  1. Steve Schmidt is an interesting character. I like him.
  2. Communication and tact are highly important but the very ignorance that allows for the corruption in the first place, seems to me, of higher importance. As long as the average person doesn't understand basic psychological principles and does nothing to acquire any knowledge of the psyche and the traps it can so easily fall into, it's impossible for them to guard themselves against these "evil factions" that seek to pull their puppet strings. Also, it seems that no amount of good or tactful communication can penetrate some psyches. Maybe we need not only tactful communication, but extreme patience, along with making sure we know what we're talking about. But that is a lot of work. How much of ourselves should we sacrifice trying to contribute to the fixing of our world? I want to answer 100% but it's not that simple.
  3. Why is danioover not banned or at least warned for these behaviors? They constantly argue for argument sake with the goal of being superior It's clear they don't engage in good faith Their rhetoric verges on combative by saying things like "I'm not gonna hurt you, don't run", at the end of unhinged, incoherent rants. They profile stalk in hopes of finding character attacks They are juvenile, comparing their post count to others as a metric to demonstrate their superiority And lots more. Maybe there are circumstances about this character I'm not aware of that makes it best they don't be banned, but if not, it seems at the least, a warning should be in order.
  4. Not everything is a conspiracy bro. I could give two shits about clout on some forum. I just got on this forum the other day when the Trump news came out. Probably had 5 posts before that, over the course of 8 years or however long it's been since the forum started. Look, again, you're reading reality wrong and you're allowing your assumptions to run wild AF with little to no evidence. Just chill. I wouldn't want to be a mod here and I wouldn't even if they begged me to. I just don't care. Relax bro. You read is out of this world wrong. I don't want recognition from a single person here. Let this FACT be a clue to you that you may have a thousands more bricks in your wall of falsehood. Let's go back to not engaging each other.
  5. @Danioover9000 Are you trolling me? Instead of engaging with the main idea, you're throwing insults about how I get my marching orders from Leo. All the while, COMPLETELY avoiding the main idea. Anyway, I gotta get back to work. See ya
  6. @Danioover9000 Here, I'll save you the embarrassment. Also, spare me your adhominems and focus on the point. Here is the problem: Those who don't see Trump as evil are consistently reading reality wrong. Each inaccurate read can be seen as a brick in a wall. These bricks add up over time and reinforce each other. When their wrong reads are pointed out to them, they fortify and entrench by adding more mortar or another brick in the wall. A single brick is easy to destroy when it exists all by itself but when you have 1000 connected bricks, tearing one down is difficult because 999 others help keep it locked in. Removing a single brick from the wall is inconsequential. The only way to tear down your wall of falsehood is by opening your mind. The only way I could assist is if you wanted to tear it down, and of course, you don't, therefore, there is no evidence I can present to you. At best, I will destroy one brick but your wall will stand. But here I am, uselessly banging my head against your brick wall, hoping it will make a difference. Again, please spare me your adhominems. Am I safe to use this brick wall analogy or has Leo mentioned that before too? Edit: Also, Leo does often supply me with words, terms, or phrases that are useful in articulating my existing, original thoughts and so if you think I steal some of his terminology, you are correct. However, he does not give me my positions but rather, reinforces the ones I already have. So it'd be nice if you could understand this as well.
  7. @Danioover9000 you most certainly did not understand my point because you failed to address it. You fail to acknowledge the key point. Can you, right now, without nastiness, articulate to me what my point is?
  8. @Danioover9000 You've never seen Rounders? A "fish" in poker just means incompetent player. I don't think you've understood the main point. I plugged my post into ChatGPT and said "analyze this writing". ChatGPT has correctly interpreted my point. Maybe have a look at it here: https://chatgpt.com/share/6709b94a-c7f1-4fcf-801b-ba5058b2113c Also, I don't consider myself to be highly intelligent and I'm not well-educated but my ability to perceive reality accurately is probably in the 95%+ percentile. Maybe even 99, IDK. I would call this ability a form of intelligence but I'm not well-educated. So I would say you could consider me highly intelligent when it comes to reading reality, but definitely not in terms of cognition and breadth of factual knowledge. I can definitely be wrong about things and often am, but I'm not wrong about this.
  9. @lostingenosmaze In poker, fish have a hard time reading reality accurately. It's not possible to tell a fish how to read reality accurately but it is possible for some fish to have it dawn on them that there is something the winning players can see that they can't, which is GREAT because now the fish can grow. How would I begin to communicate the totality of the vast body of occurrences that, when looked at as a whole by an intelligent person, reveals that Trump is possibly the strongest force for evil currently on the planet? Bringing you specific occurrences doesn't work. It goes something like this: first, you try to pick it apart with logic and reason and when that doesn't work, your mind quickly searches for a both-sides or whataboutism argument and when I deflect those by pointing out fallacy or incomplete information, you start the cycle over again, and so it continues. The end result is usually you become more entrenched in your position. For you or anyone trying to understand what all the fuss is and why intelligent people harp on Trump, it's because, there is something you are not seeing. I'm not using "intelligent" here as a flex or a way to demean but rather, a hint. Why is it that many highly intelligent people consider Trump as dangerous as they do? They might see something you can't, which means it's possible for you to discover what that is... if you try.
  10. I'm sorry, I was hoping my hypothetical thought experiment would do the trick but I guess not. It doesn't have to do with policy or even if he did good because you wouldn't discuss the good policies of the Devil himself, would you? No, you would know the Devil was going to trick you and in the end, it wouldn't be good for you, right? But the problem is, when you look at Trump, you don't see it. So why is that I see it, Leo sees it, and many other intelligent people see it, and they yell from the fucking rooftops about it? Is it because they have TDS or because they're "on the left"? No. We can't catalogue for you every single observation of Trump and point to the evidence of his devilry and we can't swat down every incorrect read you might have. I guess that's the problem. If you can't see it for yourself, we're just stuck wishing you could, but I'm exhausted on this topic TBH.
  11. Conspiracy mind is coming back. Why can't they find anything on the shooter? Or if they have found it, is it normal for them to withhold it for this long? It seems that if they found something, they might throw at least a bone to the media but nothing of substance has came out. Anyone got any knowledge in this area?
  12. @Danioover9000 I'm new here so IDK what others think but Lex has been on my radar as a manipulator for a while now. When I said his statement was out of character, I meant he broke character from his whole "unity above everything else" perception he likes to peddle. I wouldn't have guessed he'd say "fuck the shooter"
  13. @Danioover9000 - Yeah, that seems out of character from what I've seen of Lex.
  14. I'm new so IDK how common Trump apologists are here but I've come across several. Not sure if it's because he got shot or if they just like him in general.
  15. You guys just ain't getting it. I didn't realize there would be this must resistance on this forum. LOL. Try to follow: The devil comes up from hell. He does good deeds and improves everyone's lives. Does the devil deserve credit for that? Answer the question for yourself. Does the devil deserve credit for doing good deeds? If you answered NO, the devil should get no credit because he's the devil, then you understand what a devil is and are "biased towards good". If you answer YES, the devil should get credit where credit is due, then you fail to understand what the devil is and as a result, end up serving that which is bad. It really does come down to epistemic failure. Not a moral failure. Not a moral relativity. Because I will tell you right now, every single one of you are biased towards life, biased towards good. You are in favor of life. If someone slings a baby over a cliff, is that bad? Or do you want to play your moral relativity games? Yes it's bad, and you rightfully condemn it. The problem is, you lack the discernment to spot a devil and as a result, you can't even call it bad and are then vulnerable to being tricked into discussing the virtues and good intentions and good deeds of a devil. There is no getting out of this. If you want to talk about the good things a full-blown, malignant, narcissistic con artist has done, as part of a character analysis, you are lost.
  16. Hi @Wizardking I went through something similar several years ago. I heard about enlightenment and that you could totally immerse yourself into an unshakeable peaceful existence and be above all negativity and live from peace and love and I was like, man, this is it, I gotta have that! I probably spent 4 or 5 years half-assing things, exploring theory, teachings, practices, etc., and in that time, my pursuit and desire for enlightenment started to negatively impact my worldly affairs and mental health. Nothing serious but I was putting the cart before the horse. I was shirking other responsibilities and the unfulfilled desire was contributing to depression. Eventually, I just let go of the desire and when I did, over a span of years, reality would, in its own time, show me things, remind me of things, trigger crazy synchronicities, etc, all of which would contribute greatly to my current reality, and I didn't force any of it, although I think digesting audio books while going to sleep may have had a big impact, but I wasn't engaging in any practices. The main point is my spirituality blossomed and continues to do so without any effort on my part and it seems like I couldn't stop it even if I wanted to. I now know what spirituality is, I think in large part because I loosened my grip of wanting to know by maybe 90%. I'm becoming more and more spiritual without any conscious effort on my part. I'm still sort of "floating" in between the linear and non-linear but it seems inevitable that some day, I will enter fully into the non-linear and none of it will be my doing. To be honest, now that I know more about what it is, I would prefer it wait about 10 years before it comes because I need more time to get my worldly affairs in order before I go looking for the ultimate. You probably know about it but if not, David Hawkins has a good book on "Letting Go".
  17. Trump is saying the assassination attempt has changed him. He's saying he will start to unite instead of divide.
  18. I have learned a ton from Leo but I discovered these notions on my own in my early 20's. I'm now 38. @questionreality The idea of moral relativity is only good insofar as it contributes to yourself or the greater good. It's good to be able to not hate a devil and it's good to exercise impartiality. After you exhaust all that, you might come back to a place where you realize there are things that actually matter. Or, you can stay in the world of moral relativity where life itself has no inherent value. You're free to be equally biased towards life and death because it's all "relative". It might be the case that you have uncritically clung to Leo's teachings of relativity. Not sure how I parroted Leo because this: "The issue is people cannot discern truth from falsehood. If you fail to recognize devilry, you will fail to condemn it.", is actually an idea I've been contemplating a few years now and the main teacher I picked it up from is David R. Hawkins. I don't recall Leo ever saying this but maybe he has. I am biased. Biased towards Truth. Biased against falsehood. Biased against that which is detrimental to life. Absolutely. But to call this "brainwashed" is fallacious. This is probably one of those topics where we won't find any common ground, so let's table it for later, shall we?
  19. @josemar When you say something like, if the devil only does good deeds, you reveal that you do not understand. The devil is inherently incapable of goodwill and good intentions. That's the point. That is why you would not call him virtuous for any amount of good he does. Edit: And of course, I thought it went without saying there is no actual devil entity being with horns.
  20. Owen has to say things like that to make it appear that he's balanced and mature. Unfortunately, this ridiculous tactic works on many people. Many Trump sympathizers say shit like "Yeah, he's a narcissist and a baby" and then shrug their shoulders and say something stupid like "Trump could have retired and lived out his life in luxury but he didn't because he's got a big heart". What is it with people thinking good and evil should be "balanced"? They think it's some sign of higher mind or deeper level of maturity if someone isn't biased AT ALL towards anything. Like Owen's take is superior because he's in the middle? The issue is people cannot discern truth from falsehood. If you fail to recognize devilry, you will fail to condemn it.
  21. @Gennadiy1981 Maybe this analogy can bring you some clarity: Imagine if the Devil himself rose from the depths of hell and started doing some good in the world and he won over the hearts and minds of half the population and those people were trying to tell the other half of the population that the Devil really isn't that bad and they should give him credit where credit is due. If you can see why, in this analogy, it would be absurd to discuss the virtues of the Devil, then you can understand why people like Leo only discuss Trump's devilry, but if you can't see it, then you just can't understand it. ONLY THOSE WHO DO NOT SEE THE ACTUAL REALITY WOULD DISCUSS THE VIRTUES OF DEVILRY. It's not a matter of bias so much as it is a matter of epistemic failure on the part of the population that extols the virtues of evil, and that failure itself is the very mechanism that allows for Trump to act out his devilry on the world stage, to the detriment of many. The masses cannot discern truth from falsehood. If they could, they'd see the devil and condemn it, but they can't, so the devil resides in their midst and they call it good. To be "biased towards that which is good" is something you want to be. It's a good thing!
  22. @Danioover9000 That's interesting! I'll definitely check it out when I get some time. Thanks. Have you ever watched House, MD? Destiny often mentions it, and you might notice "House, MD" popping up in his Youtube recommendations. This suggests he frequently searches for quotes or scenes from the show. This can answer SOO much about Destiny. Destiny likes House because House is: super-intelligent inherently curious and loves to solve puzzles, especially puzzles involving people wears his social outcast badge on his sleeve is always right avoids emotion at all costs as a defense mechanism favorite pastime is to shine a light on mankind's ignorance, evil, and hypocrisy Who does that sound like? To most people, House appears to be evil but he's actually a greater force for good than the ones around him combined. That's how Destiny sees himself and I think that's how he actually is. I think he's well-intentioned, albeit brash. It's like this: If you sit at a poker table for long enough, no matter how good your facade, it will eventually be seen through. It might take time to break through the facade but sooner or later, it always breaks and the true character is revealed. Same thing goes with observing Destiny or anyone else. You simply cannot hide your intentions or who you are over an extended period of time.
  23. @aurum True, true. Many of them are indeed religious. It would be funny if they weren't though. lol They might as well not be.
  24. @Karmadhi Yes, it's real. The politicians don't believe it but the citizens do. lol
