  1. Been doing IF (16-8) since March. I've got great experiences with it: - I no longer desire breakfast and paradoxically I'm not even hungry before lunch - Lost some weight even though that was not my intention - I don't experience afternoon crashes anymore - The fact itself that I let my body digest and rest for a while
  2. Well, big pharmaceutical companies need to make a living too.
  3. What's your opinion on actual physical death? In what degree do you fear it? (Just to be clear: I'm pretty sure psychedelics taught and showed you a lot, but I'm more interested in your 100% honest opinion)
  4. Probably gonna get bashed for this, but I think 80% of this entire section is pretty much mental masturabation. With or without the meditation/other habits.
  5. - Maintain my established good habits (intermittent fasting, WHM, meditation, contemplation, etc) - Move out - Get a job as a 3D artist - Learn how to draw - Try shrooms - Continue posting on my blog - Meet new like-minded people
  6. Yeah, the guy seems fine to me. Before the ayahuasca stuff, he used his bodybuilder and pickup artist persona, and now he's using an enlightened spiritual being persona. I guess he's doing this Youtube thing full time, so he obviously needs the his viewers and subscribers. No wonder that he uses clickbait titles and outrageous ideas for his videos.
  7. Obligatory who's the one who got it?
  8. Damn, what a ride, huh? Anyway, keep it up, you got it ?
  9. The ego is an incredibly intricate and highly complex sytem. Most of the spiritual teachings tend to oversimplify it saying "get rid of your ego and you'll be just fine" or even saying that the ego is the enemy and has to be killed. I mean, we're talking about your current perception of reality. That's the very reason you're not criminally insane and you can function properly in this world. In the complete absence of ego and memories, you'd be lying in your room and drooling over the carpet. Maybe I'm exaggerating, but you get the point. In the light of this, I think it's quite understandable why the ego is so 'sticky' even if you've had some glimpses into your true nature.
  10. For some reason I can't listen to this guy. I don't have anything against him, he may be enlightened or not, but I find him really annoying.
  11. As others have said, blocking the recommended section on Youtube can be a really good start. I just did that a few days ago. I try to eliminate the entertainment aspect of it completely.
  12. Holy shit, that In-Shadow video is probably one of the most important videos to watch on the whole internet. It was great to rewatch it. Really curious about the Cancel God project as well.
  13. Collision with the Infinite by Suzanne Segal Honestly, one of the best books on enlightenment for me. Not a typical airy-fairy book about bliss and happiness and rainbows. Rather, she describes that enlightenment can be a brutal process without a proper context and groundwork.
  14. Have you ever experienced any kind of anxiety while working on your future career/LP/personal projects? I noticed a while ago that every time I start a new personal art project, I experience anxiety. It's hard to put into words, but I sort of fear/worry that I won't be able to outdo myself. It feels like pressure. Maybe I'm too hard on myself but I want to get better at doing art, so this is quite a hurdle for me. I try to practise every single day and I'm committed, but there are days when I actually have to force myself to do it. It doesn't feel really good and art cannot be forced. On the other hand, as soon as I finish a project, I feel awesome and proud. I look at it and I often say to myself: "hey, you made this out of nothing, how awesome is that?" It's pure joy. It's kinda confusing so I'd love to hear your opinion on how to resolve this.
  15. I strongly recommend Culadasa's book The Mind Illuminated. It revolves around breath meditation and it is very-very detailed. It contains countless really useful pointers. I wasn't sure that I meditated correctly for a long time either, just like you, soI started to read and follow the book. Now, I'm pretty sure I'm making huge progress.
  16. @seeking_brilliance Kinda glad to know that I'm not the only one @SirVladimir Thanks for the tip, I'll definitely try it out next time.
  17. @Mu_ You can find pretty much everything here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCH3RGiX9bimOPwQmEgrMAtg
  18. Yup, pretty much this! That's an awesome track. I like to listen to it from time to time. Afterlife Records releases several tracks that are kinda related to consciousness and stuff.
  19. Mike Shinoda - Place To Start Linkin Park - My December / One More Light Neuroticfish - Suffocating Right BluntOne - Reflections The last one is an instrumental simple song and yet it can evoke some incredibly sad emotions. At least for me.
  20. @iameternallife What if moving out is another step to God-realization. How 'bout that?
