  1. Use only fresh air for the lungs. You will get what I mean when you get shortness of breath and crying how to reverse it Still wanna enjoy the nicotine? And for those who want to open up faster the lungs? Yes, tobacco is contrary to what they say in anti-tabacco bs, is one of the best catalysts for the lugs but only in moderation or momentarily as a treatment. Dipping tabacco now and then, but this not too often neither.
  2. Watch out going down the stairs, I injured my right knee that way while working out on legs years back. From my experience, I can say that one is focussed too much on the muscles with the attention and injuries like this can arise. I'd stop any leg physical training if I were you. You don't wanna experience how is to not be able to walk properly for 5+ years.

  8. Concentrate on Nirvana (meaning blowing out the breath). Exhale listening to the sound until you literally empty the lungs and let the body inhale automatically, you don't have to necessarily watch the inhale.   9. You can meditate 24/7 while doing your things. Meditation is not only sitting with eyes closed, that is for the relaxation of the body in a certain way or working on something very specific.
