  1. @Leo Gura I think of hell as Infinite Separation (opposed as Infinite Unity) or Infinite Division, between different parts of reality you identify with and different parts of reality you don't idenitify with, or in other words, Infinite Division between different layers and parts of your Mind. Is insanity something like that? Where every part of your Mind is infinitely in chaos regarding other parts?

  3. Hi! I've been learning pickup during the last year, but dealing with groups is something I have a hard time with. I need some good RSD resources on how to deal with groups, do you know any? Thank you!
  4. @ivankiss You have to ask yourself if that trait of yours is something you are willing to diminish or not, to compromise on or not, how much fundamental is to your identity, and under which conditions you are willing to make changes, and which changes.
  5. @Leo Gura Your description of the kangaroo-mouse reminded me of this.
  6. It could also lead to frustration and incompatibility. For example, I'd rather date a Tier 2 girl than a Tier 1 girl (the first type being almost impossible to find, I know) because Tier 2 will have great difficulty living as you live.
  7. @Michael569 Agree with @Michael569, however there are some test that might be done periodically to check the normal functioning of the body activities. I'm referring to: Vitamin B9, B12 (Holotranscobalamine), D3 Ferritin Thyroid (TSH, FT3, FT4 Cholesterol (HDL, LDL) Hormones If they point to some issues, then it might be useful to dive deeper into other tests.
  8. @Michael569 Thanks
  9. @Michael569 Am I wrong or was your view of dairy products different some time ago? What made you change your mind?
  10. @Cireeric Thanks for the feedback. I want a left-brainy approach.
  11. I don't remember where, but I heard that Tier 2 level of development means that you are able to see the consequences of your actions and plan not just the next action based on its consequences, but plan the next action based on the possible consequences derived from the possible actions taken after the next one. This means you plan ahead for possible future outcomes and you foresee future scenarios in order to plan the best course of action, like in a chess match. Does anybody remembers this concept and where does it come from? My question is: is there a book that teaches you how to handle social interactions in this way? A book that teaches you how to strategize in your social interactions based on the second-order consequences? Thank you!
  12. @pablo_aka_god Try Mark Hyman's books, or Elson M. Haas' books. Research "Whole Foods Plant Based Diet"
  13. It's like a stage yellow collection on every imaginable topic!
  14. @SaltyMeatballs Try ToddVDating and RSD Owen too on youtube. For socialization the book "People Skills" by Robert Bolton is also great. Also, you can find old Owen/Julien stuff on the web if you know how to search.
  15. @NoSelfSelf Sure, there's also that to the mix. @Emrie this is also good advice: to provide value, you share your passions. Because it's sharing positive emotions and energy.
  16. @Emrie What do people need emotionally, aka what do they want to feel? What do people need practically, aka for achieving their goals? What do people need socially, aka from other people? What do people need psychologically, aka to feel good about themselves? Answer those questions, and you'll know what to give people to be seen as a value provider person.
  17. +1 I recently found and added that book on my wishlist, it feels like it will be a gem!
  18. I meant the myth. Why do we believe it?
  19. Then where does it come from?
  20. @Shakazulu Try learning also from RSD Todd and see if his style suits your personality. IMO he's one of the greatest in teaching dating skills and concepts.
  21. If you need books with exercises, go for The Completion Process by Teal Swan, or Trauma and Memory: Brain and Body in a Search for the Living Past by Peter A. Levine & Bessel A. Van Der Kolk
  22. @Shakazulu You need serious healing practices, like the Completion Process by Teal Swan or the IFS methodology or even a regular therapist. Check my posts on how to heal traumas and the most powerful techniques (check my signature).
  23. @Nilsi Depends on the goal. If the goal is to learn something, then this pragmatic approach is useful. If your goal is to experience the beauty of perspectives, then no, it's not useful.
  24. @The Mystical Man If you want to experience every piece of art and creative outlet made by people in history, go for it. But you have to ask yourself why you're doing it? Is it because you like it? Or because you feel left behind? Or because you want to learn many more perspectives and boost your mental growth and speed up your self-actualization? Why do you do it, really? Also, don't forget this concept I'm going to illustrate with an psychology example: Freud, Adler, Jung, Rogers were all great psychologist and psychiatrists who formulated new ways of thinking. But after them many people tried to summarize and put everything together in some book or theory, more general and more comprehensive. So you might as well go study books which summarize and put together all previous findings about a domain instead of consuming every book made by single people which provide a single perspective. As for the example, you could read a book which covers all the main psychology concepts throught history. However this adds the problem of the bias of the author who summarizes the previous works. Also, you could go for stuff that teaches you concepts and principles rather than singular and limited perspectives. Then the perspective you will find will become applications of those principles. For example, if you want to learn to make great films you could go for a course focused on that instead of watching hundreds of films.
