@Epiphany_Inspired thanks for your kind words.

@Epiphany_Inspired throwing myself in uncomfortable situations helped me a lot. I'm doing exactly what scares me (for no reason). And meditation to calm the mind. Last week I went to another city with my boyfriend. I guess you can call it holiday. Worst thing about it is: I discovered deeper wounds and roots when it comes to anxiety. It's tough and I'm completely overwhelmed. Unfortunately I fell off track and I'm back into bad habits.

@Kelley White what do you think about @Vercingetorix 's problem? You are always giving good advices, that's why I ask you.

I can relate. I use the fantasy in my mind to distract myself from real life and the truth. In longterm it's frustrating as well, because it seems like I will never reach these things I imagine. That's why I avoid my fantasy thoughts and just do it.

I would be interested in this topic too.

Failure is part of the progress my dear.

I'm on 6 and try to reach 7.

Talk to them about your problem. I had the same problem with my family.

@Amplituda This sounds like a good step by step instruction! Thanks for sharing.

@Anicko Thanks for opening up and sharing! I start to sweat a lot too when anxiety comes up. Your story inspires me as well. I guess I will take the combination "shadow work & meditation" to my "how to cure my anxiety completely"-list.

@Evilwave Heddy Hahaha oh yes. Vlogmas was lovely I can relate. I used to overthink like this too. It's torture for the mind and creates stress. Today I'm quite calm in those situations. If I want to join a conversation, I do. If not I'm just listening, nothing wrong with that.

I guess setting up plans works different for everyone. I always have kind of a structure for every day, because it somehow happens naturally. It also depends on the circumstances. For example my boyfriend is really spontaneous. I'm always prepared to be spontaneous too, but I also make sure I don't neglet my main tasks for the day. Setting priorities is the key word here. Are your plans realistic? And for your example maybe your plan is not structured enough. Such things take a lot of time and it especially has to be flexible. Your circumstances change, you change, nothing stands still. Always prepare to have a plan b, c or even d.

@Evilwave Heddy Never thought anyone would get who this is. I'm impressed. But besides this: She is a wonderful person, isn't she? I understand, but I also believe this is a normal reaction. Ok, there are people who feel comfortable with strangers and start conversations right after they enter the room. But it's not that easy for everyone. I also had those problems, but for now I'm confident in these situations. Good to hear you overcame your anxiety. Keep going.

@jenna Sounds like a really good combination. I noticed that I definitely need to work on loving and accepting myself. I'm already on a good path. Anxiety is quite low and is not affecting me as much as it did before. Thanks for your response.

@Rasmus Oh I know what you are talking about. This is my current situation and it somehow makes me depressed and feel stressed.
-
@Anna Konstantaki I understand what you are talking about. If you aren't happy with your life anxiety levels rise. I experienced the same. I also like your attitude and your intentions to be a nice person even if other people behave in a bad way. I'm trying to do the same, but fail quite often in the last time. I have to say I really appreciate people who spread positive vibes. It improves my mood.

Meditation will definitely help you with your thoughts. I guess it feels like a rollercoaster of thoughts in your head, right? I feel the same sometimes and meditating helps a lot. Masturbation is still a nice thing to do, but it shouldn't be your solution to relief stress. And for acne: improve your diet and also lower your stress levels. Stress affects the skin as well.

I'm well known as strategic / structured in my social circle, especially at work. Even my father is sometimes a little bit surprised. I always have plan A, plan B, plan C ... it somehow happens naturally

Relax and meditate. It's ok to rest. Refill on energy.

Look here: I know you are already on a good path, since we talked a lot and I read your journal on a regular basis. Set your goals - think about the way towards it "What does it take?" - DO IT. Step by step, day by day. Strategy and plans really help here. It's ok to fail sometimes, it's normal, it's part of the progress - accept it. I believe you are too harsh on yourself, when you fail. Your plans are quite strict and impressive. So it would be still ok if you take 2 hours for studying instead 4 hours (saw it in your journal). Don't burn yourself out, relax. Take your time to refill on energy. I also believe you should integrate work on your past and mental health. It seems like there is an emptiness, you are trying to compensate. From my point of view you are already doing so well! I'm so happy about your progress! Keep your head up and don't panic, you will achieve what you want - I'm 100% sure. No need to worry, just keep focussing on your goals!

@Soumya As I told you, I will read your journal from time to time. The last entry made me feel a spark of happiness. Have you already seen Leo's latest video? I highly recommend it to you. It's really helpful.

YES! Keep going. I celebrate your success!

This video is a good starting point for you. I guess you still have a healthy view on this theme, but don't worry too much about your appearance. If YOU want to change it, because YOU believe it will look better then, do so. Never change, because society gives a certain image. What YOU think about YOURSELF is important. Accept yourself, love yourself & finally be youself.

How about this one? :

That's ok, never mind. Make sure you don't fall off track:
