  5. @Tistepiste please read @eputkonen Response it really hits the nail on the head
  6. @Ingit you need to pick a practice and stick with it. I’m not surprised that you are confused. There are many ways to do this but you need to pick one and stick with it for a while
  7. Haha guys this thread is good. I think faceless has the right idea. There is no point spoon feeding this stuff, surely you realise this? It can’t be grasped intellectually so may as well take folks on ride. Sometimes we need to go on the ride to realise there is no ride
  8. @Mezanti meditation is practicing letting go in the micro laboratory of the body. Simple as that. It is the opposite of “gain”. It is a car that you burn after driving to a destination that you realise you will never reach. It’s a Trojan horse sans Achaeans
  9. I did 3 months in Thailand and Laos many moons ago. A great learning experience
  10. It depends on the substance and the intent I strongly believe that everyone should try at some point under guidance or with mature intent Also be wary of chasing the bliss
  11. I’m addicted. 6 months now. Smoke before work and at work. Corporate job. Always high. Get home and smoke till asleep. Love the stuff but I’m starting to feel different. Darker moods etc. but also deep realisations. I feel like my shell is cracking and my innards are oozing out. But it feels cathartic. So maybe it’s good?
  12. Thanks all. It is definitely psychedelic to me and the effects move into psychedelic realm with high doses. I’ve had most psychedelics and would consider pot similar to all in some ways. But it’s a doubled edged sword where pot awakens or creates a strong ego that co exists with the insights gained I also got promoted at work and received bonuses for creative problem solving and client relations. It’s not been a train wreck for me in any way you see. However it feels like a crutch so it’s time to go back to boring town
  13. Oh and I had a kind of mania some months ago. Felt like Jesus. Probably psychosis haha
  14. @Nahm More thinking when high but also more moments of peaceful clarity. So both! more extreme swings between thought and thoughtless I guess
  15. What is the difference between letting go of seeking and not seeking in the first instance? In terms of the result
  16. Without terms of reference this is just a fun chat but nothing more Seeing you all misunderstand each other is a bit painful!
