Depends on the openess of the individual. I can recommend that you try with Melatonin + Haritaki + Breath work. The melatonin will switch to DMT with increased oxygen in the system and you will be able to control this a more natural way. Best of luck

My own technique that i use and discovered is staying awake atleast 3 days straight, 72h atleast. With food, tea or coffee if necessary, with non stop meditation, Breath working.

As i said, depends very much on how much experience you have with the darkness, awarness, subconscious, awakening, etc. Usually people will tell you 3,5g for a full bloom experience. In my experience i don't get visuals even with 6g. But this is me, i have an extended experience with meditation, psychic abillities, healing, tantra etc.

I tested this, walking. 1st try: aprox 3km without meditating and in a rush, the result was around 15min aprox. 2nd try: aprox 3km heavy meditative state just walking like in the park, the result was less than 10min aprox. So what i grasped about this, like Einstein said: with acceleration time will slow down. So if one accelerates the body/mind system, the chakras to a certain peak of energy, time automatically slows down. Had similar experiences while driving on the highway to a destination.

In my experience. Take less than 1 gram or more than 3 grams. Both ways will feel similar. Depends how much you have unlocked Muladhara/rabbit hole, this is a game change. With anough experience and meditation with 0,5g will feel more powerful than a newbie on 3g.

Practicing enough Meditation, adquiring the sensitivity and awarness and the Heart and Guts will tell you anything, about anything, in the moment or specific projections.

Meditation is simply focus on Breath above anything, let anything come and go while you relax in the sound and feeling of Breath. Other techniques are just that, additional techniques to meditation.
