  1. Other books by Deida. Or you could search online "books on divine masculine".
  2. @Preety_India Do you think is a physical issue or psychological issue or both or neither? With "psychological" I mean something like a deep emotion resurfacing.
  3. Bees. They're "willing" to die to protect the hive if it's attacked
  4. @Leo Gura Well, there is to say that Jeff Bezos is not so developed to do that, while Leo is, so it's reasonable to ask Leo to be more understanding, and not so reasonable to ask Bezos to be more understanding.
  5. @ilkjnkh It depends on how your body deals with various types of food, so you'll have to try for yourself. However a Whole Food Plant Based Diet is considered the most balanced diet and the healthiest among the balanced ones for the majority of people across the globe. So this diet is an excellent start if you're wondering.
  6. @HERO_ Check out my posts, I have several where I point out how to heal, various approaches, powerful techniques and resources.
  7. Maybe that's why Leo focuses on the first. The second is easily dismissable as bullshit.
  8. @Breakingthewall Yes, and why is the ego designed that way? If the ego wants things to be different, and the reason is to not die, then the ego knows/feels that if it didn't trick itself into desiring, it would die "by its own hands", i.e. from lack of perpetuating itself. And this feature is designed by God so that it would experience being "not God". All of this makes perfect sense from a logical sense, but still I feel something is missing, I feel uneasy thinking about this stuff, like there's something else that I can't grasp that if grasped would make sense of everything. I feel like I need the last puzzle piece and I can't find it.
  9. @Leo Gura That's from a human point of view. I've been asking this question to myself for ages. How can we know that a rock is selfless? From a human definition of self maybe it is, but we're biased towards our definition. The only way to know, in the relative domain, is to be a rock. Question: but why does the ego want things to be different? Because it knows that if it surrendered everything it would die? Then it's afraid of itself, because it has the capacity to drop itself, right?
  10. @Hardkill @fridjonk Thank you!
  11. @The0Self Thanks dude @Hardkill So... calisthenics for the upper body and heavy weights (or even heavy weights + calisthenics) for the lower body?
  12. @Hardkill Thank you so much. What about bodyweigth training or calisthenics? Yes! @Michael569 What's your take on this?
  13. @Michael569 "What mommy told you to do when a stranger asks you if you want steroids?"
  14. @Hardkill What's the physical activity/sport/type of training/etc. that can provide strength, speed of movements, fast metabolism, joint and body flexibility, completeness (every part of the body is trained), longevity of the body and the mind, little execution time (something that I could do in as little time as possible), vitality, health to the fullest and/or with the optimal balance between these factors? A full package, so to speak.
  15. Okay. It's absolutely normal to feel the way you feel, given your circumstances. You have valid reasons to feel that way. And you're not wrong for feeling wrong, hurt, desperate, powerless. Hopeless. Your emotions are there for a reason. Your emotions are little children that need your attention.
  16. @Blackhawk Could you be a little more specific?
  17. @Blackhawk What solutions have you tried?
  18. @Dunnel @Blackhawk Remember that you can always wait to kill yourself, you could do it later. If your decision is definitive, it doesn't matter a lot when you do it, right? So why not giving a try to solutions? I'll leave this here.
  19. What dosage or range of dosage do you think is suitable?
  20. Thank you so much, I needed to know that.
  21. @Striving for more You could apply the mindset that if you underline, the things you underline are your notes. You don't have to take notes because notes are already in the book and you pointed out the most useful stuff. So you'll have the most important details already marked in the places (books) where they would be logically found. Or you could find summaries online. Or you could rewrite the key insights somewhere, but not all the stuff you find relevant. Only the insights that make you have an epiphany.
