And if ITS all within a "Dream", wouldn't that make the dream, the real and the real, the dream. The actual and not actual in Mario world is answered in Understanding. -

It is a fun game. But isn't also a really interesting one to find out some actual truths of Being? Somehow I feel like your saying its never actually going to amount to finding out something "actual". Or am I reading into this incorrectly. -

Im more saying that it's more then just experience, its more then just the answer to the question you posed, its more then any human view on it, its also all those, its the answer, the question and the answering/questioning process. So when I say all "awakening to nonduality and everything in between experience" is in a way a metaphor that is pointing to an actual, I'm saying just that and simultaneous its more then that and Is that. -

In that particular moment there are no questions and answers, and all distinctions collapse, but that doesn't invalidate something happening or something never not always being the case. Which is were questioning and finding out into ones nature and what this is all about comes in, perhaps you could say from "what is" itself. -

In my experience of such things, there isn't a particular "thing" that can be pointed to, to answer such a question. Any experience that answers the question is in essence a metaphor for the actual. Philosophical theory, logical connections, scientific examples can also be useful in this domain to again metaphorically point to a broader encompassment of "what is", because just non-questioning, no-mind and human refereed "direct experience" isn't a full answer either in pointing to Truth of what is.... Edit: Although even the process of creating and experiencing the metaphor is the source in action as well, so its not to undermine this "action" nor deny its pointing because its never not the whole picture. -
I'm really sorry to hear about this. have you gone to a medical profession for some insight or help? I'd start there. In terms of your fears, well its just fear for now, find out more before you concern yourself with something that may be able to be helped. But let this lesson in on the nature of suffering that can happen and does all the time to human beings. Let that sink in and hopefully you start to embrace and understand people and struggle better.

Ya like aurum said, look into how you can bring more to your job. Look at what bringing a smile to your job everyday would change, or not being a victim or being more encouraging. Generally these attitudes support growth and improve the qualities in the environment for everyone. This includes not losing ones temper in the job, or being a negative nancy. What kind of work do you? Maybe I could theory craft with you some more. Ask yourself honestly, how you could show up to your job each day that would improve the life of those around you or even yourself, in the smallest of details, and then implement 1-2 a week until they stick and keep adding them. Once you come to a place where you are handling all the change you can, just stick with that for a while (could be a year or so), then ask yourself again and add more.

Just enjoy your media and internet. Is it causing you harm? What are some of the positives of it? Of your life, of you as a individual. Focus on those for a while, instead of hating everything about it and even yourself. Appreciation is a wonderfull pill

Ya take the pills, lol. They wont kill you and may work, some western medicine actually is a god send.

Nothing wrong with curiosity being a motivation for practice. Buuuuuuuttttttt, sometimes you can be all like man this is gonna be good, I can't wait, god hit me with no mind, show me no ego, then SLAP, you get hit with something fierce, shit your pants and run away as fast as you can, or worse yet get stuck in something you wish you'd never opened. That said, if you keep a open mind heart and aren't to pompous about things, even the scariest stuff will hopefully yield useful lessons eventually. This is from personal experience, so trust me when I say tread lightly and respectfully, and don't be a tough guy trying to do as much as you can. -

Very cool, I was just curious. And I agree with a lot of what you said. One of the reasons I'm here trying to help to. -

Good post, but I challenge you to start making video's on these issues your finding about using teachings of non-duality to neglect suffering and the human heart and putting it out there. although there it may not get viewed either, since its not a huge audience, but none the less, maybe you could do more then just make posts here, assuming you aren't already. What do you in the real world in general? Honest question. -
I imagine it can, but from my few experiences on pyschedilics and 1000s of experiences without it, with the nondual none of them would I describe in this way.

What doesn't she let you do? Its up to you to figure out your priorities and let her know. If you can't then it can create distrust, frustration and control that you will want to attack back at in other ways. -

Enlightenment is a word I really dont like, outside of using it to generally speak about something. Its also something to easily get caught up in, when life is so much bigger then this spirituality stuff. That said, great insight, and I'll round it out with saying that Thought, the capacity for thought to exist and sometimes the messages conveyed that arise spontaneously in ones experience, is itself Source/God/Infinity, and not some sort boogy man or empty thing we need to see through and overcome all the time. When you truely see this, you will shit your pants for a moment, especially if you've lived the last 10 years of your spiritual life believing thought is some sort of non-dual barrier or general barrier to living a good life. -

Question into the likeness of all beings, what do all humans share and have in common, even mammals and fish and birds and maybe even plants. Question into the suffering the other person is going through who causes you suffering. This is not a one off kinda thing, its a on goingness kinda process. These I have found to bring out unconditional love, acceptance and a reduction of reaction to life situations that would of caused me to lash out. -

What makes you think the place you call yourself at now in your ego is not source/consciousness. Perhaps the now you call today is the moment of god consciousness awakening as its at in this particular moment judging itself to be seeing as a Ego? Something to ponder and let in maybe? -
From my experience the heart of unconditional love can awaken before the recognition of unity and oneness, although I was a pretty green dude when it happened and believed in the concept

For the most part it seems like your just using different terminology to describe roughly what Leo and others are saying. Its also confusing since your using the same labels and just putting them in different orders. However statements like "My “experience” transcends all meaningful expressions, including expressions like pure emptiness, Absolute Infinite fullness or anything or “thing” in-between make me raise my eyebrow. On what grounds do you make the claim that you have "trancended" what these other labels are pointing to? Like gone beyond? Above? Included? What made you believe you were in those places to begin with, to then transcend them? Did they have a sign post when you arrived at them? Did you have a map that when you arrived at them, you could say with certainty I'm here now? And then when you left them, there was a road that took you up a higher mountain in which you now see over them? Honestly, I'd like to know what you mean. -
Dont do anything rash Paul. There's lots of crazy ideas out there, but do you believe them and let them effect you like this? Maybe Leo is crazy, so don't listen to him like you would a guy ranting about aliens on the street. Just let it go, its not real right? Never was, Leo was always crazy, let it go man, not worth going crazy over, its not the point.

I loled, thanks for the vid.

So I've been wanting to do a open type exploration of Self+Experience/meditation on video for a while, but wasn't sure how it would turn out, outside of a class or retreat setting. Let me know how this is for you. I think its important to watch it already relaxed and in relative ease, since agitation can be a distraction sometimes in exploring, so keep that in mind. Also the video does culminate into something at the end, so try and a lot enough time to watch it through at least once. Again, hope it serves you well. edit: I also posted a second video that is very similar but explores slightly differently and into different aspects if you enjoyed his one.

I think this is pretty good advice overall. Although you can experiment with a few things that I feel worked for me in maintaining and helping reconnect with these insights. Journal a little bit while your in higher state. Then when your out of it, read over what you said, imagine yourself from the perspective of how you felt it at the time (kinda like roleplaying) and then once you feel it in your veins energetically, just go about your day not trying to control it to stay. When it fades again, you briefly bring yourself back into that energetic state (most often it won't be like the original peek experience) by remembering how it felt/how seeing was/how thinking was, basically trying to emulate everything in from then, in the now. The again drop it dont focus on it, let it be what it is. Dont get neurotic in this process, keep it fun, easy and at the same time do your best to drop into that place again through recreation in the now (I dont want to say in your mind, even though your using your mind). Its about actually creating the emotions, the way of seeing, the way of sensing, the way of being, almost like a actor and this is all for the purpose of stimulating the brain/nervous system/soul/body/mind in ways that were during that peak (atleast this is the way I look at it). And again its not about maintaining this every second and getting wrapped up in doing this or even what this means about you as a person or making yourself "better", just keep it fun and light, but really do your best when you do
