@aghost Love is an intention, not an action. Love can be baked into an action (i.e. an action can be loving), but love is not something you receive. You can still see, feel and recognize the love behind an action, which is you giving yourself unconscious/conscious permission to open yourself to Love. You want a relationship because a relationship fulfills some of your needs: connection, intimacy, being heard/felt/seen/understood, sex, unity, support, self-esteem, approval, removal of social pressure, certainty, stability, growth, not being (or feeling) lonely, being touched and touching someone else, etc. Try Inner Child Work to mitigate your needs and come closer to yourself.

During my researches I've found this: https://journals.lww.com/americantherapeutics/Abstract/9000/Ivermectin_for_Prevention_and_Treatment_of.98040.aspx (article) https://www.researchsquare.com/article/rs-317485/v1 (pre-print, with more data and explanations) https://assets.researchsquare.com/files/rs-317485/v1/0696442e-24ca-49b1-9655-a3aa500bba04.pdf (PDF file, which is slightly better formatted) All three links link to a single Ivermectin meta-analysis and systematic review, which if I'm correct is one of the highest levels of analysis. Trying to find again the three links I posted I've also casually found this: https://journals.lww.com/americantherapeutics/Fulltext/2021/06000/Review_of_the_Emerging_Evidence_Demonstrating_the.4.aspx but I don't know the quality of this research. I've found the meta-analysis thanks to Bret Weinstein Podcast. In one episode, the podcast hosts Dr. Robert Malone and Steve Kirsch, and one of the two talks about that meta-analysis, saying he was eager to see it published. The podcast here: https://odysee.com/@BretWeinstein:f/how-to-save-the-world,-in-three-easy:0?r=FuWwFotRbicqY9GHyWBqDdTNNHpaTgC9

@The0Self It allegedly doesn't. But some people experienced strange magnetic phenomena: some people claimed that putting a magnet near the injection spot would result in the magnet sticking to the arm. There are some videos online of that. Of course, that could be straight up bullshit: for example, maybe the sticking comes from the glue of the band-aid. Let's say that is NOT bullshit: if it were true, what is it then? I listened to an interview where a medical expert that did some research said that there could be some vaccine batches that are being cleaned with magnetite, a mineral that has magnetic properties. Magnetite, as the medical expert said, is also found in our bones, and there could be some people that more easily accumulate magnetite, without having particular symptoms. Also, as the medical expert said, when we have a cytokine storm, free oxygen and nitrogen radicals form in our bodies which have a paramagnetic effect and can improve this magnetic phenomenon. But these are theories, she says that research needs to be done to understand what's happening.

One way is to detoxify your body: Image from: Staying Healthy with Nutrition, Elson M. Haas, MD, 2006 Another way is to boost your immune system: https://www.actualized.org/insights/boost-your-immune-system-now

@LfcCharlie4 You could try taking DMG, TMG, MSM, glutathione, vitamin B6, choline, sulfur, sulfur-containing foods, or methyl-containing foods. They all help the detoxification processes of your body.

@Leo Gura Exactly. The speed and scope of your thoughts, as well as the way your mind interprets reality, are directly linked to the type of thoughts you have. People that think in images or symbols usually are more meta and holistic thinkers

@Someone here Some time ago I had this insight: questions are the way the ego avoids the present moment. Questions are made by the ego so that you put your attention to something other the perfection and infinity of the present moment. Questions are made so you keep searching. Questions are made so you keep being asleep. However, questions are also made so that you can awaken. Questions are made so that you can use them as pointers to nullify and wake the very same ego that made the question to keep itself asleep. Strange loopy way. -
@StarStruck Jack Willis' Reichian Therapy (book) has some excellent chapters on breathing. A dude on YouTube, Devaraj Sandberg, made videos explaining how to breathe properly and proper breathing exercises using that book. And he also has an online course on his website.

@Javfly33 I've never tried psychedelics, but I'm interested in healing, so I'd really like to read an ebook like that to understand the healing process better, to be exposed to new healing techniques, and gain new perspectives and insights. Right now you have to test. TEST. TEST. TEST. Start with a small sample group that is highly calibrated and highly targeted. Do market research. You're targeting a niche inside a niche, i.e. you're targeting people looking for healing among psychedelics users. That's a pretty solid and nice niche, so take advantage of that! Do surveys (be careful), use market research tools, create low budget ads to see if the niche is ready for your material (again, be careful). Search for places and cities that use shamanic medicines to heal, and possibly market there. But don't limit yourself. There are psychedelics users all around the globe. Your steps should look like these (roughly): 1) Define better your target costumer, creating a buyer persona (there are tools online to do that). Who will read your book? Why? How many? Are they ready or do they require additional info beforehand? 2) Define better your product. With a process of sequential steps, try to get your product idea closer to your target audience, and viceversa. 3) Look for competitors. Are there already books like yours? If yes, what are you willing to put forth in order to distinguish your product? Why people should buy from YOU and not from your competitors? Look for reviews to products and services in your niche, and use that info to make your product better. Remember, the market controls your product, not you (more or less). 4) Test. Try a channel, and see if people respond well. 5) Define the costs of starting your business. Do you think you will be able to overcome costs? How many sales would you require to stay afloat? 6) Market your product. If you don't know how to proceed, look up online. You have to demonstrate that there are people willing to buy.

@SageModeAustin Stop looking to others. What YOU want to do? Who YOU want to be? -
Superfluo replied to SageModeAustin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@SageModeAustin That desire can have two sides. A narcisistic one, and an authentic one. Maybe it's your authentic self to pursue fame and excellence, or maybe not. You have to discern that for yourself, through introspection, healing, and questioning yourself. Being self-less when you're not authentic in doing so, is not self-less, because you're just using a facade to convince yourself that you are something you're not. In doing so you have an agenda. Obviously, if you feel inclined to be self-less for some motives, that desire also has a narcisistic side and an authentic side, so again, you have to discern that for yourself. So there's value in being self-less even when you're not fully authentic in doing so. -
@Avidya Every practice or resource that makes you more aware of yours and your partner's psyche, self-deception mechanisms, relationship patterns, attachment styles, internal wounds, wrong beliefs, etc. will do. David Deida's stuff is great. Teal Swan's stuff too.

Don't know if it has already been asked, but when doing ujjayi pranayama, during the inhale, do you have to lower your adam's apple? -
Yes, the buyer persona. Nice exercise. Could you be clearer about this part? With "you can get a sense of who they are" do you mean businesses or businesses' customers? I thought you meant businesses but then you said "customers".

Hi! I'm planning to start a business, a digital marketing business (mostly copywriting), and I'm at the phase where I'm researching the market: learning about businesses struggles, fears, vulnerabilities, worries, and competitors, modus operandi, best practices. I'd want to understand the market fully before diving into it. To be clearer, I need to research the market the same way Leo talked about in the video The Psychology Of Small Business Success at minute 44:52. However I don't really know where and how to gather the information I need. Because if I'm targeting businesses, I'd have to know the unique struggles of every business, I'd have to know everything about a business, and to do so I'd have to go door-to-door asking questions and it doesn't seem practical to me. I'm lacking a pragmatic, practical approach to market research and gathering info. And googling around seems not enough. Are there forums for businesses where I could find this type of info? Are there research papers, books, sites, etc. that can provide quality info about markets so as to learn everything about them? What questions should I ask myself in order to do a good market research? Every perspective, idea, insight is appreciated.

In my experience, healing my root chakra doing specific exercises helped tremendously. Here's what I did: basically everytime I felt that my root chakra zone was tense/triggered, I focused on it and let it tense up, let it do whatever it wanted to do. This meant basically contracting my muscles following the wisdom of my body, listening to what muscles needed to be contracted moment by moment, without stopping unless I felt I finished the exercise. This caused some stored traumas to be integrated, and strenghten the pelvis area. Kegels exercises are a similar type of exercises, but the goal usually is not to heal traumas and the root chakra, so they don't go as deep as someone may need.

@Leo Gura Are there brands that sell higher quality krill oil? Going for the more expensive oils is not a guarantee. Also, is "molecularly distilled" really a guarantee?
