What you feel is more trustworthy than what Leo says. Don't trust him on something you just aren't experiencing, maybe he is wrong. Why should you go out with them in the first place? Do you have a reason that is aligned with your desire or life purpose? You know, maybe he is saying that because he wants to find more pretty girls in the clubs when he goes there Try going to some higher consciousness events, maybe you can try going to some speeches at universities on intellectual topics you like, you can go to a group meditation, vegan picnic, fridays for future protest... And chat up people there. If you choose a specific event that you like, the probability of finding like minded people is much higher. Also try going out with one person at a time instead of going in a group. That way, there will be more time for you to say what you need to say (50 % instead of let's say 33, 25, or 12,5 if you are in a bgger group) and if you feel comfortable talking about personal stuff with that person, you won't have to care about the other people also hearing that information. You can also focus on listening more when there aren't as many people.

@Natasha Thanks for sharing that What do you use for reprogramming your subconscious? Is it vision board like Nahm does or something different?

@ajasatya Yes! x) @Itsokimok This month me and my friends went to a forest to spend a night there, it was 3 of us. During the day, only one deer ran some 50 meters away from us, no other animals except the birds. Then we went to sleep around 1 am, we didnt have like a tent or anything, we were lying in sleeping bags on the ground with a waterproof sail under us. At 4 am, my friends started yelling next to me that they saw 2 black animals running around 7 meters away from us. Then these two animals went down the hill on which we were sleeping and they started making scary sounds like from jurassic park or something. We think it was wild boars, my grandma told me they can kill a human if they want, fortunately for us, they did not have kids around. My friend went on a solo retreat to a forest before this experience and he said he had a sleepless night every night and came back early. According to him, it is useless to make solo retreats like that, because you are just so scared that you wont be able to get out of your sleeping bag. If I was a yogi, I wouldnt go to Himalayas, there are like bears and tigers who are more dangerous than boars, a tiger can easily kill you and they do attack humans. I wonder how these guys handle it...

@Einsteinonacid There might be a lot of pain attached to your last name, so make sure you discard that also with the name, not just the external stuff.
-
How did you go about that in your experience?
-
@Natasha I think I know what you mean. What I was describing was probably more like understanding the psyche, but you get tired of that too after some time, although it is fascinating when you first discover the possibility to somewhat understand. I guess people need to exhaust themselves until they are so exhausted that they fall asleep and at the same moment they wake up.

Your notion of usefulness is survival -
@Natasha Thank you for your contribution What does this mean to you in practice? What is your experience with healing? I am interested to hear from you, because I kind of know what you mean, but also in my experience it seems like there are many dimensions to healing (as there are to Truth and Love since they are all), and although you might sum it up by saying follow your sensation, sometimes it might be counter-intuitive, you might not be exactly sure how to do it or not have the experience needed to fix a problem you have. (especially when it comes to personal, „mundane“ stuff, which I consider important too, because it kind of reflects your spirit and affects the path to a great degree) One's understanding of Truth and Love can become a mere state, which is not it, and they can keep on talking about their understanding without embodying at all, which causes a lot of suffering. And I don't think embodiment is just knowing it more often. @Lyubov Yeh I have the same understanding, but still there are certain nuances to this that can be helpful. @max duewel Oh nice, thank you for this!

@AwakenedSoul444 Why is it that you are feeling this way? -

Finally someone pointed that out, credit to you xDD -
You didn't have to say a single word to understand

@UnconsciousHuman Being called a dumbfuck in 3...
-
@UnconsciousHuman Get out of here already, you aren't doing yourself a favor by tolerating more lies. Hope your life goes well.

Also if you think this what I am doing is Love and this what I am doing is not Love is also a trap

I have some teenager friends who are highly conscious but they weren't born with this, they all went through a lot of suffering in many areas of their lives and then explored, questioned themselves and practiced meditation, yoga etc... regularly. You might say this suffering triggered their talent or something like that but then you could justify almost anything, don't let this discourage you, most people don't do the work that is needed and all they do is talk about concepts on Self-Actualization / Consciousness subforums. If they then also blame talent that's just bunch of shit. You have to be quite crazy to go through this though.

@ivankiss You might say there isn't but when an unconscious person fucks up your day/life, it's not that easy to say. -
@Espaim Why do you think you fucked up?
-
@Billy Shears Is there any difference between speaking from your heart, speaking openly and speaking openy from your heart? I am not quite sure I get you on that one
-
@Espaim Don't worry there really is nothing to hide

@James123 Glad to see you here :)) -
Exactly. Why does speaking from your heart make you exhausted?
-
@Billy Shears You can't speak from your heart unless you become really spiritual, I am talking serious now, VERY VERY spiritual, you're probably gonna have to start wearing a robe and beeds, walking everywhere barefoot, eating vegetarian... If you don't do this you will never be able to speak from your heart.

bejapuskas replied to Kshantivadin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Kshantivadin So you think doing some alcohol, maybe weed, fucking hot chicks here and there, messing around a bit would help you? You would like to have that kind of experience, know what that is like in your lifetime?
