  3. if you see Enlightened people are already weirdos, but I think they can act as normal person because they are wise enough. The thing is most of them doesn't care to be look like weird in the eyes of others because they really understand the situation. I think the answer is "it depends on you" when you are Enlightened. btw Im not Enlightened or spiritual at all:)

  5. It's just a process from one form to another form. But I wander if Scientist will prove that any physical matter will going to nothing by throwing it into Blackhole, I mean it's almost become unscientific, just a true magic!
  6. for centuries people asking who the "I" , but there's none, just the concept. So the only thing would do is their is only "Awareness", we are all part of it, so We are One.
  7. @nichole just don't bother with the watcher, the watcher has no form , location or whatever would be. If you seeing a tree, forget about the objective norm like there is a distance between you and the tree, or there is an 'observer" and the thing 'observed', their is only an "Awareness" of the tree.

  9. Hey guys! I just noticed that, I think I hacked my dreams. For the last 3 months I been practicing mindfulness everyday. My my mind is now quick on reminding me when Im caught by the stories of the thought "oh, it's just a thought , whatch it!'" oh the thought is now triggering my emotion, whatch it!"Then lately my dream was like that there was a gruesome monster and I'm about to run, my mind suddenly reminds me " oh this is just a dream" so I punched the monster and my dream just vanished. I remember also Im on the edge of 100 ft. building so I just jump because I realized quickly that this was just a dream. What can you say guys? Is it mindfulness? Is it because my brain is now trained to quickly reminding me to be mindful? Does someone of you experiencing this? Thanks
  10. as I understand "authentic self" is the highest result when you self-actualized. We know that self-actualization has not limits but atleast you developed yourself this so far:)

  12. @David I mean practically speaking if you are more aware of whats going on example thougts, emotions etc. you will get master on it, probably you will feel better:)
  13. @Grasshopper you explained it well dude, it's called "awareness" that is true self and cannot be changed because it's "nothingness". The brain should be firing trillions of signals to make sense of self and everything you currently experiencing that makes "you" unreal and just a mind activity. The "Nothingness/You" was there before even the time you were not born and will be forever.
  14. don't just dive into fast conversations. just be calm, smile , show politeness to the person. always remember you can't control their reactions, there maybe good, bad, silent like nothing happens, or maybe just like "ok dude, Im cool" while texting, always remember you are independent with it comes to happiness. Be kinda flexible and clever talker.
  15. or when you notice the thought begin to trigger the emotion, just remember "oh its just a thought", that's mindfulness:)
  16. @ZenDog practical things to do: 1. be happy for yourself alone 2. then, be happy with other people and external things 3. If you can't be happy with others or external things, back to no. 1
  17. @emerald :Also, my perceptions aren't being perceived. Perceiving gives the implication that there is a sense mechanism to pick up on an external phenomenon. Perceptions are perhaps things-in-themselves. There is no perception happening. There is just content. Yes, there nothing perception, and this "nothingness" is the ground of all space -time, matter, molecules etc. This is the True Existential Self:)
  18. @Bruno Sousa did you watch the latest video of Leo "the true existential nature of self" ?, yes you can't perceive awareness, because their is no perceiver at all. You cannot bend awareness to see itself:)
  19. we are not here to judge enlightenment through our logical minds. as Leo always said enlightenment cannot be communicated,.. you should experience it in order to know the actual bliss.
  20. @The Alchemist Same here too, I'm not wasting my time to others which cannot relate on me. It sounds arrogant or selfish but I feel like it is more practical way to be some kind of being free. If you socialize you need to adjust your real you, like you need to talk to them if your not the way it is, nod your head, chat unimportant things just to maintain conversation, fake smiles etc. But now, after I got a job selling insurance this whole thing backfire on me and I need to start again level one on how to socialize. I realize also that it's not that really bad for me to socialize, it's about the patience to understand them and yes you feel the happiness at the end of the day:)
  21. @FindingPeaceSo how did my consciousness, my perspective, come to be from this body on the day that it ‘came online’? Why not a different body at a different time? your using "why" when everything just happened. your specific consciousness "you" is the result of the unique very complex biological order and cannot just be another human mind or exist in another time. By the way the "you" is just a concept just like anything else.
