Depends. Usually when the physical pathways of the dormant start to disappear, (speaking about chakras: orange into yellow into blue, being the dormant state). When the energy regains natural pathways, the palms will start to sweat and energize, same for the feet soils etc.

Duality is not only a mindset, a thought or a conception; it is a set of physical patterns, muscle straining in a certain way, the reptilian parts blocked to just follow the mind. Escaping duality is the release of the other highway we have inside; I speak about those patterns in the belly button wich in the past where connected to the mother, and if one escapes those patterns of the once connected to someone, awakening arises and it is a continuous growth after. We never stop growing (physically, mentally, rejuvenation), it is a misconception for the majority only.

When one does not identify with the body anymore will fall into the "light, good, morality", duality. (egoic enlightenment, as the majority of gurus, are). In reality, as humans, we have a hacking tool as the Planet Earth has. There are life and death constantly, being the reason Planet Earth can go to immortality so to speak. Humans who decide to follow the Planet Earth vibration will die. We have the same tool as Planet Earth, we can extend life through awakening/enlightenment because we are literally autonomous in the sense that we use the own body tools and food from outside to literally manage indefinitely. Sounds insane until one discovers it. I don't know.
