Exactly, and even more importantly, even if someone said this is the case, you can prove them wrong for yourself if you are smart and honest enough (if it is something that doesn't benefit the quality of your life) @arlin It's ok Arlin, many people here have had really fucking bad pasts, you cannot even imagine how bad. The sadness makes you think that you are alone, but that is really not the case, we are in it together my friend.

@Mikael89 You don't need Enlightenment to be happy, just live without boundaries and distractions, be attentive, compassionate, passionate, curious... Observe what makes you happier and these things will add up. Enlightenment is lots of work, it's not like you become Enlightened and it ends there.

@Ingit I had a friend with whom I played and talked a lot, but then he started to boast about his wealth (he gets like 200 bucks from parents every month) and girlfriend (that I don't have), so I cut him out of my life, I don't want this kind of treatment. It's not like I feel attacked, but it just felt like he became really caught up in his mind and couldn't really focus on the times when we were together, be careful about that.

It is amazing how we can read minds through looking people into the eyes... Once a girl told me that I seem exttremely serious and started laughing, I wonder what that tells me about myself...

@VictorB02 All the insecurities that you feel are your „fault“, same with others, but this is kind of unpractical. Are you at the same time trying to understand them and have a deep talk, or are you just kind of being weird while doing this eye gazing?

@Tim Stretton I observed this on myself and my parents, but I think it also works in romantic relationships. They always think like they need to tell me what to do, it's as if they were my owners. They are good parents, but this is really their problem, I want to feel independent and free. I think this is what it means to accept the other person, to not try to own them, to set them free and if they go back to you, they're truly yours. The first for growth is a good indicator of a high quality partner in my opinion, they don't have to be like some Jesus type of person if you know what I mean. I don't know about the gender roles and sexual polarities though, they seem to have some meaning, some people really benefit from them, but I wonder how does it improve your life, how do you find out what kind of polarity you have...

@Shiva My main argument for not commercializing Awakening would be, that you cannot focus on God, when you are chasing money. But that depends on the person, it's just that it is hard for most people

@Anton Rogachevski Value of money is relative, you imagine it. You can do a business from it for sure, some people are doing that, but I am not sure if it is a good motivation for spiritual growth.

@SFRL I also think that thinking like you have to do something or you should something is still limited, when you give up all the have tos and shoulds, you feel much more free. But it jas to be authentic, because the I should get rid of all the shoulds is also a should.

@yellowschnee Told many people about my feelings of love for everything and also how love actually is everything and many more things like that... But I only told it to some people, some of them were quite questionable to tell this to though... Didn't think it was risky, I don't do that anymore. I also only told it to one teacher who many kids trust, so that's probably why it didn't come up to the surface. But still many of the people I told it to think I am weird and stopped talking to me. I really learned a lot by doing it.

@Seed @Charlotte That's why you eat your meals slowly (of course it's just a materialist traddition, I don't really like these ) @abrakamowse We also do that on Christmas with our carp and potato salad. We usually add a lottery ticket and a fish scale.
