  1. @playdoh If you can save somene's life by lying, why not? Otherwise lying is ridiculous.
  2. @Andreas When you are yellow, it doesn't mean that you get rid of all your friends, start being socially awkward and just studying or some crazy shit like that It might be hard for a yellow person to connect, but it might also be the other way, I don't think it's all that different of a stage you know... at least in this area.
  3. @Gadasaa I remember being in a similar situation, being interested in self-actualization, while struggling to do basic things. The key for me was to be more real about myself, more honest. I noticed, that I was just being cool inside my own head, I was making these bullshit models about what is good you know. Maybe this might help? For me it turned out, that I didn't actually work so hard you know, when you are constantly skipping days of meditation, eating healthy, kriya yoga etc... it is really easy to get lost, because you cannot really keep track of your actions... Maybe this is not your case though.
  4. @Commodent I get what you mean, you have to be both vigilant and honest at the same time, either one of them on their own is not effective
  5. @Commodent Or maybe people should learn how to be honest about themselves? I understand it is hard, but we can definitely do better...
  6. @OrpheusNovum Cool, thanks for advice.
  7. Is this a real possibility? I have never heard anything about it, but that's why I am asking...
  8. @OrpheusNovum Yeh, I am still planning to try it, as it is probably safer, than just plugging some substance at home... I can't imagine, if my mum caught me hugging the toilet bowl hahahahahahaha. My main concern is safety now...
  9. @lostmedstudent Interesting... Was it useful for you though?
  10. @MLKFan Sure, I meditate 80 minutes a day.
  11. @Leo Gura Thanks Leo. My friends introduced me to Uniao do vegetal, which is kind of like a psychedelic community. (you are probably aware of it) I will probably start there, as it sounds really safe and you also get a good guidance from the people there. It's just that they aren't based in my country, and I haven't even turned 18 yet, so I would need a confirmation from my parents. (which I might get if necessary though) @SgtPepper I haven't had any problems with food until recently. I am still not sure about what it is though, I will visit the doctor. But I think that mushrooms are ok for me
  12. @SgtPepper Thanks for recommendations. I am not planning to try any substances in the near future though, so I have plenty of time to do research.
  13. @studentofthegame Make sure to combine your nofap practice with spiritual practice, like meditation, kriya yoga, pranayamas....
  14. Oh yeh, I watched and took detailed notes on all Leo's videos about psychedelics, it just seems that he doesn't mention allergic reactions anywhere, also I was looking for if you guys have some advanced tips or direct experiences with these things.
  15. Can someone please answer this? I don't want to risk my life.
  16. Thanks everyone for writing here, I am reading your comments every now and then
  17. I finally feel satisfied with my mental state and I've decided to start going to the gym with my friends 3 times a week. I really fucking love it. Now because of that, I want to work on my diet at the same time, so that I can get some weight and be healthier. Do you guys have any beginner tips? My friends teach me the techniques and build my plans, so that's no big deal, I am mainly interested in the other stuff, like diet, running, intensity... Are there any courses? Should I maybe visit a nutrtionist?
  18. Wow, thanks for the contribution! So these practices help you? I only do meditation and kriya yoga these days, not so much of these other things... so I am really curious
  19. @Paul92 Jesus is a cool guy, his teachings go far beyond ego, you don't have to fall into this mainstream Christianity stuff, you are absolutely free to interpret it in your own way. I honestly think, that you are ready to move onto another teaching, the goal of this path is to enjoy life more.
  20. @lnfinite Your pride is the thing that's killing you. Stop being good in your head.
  21. @Shaun Oh yeah, also some people here could maybe be more compassionate towards the people... When people like Paul say, that they have a problem and they obviously, need a solution, it's not a good idea to try to push that person even harder, try to be correct in the conversation and stuff... I mean, wake up, people!
  22. @martins name Yeh, thats why I say it is definitely legit, succeeding in Asia is arguably harder than achieving Enlightenment. @Salvijus Setsumei = explanation and Sarubijusu is just a Japanese way to say Salvijus Both hahahahahahaha
  23. @Salvijus Sou desuka... Setsumei wa arigatou gozaimasu, Sarubijusu-san! (I hope you are okay with me not using English here for da memes)
  24. @Salvijus Thank you fellow otaku. I was kind of joking, but yeh, it feels similar to Mantak Chia and Wim Hof as well now. I didnt know that hachimon tonkou is a breathing technique, very interesting What about the movements? Peter Ralston seems literally like water when fighting, he just kind of flows effortlessly.
