  3. Research keto diet and see what you like and feels good for you. You can do eggs however you want ( of you tolerate them well ) avocado, high quality grass fed grass finished ground beef ( i buy it online and it's as cheap as garbage grocery store meat) , coconut oil and low carb veggies, macadamia nuts... It's boring but worked well for brain performance and feeling energetic. I started doing water kefir after my gut issues were fixed but it's still dramatic improvement on digestion. Like i would eat junk food as an experiment and not get sugar cravings or brain fog or anything. Your gut becomes an active volcano of digestion within a day .
  4. Sleeping the whole night in one go is amazing and i couldn't do it that often before. I can still feel the sleep debt though. Selenium works for redistribution symptoms. 200 mcg every 12 hours twice is a bit too much for me. 200 mcg every 24 hours for 2 or 3 days next time. I got chest pain ( probably caused by this, you never know for sure) Apparently the liver and adrenal support work so I'll take them next round ( starting next Monday)
  5. After 3 months i came off keto and my bloating and IBS was gone, together with the candida I probably had and insuline/ blood sugar problems I had and obviously sugar addiction. Homemade water kefir is as potent and high quality as it gets as far as i know. It's pretty safe and pretty easy once you get the hang of it. It improved my digestion and mood drastically and it's full of minerals and B vitamins. You don't have much to loose other than about a hundred bucks ( or even less) and some time , and maybe it's what fixes your gut. And it's tasty AF once you do it well. But then again different things work for different people
  6. @Vision I'm no doctor but I used to get extreme bloating daily and IBS. 3 months of keto diet fixed everything for me. You may research long water fasting as well. Apparently high doses of DMSA can flare yeast so it would be good to have a healthy gut microbiome before starting ( im no nutritionist) I've also heard that actually you may have leaked heavy metals in your gut and SIBO is actually a way of your body to protect against it . If you're out of ideas start reading up on the ACC group. You will gain a ton of value and dont have much to lose. There are files and info on plenty of gut issues, and how they are actually related to heavy metal toxicity. It's not the source of all illnesses but you will be surprised of it's ramifications. Lastly I'd recommend testing out a high quality probiotic that may fix your gur biome imbalance: This guy has videos on many gut issues. SIBO , SIFO, candida, h-pylori, liver damage etc This dude is epistemologically bankrupt. Whatever you hear take with discernment and definitely dont get into his conspiracy theories. You may still find value in some of his videos but dismiss the rest.
  7. Do not chelate even with the tiniest spec of amalgams remaining. Request acces to the andy Cutler chelation protocol on FB. The admins are very knowledgeable and deal with this every day. Post this exact thing on there and within a day you will have answers and precise steps to follow. They have a list of SMART (SAFE MERCURY AMALGAM REMOVAL TECHNIQUE) dentists they recommend . And you will most likely need to attend one of them. Dentistry is the biggest cost of chelation but trust it will be worth it. I repeat, do not chelate yet. You need to follow specific instructions to avoid serious damage. Definitely do not follow Leo's video on chelation as it's not suited for your specific case. Good luck and please be patient! You will fully recover from your toxocity but it will require a bit of research and going really slow.
  8. about to finish day 4 of my third round of DMSA chelation. I did 50 MG DMSA every 3 hours. I almost missed one dose by an hour but there is about 1 hour grace period so its okay. Some stuff I noticed : Day 1 when I started dosing I got a dry cough. It also happened the other times I started the round but I shrugged it off and didn't draw any conclusions. If it happens again I may consider researching it. I did have pneumonia when I was 3 years old caused by excess inhale of cement fumes during our house construction . It may have to do something with that but no idea. I dosed less magnesium this time, and no other suplements than DMSA, Vit C and vit E I got yellow poop once which aparently means Poor bile flow ( need more liver support supplements, in my case I use milk thistle extract and artichoke extract as recomended by ACC ) Also I had a consistent mild headache throughout the 4 days . Also people on the group criticized me for " upping the dose from 25 MG to 50 MG too fast. they say there is no reason to go above 25MG unless you have Lead toxicity ( I do to a small degree ) . Im skeptical about that as seen by Leo's DMSA provoked urine tests do show heavy metal excretion. I know what I mean but I'm just too lazy to elaborate right now so If you want me to explain ask me specifically about this , People said that the headaches are related to adrenal fatigue and that I should take supplements to support it . I did take ACE on my other rounds but I wanted to personally experiment if it helps or not . last dose I had a bit strong of a headache and I took 2 250 MG everything spectrum brand ACE and I gotta say the headaches faded. IDK if it's placebo or not . Kinda sucks because one ACE pill box is 50 € lol . I'll wait a week before next round . I plan going 50 MG again but " properly supplementing " this time . ALso Ill take selenomethionine today few hours after I finish the round as it's suposed to help to cope with redistribution symptoms. I'll take it tomorrow again as it can get toxic quite fast even in the lower doses ( apparently ). I kind of feel more mental clarity but the only 3 hours of sleep at night make me kind of lazy. I sleep more but only 3 of these are quality sleep I feel. I don't have energy problems but I do feel sluggish .

  12. @Realms of Wonder Hey, I work in hospitality too. First of all I'd suggest to plan and strategize to move towards working only part time or exiting the industry completely and doing something less soul grinding and less body exploitative. Second, I sometimes work up to 9-10 hours a day on my feet as well and transitioning to barefoot shoes over time has strengthened my actual feet muscles enough not to rely on some artifical foot padding. I don't wanna say your feet will never get tired but it's a gamechanger. I used tro have crippling heel and hip pain, shin splints , and also knee and back pain. ( all from shitty footwear. your posture is a chain )

  14. I'm not sick anymore. It was probably Covid . I got myself new Vitamin C and vitamin E bottles. Im ready to start my third round today. 50 MG of DMSA. It's not ideal to switch too many things at once because then I can't track WHAT makes me feel HOW: Upping the DMSA dose , Different vitamin C, different vitamin E, less magnesium ( I was taking 800MG /day or more, Now around 400MG I won't be using liver or adrenal support supplements this time to see if they make any difference... I'll see what happens. I don't think I'll die or harm myself so let's go. Start of Round 3 : 23 / 06 / 2022 at 18:00. Finish is in 4 days 27 June at 18:00. Reminder to drink water.

  16. nah, it's easy to logically understand that it's a coordination of muscles you have to train to obtain a desired sound. What the biggest hurdle is is that the progress is so minimally slow it's demotivating sometimes. But over time it does compound. And it's fun to sing around and let go, so that pulls me through. + a list of 120`+ YT videos that motivate me to keep going .

Not taking care of your physical / mental health, poor nutrition, cheapest food , not introspecting and therefore never getting to know yourself, creating pet theories of spirituallity, beliveing your life will " take off " some day without ever cultivating the habits or wisdom needed, not strategizing and planing your life, not figuring out your Life Purpose, living day by day with no personal goals or objectives, not fixing your self-esteem and self-image issues or crippling social anxiety , getting caught in academia and prestige chasing, doing things for money , sex and fame rather than to increase your love and passion for life , becoming a parent in your teens or twenties or even thirties, getting caught in family drama or relationships drama, getting in legal trouble, giving into provocations and physical fights, not having a strong morning routine specifically designed to chip away at your goals and cultivating skills needed for your specific Life Purpose, being dishonest with your desires and not burning through karma, doing ilegal things for money like drug dealing , purchasing courses and not taking action to implement the wisdom, not appreciating and milking free content because it's free and it lacks " halo effect " , not appreciating and leveraging the infinite power and resources of the internet, getting STDs because of unprotected sex and not carrying a condom / beliveing in the pull-out method, investing your very limited money in the stock market or lotery or gambling. Getting scammed online by phishing, getting convinced by acquaintance to get a loan for a house or a business idea , not forgiving yourself, holding grudges and poison dripping others, not cutting toxic relationships, not keeping healthy distance from family, learned helplesness, not developing a marketable valuable skill, purchasing bling and expensive clothes with your limited money, consistently focusing your time and effort on manipulating how others thing and view you, not having a specific healthy way to relax and have fun and therefore turning to bingeing netflix, tik tok or youtube, not aligning in the slightest your 9-5 to be somewhat relatable to your LP, physically being consistently surrounded by low consciousness toxic people ( In your house, at your job) . . . And thousands more .
  18. I started a 1 year singing challenge December 2020. It's going good. Bursted through my life long Limiting belief of singing being an innate skill. I bought courses, hundreds of videos, i went to voice coaches, practiced with gifted friends... I'm still not that good since singing is such a vast and complex skill but im getting better and definitely im better than 1.5 years ago.

Still sick so ill wait until like Thursday to start third round of Chelation ( I'll go 50 mg DMSA) Btw ACC doesn't recommend dosing more than 50Mg dmsa ? they say it may flare yeast and is not needed since it only picks up Heavy metals from extracelular spaces and lead from inside the bones ( which is a slow process in itself. i remember Leo recommending up to 300 MG because of a few research papers he linked. ALA you can go all in on it. 300 MG and more ( build up over time) Restock vitamin c and vit E.
