are they of temporary nature? If so, how come?
-
@fridjonk That link does work, thanks Have you personally bought the course? If so, if you don't mind my asking, do you have a store and how much money is it making?

This is a guaranteed offender but I tend to say that empathy is a luxury The bulk of people are tired, scared, needy, or some combination thereof. They could be way more empathetic if their needs were met, they had time to relax, and their worries were soothed. On the other side of that, look at what people will do when they can't feed their families. From hunting rare animals to extinction, all the way to cannibalism!
-
@fridjonk So you say, but how were you able to purchase the course if the website doesn't even work?
-
Site doesn't work. The 'get started' button leads to a page that tells me I should have some kind of login and password. That's an epic fail conversion wise
-
@Espaim Awesome! And if it doesn't work for you after 3 weeks, try the next! Keep us posted

This is good advice! I copy this to my onenote. I've made similar mistakes with getting lost in impractical unnecessarily complex and fun solutions that eat up all my time and don't even get finished. I think I subconsciously needed everything I did to be special in some way. My self-worth was tied up with doing everything in my own special way. Very impractical.

is it? I've also heard people recommend just picking one technique that you like and sticking with it.

I've personally been witness of 25 people radically transforming their life and state of being for the better by going back to childhood and processing old pain. Myself included. I've been very vocal about how much I feel that has helped me. I didn't even know how healthy my self esteem could be until I did that. Seligman can say whatever he wants, I value direct experience.

Hey how about a little context -
flowboy replied to AlphaAbundance's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@AlphaAbundance What problems do you mean, and can you describe how you expect them to be solved? -

I've seen a woman on youtube who was over 90 days of fasting using just minerals and water, she was skinny to begin with and easily could have gone longer. Why would someone leave their body on purpose upon realizing profoundness? Leo has realised plenty of profoundness and he's not in a hurry to kill himself. Neither has Sadhguru. I haven't heard of any spiritual master leaving the body early. It doesn't make sense. My money's on: forgot to take his sodium and potassium and had a heart failure, because he didn't know how to fast safely. -
@Justinsantos98 What is your actual question? This is just incoherent.

Why try to be vegetarian when you're poor? Just eat the best things you can get for your budget. But that's just me. Even being vegetarian, just eat eggs for protein and ditch the soy! Trying that a few weeks is not going to kill you. You're thinking in problems. Think in solutions. 3 times a week you do exactly what your instructor wants? Great, then you pick a fourth day a week where you do heavy squats, deadlifts and hip thrusts. And write down how sexual you feel that day, and the day after. It's not gonna kill ya. I don't need to see your training program in detail, I'm just asking: are you lifting heavy weights? Do you do compound exercises that involve your quads and your glutes (thighs and butt)? Do you sweat like a pig and suffer and want to cry and scream and wish you were dead while you work out? If not, try that and see what it does for you. And maybe it won't help, but seriously, if you're not willing to make changes and try things, how are you going to figure out what works for you...

Soy messes with your hormones (it's estrogenic), try getting rid of it. Also, what do you do in the gym? Does it include hip thrusts, heavy squats and deadlifts? Those make me feel super sexual after.

@Farnaby So, pretty similarly?
-
@Farnaby The passion you feel for your partner often correlates with the passion with which you approach the world. How's your life purpose doing?

We agree there. And: I've been there. With and without psychedelics, I have these moments of flow where it's not really me speaking, but the words deeply resonate. Moderate doses of psilocybin or LSD cause me to spontaneously start talking about nonduality and raving about infinite love and the illusion of dualities to whomever is with me at that moment. If I write that down as the words of God, it is relatively harmless because I don't have a large radically-openminded audience adoring me. If Leo does it, he is being irresponsible in my opinion, and should emphasize that it is a trip report to avoid inviting new religious dogma, cult dynamics and people beating each other over the head with it because they misunderstand it as holy words. Otherwise where are we headed? A cult with Leo as a medium, an oracle channeling Infinite Intelligence through squirting potions up his butt. I'm being crass to paint a picture, I mean no disrespect. If it turns out that way, that would be funny though. -
flowboy replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
My point exactly. There is nothing to be kept secret, because Leo's trip was about things that can't be communicated through words anyway. It has to be experienced. Which is why it is foolish to label it the word of God, or making any claims like 'Infinite Intelligence said X to me'.
