  1. I was watching again the video "You're Not Happy Because You Don't Really Want To Be". Then, I watched again: "What Is The Point Of Life? - An Advanced, Life-Changing Explanation" and "Self-Love - The Highest Teaching In The Universe". Now, I am wondering if Leo still thinks that we could be happy just living inside a black box with food once a day without exchanging any love with the outside world. So I would love to know what´s Leo opinion about "What does it take to be happy?"
  2. Hey, I just watched last Leo´s video (What Is Love?) and I do agree that our Ego causes the most problems in this world. But shouldn´t I learn how to love my Ego as well? I actually have been blaming my Ego for all my mistakes and I feel this is not helpful for my spiritual growth. Any advice?
  3. I´m wondering which are the most important practices to be doing on a regular basis. Here are the practices that I´m doing every single day: meditation; visualization (sending love to myself); positive affirmations ("I deeply love myself" and "I´m happy unconditionally"); breathing (deep and intense); body awareness; mindfulness; releasing negative emotions and allowing myself to fully feel these emotions. I´m trying to implement "Self Inquiry" or "Contemplate Using a Journal". I´m not really sure if they are the same thing. I´m confused on this topic. My time is also limited because I´m already doing a lot of practices. So I´m wondering which practice I´m missing that´s really crucial. Sometimes I get disturbed thinking that I won´t have time to do everything that´s necessary and I don´t waste time on activities and people that are nor meaningful to me. By the way, thank you, everyone, for all the previous messages. I´m trying to make sense of everything. I confess it´s overwhelming. I wouldn´t say I´m a complete newbie because I have been reading and watching videos about personal development for many years. I also went to many workshops. I did many courses. I did many kinds of therapies. But I never really embodied the real truth. I was always too much in my head. Except for one period after a course about metaphysics. I even had a mystical love experience. It was the most beautiful moment of my life. And I keep wanting to come back to that state. So I understand what Leo is saying in his last video (What´s love?).
  4. @Sahil Pandit - Thank you so much!!! Be blessed!
  5. Hey guys. Please, I have a few questions about mindfulness: 1) Do I have to count until 10 seconds when I´m savoring something (seeing, hearing, feeling)? I feel it´s a distraction to count instead of really "savoring the object". 2) Can I savor for longer periods? Let´s say I put the times for 1 minute and then I just focus on savoring one object? 3) Can I savor big things such as a whole mountain?
  6. @SOUL - But how do I get to love what I hate? lol...
  7. @Consilience To be honest, I usually get even more confused reading posts because everyone is so different, and has a different opinion, perspective. I just want to get out of the matrix, lol... But I have no clue how!
  8. @Joseph Maynor Do you meditate for 2 hours every single day!? At the moment, I can only meditate 20 minutes per day, and I´m already experiencing the "dark side of meditation" (Leo has a video about it).
  9. @Serotoninluv Thank you so much! I'm going to have a look at her videos.
  10. @Haumea2018 - Beautiful! I´m not there yet but I´m focusing on it (loving all parts of myself). I don´t really know what to do. I have been meditating and doing visualizations sending love to myself including the "bad parts".
  11. @Serotoninluv - Thank you for your messages. I´m still confused. I have so much to learn. How can I start deconstructing the self/ego?
  12. Thank you, everyone. I´m trying to figure out what "self-inquiry" is really about. It seems there are different concepts. I want to start doing something that will help me to develop my self-knowledge so I can reduce the bad choices I do because of lack of self-knowledge.
  13. Hey, I want to start doing self-inquiry. I have never done before. Which video is the best for me to watch and learn?
