Hey Tony! Strong determination sitting is amazing, indeed. Its a great practice for equanimity, which is great! Staying equanimous and non-reactive for long periods of time is what you really want. I can’t help you with enlightenment because you are already what you looking for. That doesn’t mean you should stop meditating! Find your own way but remember that what you are looking for is here and not in another dimension or mystical state.

Yes, people live differently. But if people want liberation they have to stop hunting experiences. And if you don’t get that after hundreds 5meo trips then I’m not sure that it is liberation you are looking for

Do as you please but be open that it could change. Seemen retention is not about limiting yourself, it’s the opposite. People who like it feel that they can be even more sexual and they learn that sexual energy is not about ejaculating. They feel sharper and it suits their lifestyle, with or without partner. If you practice your wife will be happy. And we all know that having a happy wife is of great importance! The older one gets the more one should keep it in acording to this philosophy. When you get into it after sometime and still decide to ejaculate you will feel a difference in your energy level. I like to make love and I like being sexual with my wife but if this is good for spirituality or not, I am not sure. Some people say yes and others just like it. Meditation will probably be a better alternative. But then again... Do as you please! Try and experiment. You can always come back to this question later on and see if you want to try.

Meditate and realize it has not gone away. The trip is long gone and what you are looking for is already here. I know you know but it’s very important to not forget! I would never ever want my life to be a continuous 5meo trip. It’s limited. Life is here! Your life! As you are. Wanting something else is suffering. ❤️

Who cares about experiences? I have met many people who have done hundreds of 5meo trips but they still can’t live from stillness and peace. It’s not about seeing reality, it’s about how you live it. How to live consciously continuously. People seem to miss this small detail which leads to liberation.

Many people on the internet are in love with experiences and that they have found something unexplainable. They talk more about experiences and theories than trying to point to what is now. They are absolutely certain how they feel and think. Spirituality and psychedelics can be a HUGE trap because it makes you “know” so much ? which of course is a poor measurement of happiness. And about the critique against Leo that’s been lately. I’m missing from Leos side compassion and love. Those things are really hard to teach and maybe this is not Leo’s job! He has a beautiful mind and he can share good insights and ideas but the one who benefits most from his videos is Leo himself. No one will be enlightened by listening to Leo at the moment of his development. But many people will become free if they practice meditation or other forms of spiritual practices which he is always trying to point out. But how to say things seems to be of more importance than the content itself. I have been disagreeing with Leo for a long long time and yet I love how he speaks and his passion for putting togheter information and how he analyzes it. I’m more inspired by his work efforts than his behavior. If someone is grounded in the heart you can see it in their behavior and their speech. You probably get a clearer feel for how someone is in a 10 minute conversation face to face than watching 1000 hours of video content. Don’t follow other people blindly! Appreciate their uniqueness and let go of the rest. ??

Time, space and all other phenomena is inside consciousness.

What you call ego is attachment to oneself and a set of beliefs. When there’s no attachment anymore you don’t suddenly die. Everything is just as it used to but with the exception that there’s no more desire or attachment to a certain outcome. That doesn’t mean we become vegetables. It’s rater the opposite.

I don’t get Faceless teaching. It’s to much mind noise that I stop reading and go back to my silence. Maybe that’s the point? I don’t know From my point of view the I is not the problem. The I is the only real I can find. But if I points to a body then we have a misunderstanding.

What’s the difference between dream and waking state? Its good to question waking state and to find out what the difference is. And mostly. Who is the one that experience wake, dream, and deep sleep? Does the states change that which experience it?

Do one thing at a time. When meditating, just meditate and nothing else. When studying, study and nothing else. Working hard when it comes to meditation will transform your life. Many people think they can get all the love, peace and happiness in the world with no effort. You have to put in effort before you realize the effortless.

Of course they meditate. Everything is meditation. And even if they don’t have a meditation schedule, they definitely sit down in silence most of the time. Sitting and resting in being. I’m sure many of them meditate “strictly” as well. Meditation helps people to meditate all the time which becomes liberation.

Are you out of your mind? No, you’re not. You are completely in your mind. Say that to adyashanti or any other master that meditation is for egos. Do it and see their response.

Your picture if God is totally amazing Self realization is to know who you are and thus the questions about it stops. You know the universe as a changing phenomena and you can never find yourself in it. Being is the next step. Be as you are. You don’t need questions to be who you are.

Teaching is an art and you know that you don’t need intellect to create art. Artists doesn’t need high intellect.

That’s not right man. Every man uses his intellect. Spiritual teachers is not about teaching intellectual things. It’s more their energy and that is beyond the intellect.
