Visualization and letting go techniques work well for me, for example, if I feel like jerking of, I visualize myself as a good quality man who can have an amazing relationships and it often times actually works, my communication skills become better, I have higher sex drive etc... If I feel like manipulating, I just breathe out and let go. Maybe try that, you might fail a few times but if you really trust your positive thoughts, it can have a lasting effect imo. You have to sincerely trust it.

@Ampresus I've seen you create a thread similar to this multiple times in the past, do you actually meditate? I think it's very hard to quit porn without meditating, but after you start and quit porn, everything else will be easier. Just watch out for self-deception and manipulation, stay vigilant, listen to your body and sensations.

@Bill W I see, for me it already makes a difference after like 3 days, probably I was very addicted. @oMarcos That's how I did it, now I am on no-fap and it feels amazing, girls are more beautiful also

@Fede83 What about social media and videogames? You can use social media to contact wonderful people and video games to learn English (it's really effective and fun way to learn)

@Psyche_92 Meditate, quit masturbation as well. These you need to do together, because they are hard to do on their own. Then you will become naturally better with girls and in your career as well, as your productivity will likely increase.

Thanks for being honest I guess stop looking for a community and focus on yourself if you just want to find Truth. People won't help you much unless you are a newbie I think. You get to a stage where words just stay in the way, techniques become more important.

@Socrates I honestly don't understand why Leo criticizes Musk, I mean, it's not like you become a stage turquoise businessman and you go like: „Well, I've passed this green and yellow stuff, so now I can start destroying this planet again.“ that's bullshit. Technology is extremely useful, I mean, someone had to invent the internet, where Leo posts his videos and all the different psychedelic substances that Leo uses... Most businesses are trying to purely maximize profit and they don't care so much about innovation, whereas Elon Musk actually tries to do a revolution in multiple industries and really be the cutting edge guy. Also you can be a businessman/scientist etc... and still have a healthy lifestyle and spiritual practice, which is hard in his case though.
