  1. It's not that important, but it's nice to have the flexilibility to do any of the postures. It can get quite comfy.
  2. Don't worry about it, if you enjoy watching horror movies, do it. Nothing's gonna happen with your vibration. Don't do it excessively though.
  3. Ah, beat me to it. Well played Anyway, happy women's day gals!
  4. Self-awareness is huge, so I'd also say meditation is crucial.
  5. Your passion seems to be genuine so there's no reason to give it up. You said you love music and it probably brings you tremendous joy. You're not making music just to get something or achieve something. That's what truly matters. Also, check this out:
  6. That seems to be the case, but then what about dreams? They appear to be as solid and as real as the waking consciousness? (This is not a provocative question, I'm genuinely curious about your opinion )
  7. Well, yeah, that's an interesting question. One thing is for sure though, you don't "lose" consciousness when you're asleep. From a biological standpoint, your brain and body keep on functioning otherwise you wouldn't even hear your alarm in the morning. The mind does seem to disappear during deep sleep, but that's another matter.
  8. @Dunnel I'm really glad to hear that you didn't go through with it. Hang in there man, if you're able to get some professional help or even just some people to talk to, it's gonna get better day by day. I'm sure about that.
  9. @Flowerfaeiry Yup, expressing and integrating both sides would be the ideal solution.
  10. Thanks for your inputs, quite insightful. Just to be clear: I'm not talking about faking confidence and assertiveness just to appear more charismatic and/or more attractive. That's highly superficial and I'm not interested in that. I'm talking about genuine confidence, authentic assertiveness and healthy masculinity. I've put way too much empahsis on my feminine side and I've gone overboard with it. Thus I pretty much repressed my masculine side. I didn't take stand when I should have, I didn't speak up on certain occasions and just went with the flow without actually paying attention what my emotions were trying to say. Going with the flow is well and good, but sometimes there are situations where one actually needs to speak up and set boundaries.
  11. It's not a mere coincidence that you were born. You're here to experience and learn. Your life is important, don't throw it away just yet.
  12. Yup, I love coffee. I don't really get any positive boost from it anymore and no jittery, anxiety and stuff like that either. I just drink it mostly because of the taste and the ritual. What I mean by ritual is that I've got a manual coffee grinder and a moka pot. It's always fun to brew fresh coffee.
  13. Good stuff man! This may sound new age-y , but letting go and following your own intuition go a long way.
  14. Hmm, if we could start a cult named like that, I'd be totally down Also kidding
  15. This great story is for anybody who don't realize that they're God. Source: https://www.thesunmagazine.org/issues/384/who-hears-this-sound
  16. @InterruptReQuest This is called the upper limiting problem. If you want to read a book that is dedicated to this issue, check this out: https://www.amazon.com/Big-Leap-Conquer-Hidden-Level/dp/0061735361
