  1. We can not talk God. We cannot think God. You are looking at the screen, seeing hieroglyphs. Your mind makes sense of these hieroglyphs by attaching meaning to them. It's a social construct. We can't use language to deconsturct language, but we can use language to see the limitations of it. We can be God. We can experience God.
  2. It seems that what we call a "thought" does not, in reality, disappear. Everything that describes a "thought" disappears, therefore a "thought" as we know it is no longer looked at with attachment. Everything else just seems to keep collapsing after that.
  3. Every time I go to shower I turn on cold water at the end and stand there for some time. I have been doing this for quite a long time now, currently I am at my personal record at showers without passing the cold water part. What I have just noticed, that I started postponing showers in general more and more...
  4. Yeah. funny, isn't it? It's all fun and insignificant with showers, or at least we tell ourselves so. This makes me wonder, if the mind can so subtly and barely noticeably shuffle around such an "insignificant" thing as a cold shower, what does it do with the things it is really afraid of? Hooohoho
  5. I think this would be an interesting topic. I have noticed a lot of people being blind to the way their mind is associating things, this leads them to confusion. I would love to hear what you have to say about this.
  6. Had a few puffs of weed, was slightly high.
  7. So I listened to music with eyes closed. Feeling rapidly got more and more intense. Eyes started watering, I started sobbing. It was like I just had an orgasm and I kept cumming over, and over, and over again. Waves of pleasure. It got more and more intense so damn fast! The body could barely handle it, it felt so fucking good! Too good! I literally could not handle any more. This was way more intense than any of the psychedelic trips I've had. Wow. So much love it felt like dying. This caught me by surprise. This was the first time I've experienced Love so profound. It's all powerful, undeniable, Godly presence. Gotta give credit to this masterpiece Ramp up the volume!
  8. Gotta love the naysayers. I have found them to be so helpful. Is like fuel to fire.
  9. This is so true. Apparently simply listening to music can be as profound as a psychedelic trip.
  10. It seems to me that Leo is actually being quite nice on this forum, considering the things he's aware of. Imagine being full on God like, reading all this shit we are posting here. ? His approach really resonates with me too. I assume there are others that can say the same. Life kicks our butts, we come here for some comfort only to get ass-whooped once again. And a lot of us need that ass-whooping.
  11. Find out what you want my man. When you do that, find out why you want it. Piece of paper and a pen in undistracted silence is all that's needed for this. All this confusion stems from conflict inside. A disconnect. Connect back with yourself. Feel it.
  12. I have only recently discovered her, can't say ?
  13. Take away a "construction" and you got real knowledge!
  14. We are going in circles in this conversation. Language is a construct to begin with.
  15. @Victor Nunes Prove to me that you can know anything. You can't. By associating things, comparing them, describing them by their shape or whatever, their value relative to us we create and invent "knowledge." It is not true knowledge. It's an invention that serves us. I don't mean this kind of knowledge. Proof becomes just belief if it is not experienced directly by us.
  16. Just a thought experiment. Imagine there is nothing else but you. You just came into being and that was it. Just you. What do you associate yourself with? There is nothing for you to associate yourself with, is there? In this thought experiment knowledge as we know it collapses. There is no more knowledge. What stays?
  17. You are miss-identifying yourself with what you are not at this point.
  18. Apple. Now you have an image of an apple in your mind. Notice the difference between the idea of an apple and an actual apple. You can smell the actual apple, you can taste it. Can you smell the idea of an apple?
  19. You imagine that you have been there in the past and now you are here. Look, time appears to exist and you appear to be moving through time which is not the case. Now is not moving through time, time appears to exist within Now. Your memories are your creations, constructions. They are not true. There is one truth. You are here and now, you have always been. Yeah, maybe 1% of it. The rest is trash. We exchange ideas, not experiences.
  20. What you perceive is real to you. A memory of perception isn't. What exactly is your mother? hospital? you? The problem here is that we come into a conversation, discussion or whatever you may call this with that baggage I had mentioned before. By baggage I mean assumptions, beliefs, attachment, we take a certain position over things. We must see beyond this, otherwise it is like cutting water.
  21. Wrong. Okay, lets assume that we can trust our memory and that memory isn't just an invention of our minds. We look back in "the past" (keep in mind, we are doing it Now) and see images (these come with loads of baggage too) of certain things. Alright, okay. Here is my question to you: does that memory that we have, that "thing" that happened to us in "the past" is the only thing that happened? Something had to happen before that too, no? Your parents birth, grandparents ect. to the big bang... Where is the big bang? In your mind, isn't it? and so on you can go and go all your life imagining things. Out of all that "happened", why do you identify with what you remember? Loads of memories there that you can't recall. You are not perception.
