@Eren Eeager What is the reason you perceive yourself this way?
-
@Eren Eeager Is this what you mean by the obsessive thoughts you mention in your other comments on this forum?
-
I agree with the others, weed causes brain damage. There are so many cases of this happening (in the long term, but still). Which direction do you mean by positive, where are you headed?
-
Although this is partially and sadly true, I don't know for how long you have been here, but in my opinion, it's gotten better I don't know if you realize it, but only you guys can raise the consciousness of this community, so please do that, it's for your own good. Also you can leave anytime if you aren't satisfied with the value you get from here... @Eren Eeager Do you mean motivation, boundaries in relationships, being decisive, practical...?

Different people seem to be sensitive differently to different dosages. Someone might get a nice body high at 100mcg while someone else might literally go crazy with the same dose. -
Maybe just be sensitive with the other person and try to sincerely understand them from your heart :))
-
@John Iverson If you get a too big of a dose of some psychedelics, you might perceive that you fly out of your body to some other place and that place is god and then you go back and this place you have returned to is not god. You see? Dependency. There is no reason why you shouldn't feel high and happy in this place here.

This comes with going further with this finding your values exercise, acting on it, you will see for yourself I see you've written a lot, if you perhaps have more things in mind, you can write more, then reflect on it, ask yourself whether that's truly what you want, it is good also to keep it simple, but I get an authentic vibe from what you wrote here, especially this part: This part not so much: Jk :)) ?? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA this made me laugh so hard, you are spot on!!!! By now you should know where to look next time you wanna look somewhere ???

Dream: Video games are weird. Reality: All the mods and Leo secretly playing video games. What helped me was playing so much that I got sick of it and just stopped playing for a long time, then my healthy playful mindset was revived. The problem these days is that if you are even a tiny bit serious about winning, the competition is so big that if you do not spend 8 hours practicing the game everyday, you probably will not win much. Luckily, there are other fun things to do Check out this channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UClHVl2N3jPEbkNJVx-ItQIQ

You literally cannot proof subjective experience through science. You can measure brain signals and stuff, but experience? No. I think you are practicing without an open mind, you are basically using some spiritual concepts that seem advanced in some sort of relative view, but you are basically just thinking, that's what you are doing. Why argue about your spiritual wisdom when you admit that you are lost? Is Truth what you want or is feeling superior what you want? -
This really works, maybe I cannot explain exactly how, but I attended a coaching session last year, written down my top values and goals, just put them on the paper, after some time, I forgot about some of them, but I guess I kept thinking and trusting in my ability and then I found the list a few months later and like probably 3/10 things happened, the other things were long term. Your vibration just start rolling and snowballing, getting bigger and bigger and then just all things go your way, everything falls in love with everything.

@John Iverson Yeh well you trust the story that in this present moment, you should be confused about life, an you also believe that in some future that exists in your mind as a thought, not as an experience, you will no longer feel confused about life. You are shooting yourself to the foot with your beliefs, change them .)

Do you meditate? On the family situation: you might not be able to be fully independent from your parents if you are under 18, but also if you can prepare yourself a meal and stuff, you are already more developed in this area than many other teenagers. If you don't want a job, but you want even more independence, you can learn how to run facebook ads, how to develop a website or get a friend to do this for you, you can start an online business if you have some valuable skills like a language you can teach etc... It is really easy these days, people are willing to pay. Why wouldn't your parents and brother be able to take care of themselves if you left though, I don't understand, are they disabled in any way if you don't mind me asking?
-
@Nightwise What type of mental illness do you mean? I get it, it might seem like you are alone when you are in the middle of the storm, but trust me, there are many people on this forum who have gone through crazy things and might be able to relate.

@ShugendoRa Congrats on having an insightful trip, it's very important to have the right mindset about using psychedelics However, you have to change yourself. No amount of LSD, mushrooms, DMT, people telling you what to do can fix you. -
bejapuskas replied to Florian's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Florian Be careful about using concepts you don't understand when asking questions, it can be distracting. What do you expect spirituality will bring you? Be brutally honest It's hard to know what is good for you (not for everyone) if you don't create the meaning for that word, right. -

What do you mean by results from psychedelics and being good at spirituality? -
I second this, any sport that's challenging for you probably, it keeps you focused on the present, without any bullshit and other concepts, overthinking. Don't worry about god, divine plan or whatever, they are words. You don't need to look, maybe the looking for is the issue for you at this moment.
-
@Rilles I think I understand what you mean. My dad has been like that since I was a kid, he never changed. I wouldn't say I have completely fixed this issue in the sense that we still engage in conflict sometimes, but his personality has taught me many things about myself and about love. Later on in my life I realized this issue probably has roots in him being previously married to a schizophrenic/DID person and I guess this problem is so deep in his mind and I haven't even uncovered most of it, but consider that the person you are talking about has also gone through something really tough. I realized how hard it must be for him and stopped expecting him to change, instead I started to look at what he is pointing at in my personality. Sometimes anger can point out so many things you should work on for your own well-being and maturity. And I guess he began to respect my opinions more as I grew up and matured in this way.

@Dimi Thank you -
I guess these days it's not THAT hard to make money with all the possibilities online. But for example I would feel bad for offering shitty service without knowing my craft well, I don't know how it is with you.
-
@dvdas Very good insight, I guess take it slow, don't rush anything, learn from direct experience, see what works for you, focus on what makes you feel good, what makes you feel bad... Observe

@--George-- I meant the kind of practices that the elderly are doing, I don't think it's dangerous, since the teachers are ok with showing it to ordinary people, but if you are sensitive enough, it can be powerful. Probably if you went deeper into it, it could blow your head off Or is your experience different?
