So, I am ambitious and have been into the idea of self developing for a while now. I am looking to push myself and I'm a very selfless guy, I will help people with the best of my abilities. I've been dating my girlfriend for half a year now, but I'm afraid it might affect my self growth. I'm working on myself to raise my self-esteem, confidence, and charisma and things along the line but my girlfriend doesn't have the same priorities for her. Most of her opinions on life is quite depressing but every time we have a conversation about it, it ends bitterly. She is a great person, but I hope to change her mind without pushing her. I don't know if it's good for me to stay in the relationship but I certainly don't want to give up on her with the gut feeling she might not live happy. Any ideas on what I should do..?

Hi, I'm 18 and is also planning to dive into the acting world. I wanna ask what kind of difficulties are you having to make connections? Do you just not know how yet? Maybe looking at your situation in a further perspective may help. I'm asking to see what challenges I might face in from of me.

From what I know, Leo, you are not an actor and do not specialize in the movie industry. I do want to see your take and how you would go at it. How does one start and make it all the way to the top?

So I just arrived in the US starting in Business school and my dream is to be successful at acting, and have no limit to how far I want to go. I bought some self help books and planning to take acting classes but I'm 18 with a lot to learn, where do I start? Any suggestions on how I succeed given I am kind of starting from scratch?
