when was your paradigm different?

I don't think I am that politically biased, although of course I would think that... and I'm not a Trump supporter. I've been left wing in the past gone right at times, moved left again and now I'm just stepping back until I understand more. I'd love to see us move towards more understanding and empathy of each other "Of course it does. That's how projection works." I could easily point that back at you Leo It's a very easy get out of jail free card I see you using over an over You are human too leo don't forget that
-
I don't know the truth but it's more complicated than these self righteous pundits are making out Toxic not contributing to understanding, lacking in empathy
-
Of course they are bias but so are you and so am I all in different ways And perhaps you are right Leo it could be going over my head because I try not to look into politics to much these days because the amount of bias on display everyway honestly makes me feel nauseous And no gaslighting I actually massively respect your work have been watching and getting much value for years but your politics seems very biased to me It honestly confuses me how bias you come across in this forum regarding your politics
-
Yeah but you would say that because you you are incapable of political bias by definition it would seem why not try to understand trump supporters from their perspective not their perspective as viewed from your none biased enlightened perspective and you might notice something more true but of course you're already doing that because you're so hyperaware of your own bias perhaps if you took a breather from this echo chamber you've constructed around yourself Don't get me wrong though I actually love your work for realz

Leo your political bias is out of hand Why do you keep posting these silly videos I honestly do not understand what you are seeing here No points or arguments are being made here He laughs and makes lame jokes after everything he says without attempting to refute what he is saying (I'm only 5 mins in to be fair...) Lets see if it improves...

Anyone know of any non-denominational monasteries (that aren't cults...) that facilitate a contemplative life?

Does bigotry and scapegoating move in many directions? Could this lead an otherwise “relatively developed” individual to feel threatened, unfairly treated, stereotyped? Would it be possible for a stage yellow black person to take his racial identity into account when voting if racial bigotry exists; and would that be OK? Would it be possible for a stage yellow white person to take his racial identity into account when voting if racial bigotry exists; and would that be OK?

Out of the millions who voted for trump, likely the most consciously developed individual in that group, would have been at quite a high level of consious development. Can you consider Trump from this persons point of view and ask why he/she chose to Vote for him? What reasons would an individual have for voting for trump beyond them just being a member of the unthinking, gullible, selfish, undeveloped rabble...? Where might identity come into it when looked at from the point of view of a threatened identity? what do incidents such as the Jussie Smollett case point towards in American/western culture? Does it point towards certain cultural assumptions, possible double standards? Is it OK for Black people to express collective interest? Is it OK for the white people to express collective interest? Does this question trigger you in any particular direction? Is it something in the question or something in your mind? What does that mean? what is bigotry for example?

Any thoughts on this? -

Fair enough. Would love to do that also. Cannot make it over to the states this year to do that unfortunately. I'm thinking an eCourse could still be very useful judging by the quality of The Book of Not Knowing. That book blew me away. Very powerful! -
If you are genuine in your pursuit of enlightenment, isn't life purpose a distraction? All that time cultivating and maintaining passion and skill in life purpose could be aimed toward enlightenment. There are many ways even the noblest of life purposes could conflict with the direct pursuit of enlightenment. Any thoughts chaps?

on close observation every experience is seen to be only consciousness manifest. This seems to be so and so we conclude that there is nothing but consciousness: that the universe and all of its forms are made up of consciousness alone. Yet how would our experience of the world differ if it were physical, existing independently of consciousness, coming in through the senses and being converted into conscious experience? We would only ever experience consciousness, as we do, in both scenarios. Therefore how do we access absolute truth, with certainty, through introspection, contemplation, consciousness work? Much appreciated!

Do you have any ideas or views about the nature of reality? What it is? Is it purely conceptual? Is it physical? etc... It would be much appreciated because I don't know -

How so? If all that there can ever be are experiences, how can one realize anything beyond this? Here are experiences(period). is there a way of getting beyond this? -

I don't hold any of those views. I don't know what experience is or where it's coming from. I'm only questioning the idea that Leo seems to espouse that there is no basis to experience beyond consciousness. That consciousness is all there is. How can this be stated so categorically? By what view or perspective can this be known? -
I'm currently working my way through the Kriya book Leo recommended in his "The Importance Of Real Yoga" video and having some very interesting results. I've just begun lesson 9, Maha Mudra. Having recently injured my lower back, which still hasn't fully recovered, I'm a little apprehensive about stretching it so vigorously. Quick question for anyone who knows more about this than me... Is the Maha Mudra absolutely essential in Kriya progression; and if so, can it be skipped over for now and come back to at a later stage? Much appreciated

Thanks Leo. Love what you're doing man. You've helped me in many ways. Much love!
