as i'm doing contemplation, i realised that much of my pursuing in spirituality is because of personality benefits! to further convey my point, these benefits include: an increase in alertness, ending fear, becoming more charismatic, becoming wiser, freeing myself from suffering. i can say with certainty that im a STAGE ORANGE person that has masked there egoic needs with STAGE TURQUOISE ideas. The reason im in this whole spirituality ordeal is for my own personal gain. me. me. me.

@Knock yes ofcourse, this can be the case with some people. but for me its just out of sheer greed, like i want it so that i can be more charismatic, have less fear.

halo, i live in the netherlands currently would be nice to hangout with people that also are into spirituality, would be nice to actually talk about it someplace other than this forum. although i would like to say, i don't want to meet with people who haven't had spiritual experiences.

all will is god's will and gods will is love, you have no other option. you have no free will from the non ego perspective.

leo as your experience of reality advances, your ability to judge the validity of practical subjects of self help strategies becomes more precise. Your recent videos all preach nonduality, its pretty much the same message but being demonstrated in different areas of life, which is fucking useful! you've pretty much got a modern Quran or bible going for you! But again, practical videos are still in need for those who aren't at stages yellow and above.

Ive been eating one really fatty steak and one olive oil heavy salad drinking 3 cans of diet coke a day for the past 3 weeks and i lost 14 pounds. coke is unhealthy n shit, but i guess its something that helps keep you on track with your diet. Umm i will not keep this up once i've lost all the weight. past weight:89kg or 196 pounds current weight: 81kg or 179 pounds Goal weight 75kg or 165

what would spiritual island look like, what practical systems are there? what does leos understanding of spirituality have to offer when it comes to society systems.

@Michael569 i dont find it to be, studies show that individuals that under eat by 30-40 percent live healthier and longer that would mean if i ate on average 2000 cals if i reduce that to 1200-1400 i would live optimally.

@Michael569 my caloric intake is somewhere around 1000-1200 calories, and its super easy to stay within because of the coke zero serving as a substitute for sweet high calorie snacks.

@Michael569 jokes on you, i did this before, went from 106 kg to 90 and kept it like that. lol its probably because im young, and im fairly physically active, so my metabolism stays up to par. but youre right its unhealthy af.

@Leo Gura that makes a lot of sense, however, your words needs to be out there, your message needs to be heard at a much larger scale, without being watered down ofcourse.

@whatishappeningtome we cant speak for leo here, but that said im sure leos passion lies in also transforming peoples lives, im simply requesting for less advanced and more practical teachings (Orange teachings) to serve as a bridge to the higher more spiritual teachings.
