  1. @p1xelmonk True, this Mikael guy is too depressed to post anything imo.
  2. @Ray I love that there is L and Naruto there. Otherwise all the vision boards are cool!
  3. @now is forever I have tried to convince this guy about almost the same thing, hes solid as a rock, you cannot make him change his mind now. I am not like an expert on girls, but my friend is very attractive and he has the hottest girls. I think that a big part of his mentality is dont let anyone shit on my head, be funny as hell (girls were literally coming to me, talking about his stories) and be detached. This are the big 3 in my opinion. Loyalty and morals come far far after that.
  4. Sometimes you have to get the first hand feeling of how severely it affects your organism. I once tried to consciously listen to my ego, gave it all it wanted. (2 chocolate bars) I felt so shit that I dont want to eat chocolate ever again, same with ice cream and other stuff.
  5. @Hellspeed 7 hours a day just to meet the teachers, who are depressed or angry most of the time anyway? I bet you could have found more teachers outside of school if you tried doing that... I am actually doing it.
  6. I dont know, do what you want. Its probably natural for you to want that, as animals in nature also tend to build up as big of a harem as possible so their genes reproduce better. Its just a normal work of hormones. Having sex with many girls and cheating on your girlfriend might satisfy your ego.
  7. Should I listen to enlightened gurus and masters? Everything what they say? I feel their cosciousness is infinitely higher than mine, but I find myself listening to them almost blindly in every subject. Is that a problem? (other than that the guru or master might be a fake) I think that they are a good source of information and can advice us in all the fields, since they arent affectedso much by business and catching eye balls. (unlike certain people selling health products, books etc...) Almost all other kinds of people seem myopic and affected by some sort of ideology. Given that, I cant see any issues in listening to these people. Edit: I forgot to mention that I am aware of the fact that I have to then enbody their teachings and be very objective about it.
  8. @RabbitHole I am 15 years old, going to school in Czech republic where we also do have free education. There is also free education in the nearby countries such as Germany for example. Many people from Asia are grateful they can study here for free, because they would have to pay their life savings in China and Japan. They are even willing to learn Czech (very hard language, similar to Russian and Polish) just to apply for the schools here. This approach is probably ok, if you want to become a surgeon or a pilot type of person, but there is literally so much trash thrown onto us. I respect that we should have the basics of mathematics, we should be able to write with the correct grammar and maybe even have some basic IT profficiency, as it is very practical. Even history is great as there are many lessons to be learnt in that field. Not even mentioning English, which is mandatory, but most people who know English learn by themselves, the school system doesnt do well when it comes to language teaching. The subjects that are really making me sleep are geography, chemistry and biology. Why should I know all the highest peaks and river names, why should I know all the equations and nomenclatures? (given that I dont want to become a scientist or a surgeon etc...) We forget it anyway when we get home. I see some of my friends struggling so hard, trying to flatter those toxic teachers, being stressed and overwhelmed by their requirements. I think its one of the main causes why half of my class is doing drugs, smokes and drinks alcohol. They just want to stand against the superiors. Therefore I cant even say that I can socialize with people that I can learn from there, most of my quality relationships are not with classmates. I am thinking about quitting school as soon as possible, providing value to people and living from that, rather than wasting 20 % of my life hanging out with these types of people. There is so much more to say here, I assume you got the point, but I see no necessity in learning all the stuff that we are being taught.
  9. @Good-boy It is indeed very relaxational. But I am not saying that there is nothing to be learned in pick-up. Some people might actually get more independent and self-aware by improving themselves as they are banging girls. It can probably improve your life before enlightenment as well, but you have to not get caught by the ego trap there. I think its probably a personal preference, whether you want or dont want to be in single. Maybe dating in stage turquoise and higher is something completely different. Most relationships in the lower stages are needy and manipulative. Stay objective though.
  10. @Good-boy But dont try to solve your problems by looking for the perfect 11/10 stage red ninja girl. Thats can really be a huge obstacle. I used to be in your shoes back in the day, experiencing first breakup, very emotional thing. But then I was so depressed that I am so unattractive and shit like that, you have probably heard that story quite a few times. But as I am going deeper, I am becoming more and more introverted and independent, I am not seeking relationships anymore. This kind of transformation is also possible.
  11. This belief will change as you move up the spiral, its just an illusion, I have gone through it myself You are almost always attracted to the stage you are at, but you must understand that evolution is possible, you see?
  12. @Outer Should I ask myself that question and contemplate it?
  13. I am quite new to actualized.org and meditation. Therefore it surprises me, that I experienced some weird experiences during this week. The first one was when I was doing self-inquiry. I was sitting on a couch, closed my eyes and then I felt like I knew that this „I“ is not actually the true self. I saw a flash of light for a split-second and experienced a high level of joy. I dont think this is extraordinary or anything, it was very short and mysterious. I have also heard some people saying that we shouldnt associate spiritual experiences with pictures. (the light) Than I was very bored at school and we had a free hour as the teacher went missing, so I was meditating in the corridor, it was very peaceful and quiet there, everyone was having a lesson. I tried the mindfulness meditation for like 5th time, I saw Leos video on it just a few days ago. After some time I had a feeling of being 4D, it was like I realized something about the things I was seeing. I dont know if it was like a shift in a paradigm, that the pictures are just creations of my brain and stuff, or it meant something different. What do you think? (I dont think I am enlightened or something, I just dont know whats happening to me)
  14. I am actually taking responsibility for my life. I think that you misunderstand what I am trying to tell you. I am listening and also learning, its not like mental masturbation. (maybe I am wrong here, I still dont understand what are you trying to tell me, probably I am just asking a poor question) I listen to enlightened gurus, (but also to other kinds of people) because they have more experience, have higher consciousness and greater knowledge, I am not here to reinvent the wheel when someone has invented it for me hundreds of years ago. I want to know from you, if you have either positive or negative experience with this approach. I am listening to them, because they have such a high level of awareness, that if they tell me for example to follow the pranic way of eating, try seeing things from this and that perspective, try developing a greatfulness habit etc... I assume that they know what they are talking about, its beyond my consciousness, I cannot fully understand it, but again, I dont want to try to reinvent it, when I can get amost instant benefits.(not in all fields obviously) I also only take advice from the people I would probably swap lives with. (in the topic they are advising me in) I would not listen to my grandmother, who is deeply stuck stage blue thinker, giving me advice in my spiritual life or finances. There are many perspectives, some say we should follow to pranic way of eating, some recommend vegan, vegetarian, fruitarian, keto, paleo etc... The same goes with every other thing, I am just putting diet as an easy example. I am quite scared to try to come up with my own type of diet, when there are people more knowledgable in that field already that I can listen to. I just feel like listening to for example Sadhguru is wiser, than listening to some American businessman/professor/physician, who is selling his or her supplements and books and only talking from 1 perspective, only giving me scientific proofs when there is inner side of things as well. Thats the main thing I am asking for, can this cause me any trouble? I understand this cannot be applied to self-inquiry and contemplation type of stuff, I am doing that myself whenever I can.
  15. @Nahm I mean it more like when they say something, for example: you shouldnt eat any meat, I will then not eat meat. I know that there are different kinds of people, some are promoting meat eating, some are not, I personally dont like eating meat, since its hard to digest, but there might be something about it... I am not an expert. Its just that then I have some difficulties trusting people who are saying something different....
  16. I can just add that you should listen to this advice, its legit. Quitting no-fap, cold showers, meditation, exercise maybe, when you have the energy... Basically get rid of all the toxic addictions and you will probably not suffer from fatigue anymore.
  17. @John Iverson I think you are slightly misusing the knowledge Leo and other teachers are giving you. He did not mention what is his family like, they might be turquoise, without him knowing actually haha. (just an example) Inability to do action is almost always a problem, maybe you and him should see even beyond where you are right now
  18. What if stage coral actually needs words again? We dont really know haha
  19. @Omadorinlooper Increase body cosnciousness. I have been practising Leos method to overcome most of my food addictions, I no longer enjoy eating meat, ice cream, chocolate and other stuff... I just feel super sick and weak after that. I basically overate from these things at some point to really feel the backfiring thats associated with them. I also love fasting. You can try 1 day, only drink water. Dont eat at all, not even in small portions, because thats actually the thing that will make you more hungry. For the first time I felt so cleansed at the end of the day, it was much easier not to eat than to eat! Its a pity I can just survive without food... The next morning I was a bit hungry so I made myself a smoothie from bananas and apples and strawberries from my garden, added some blueberries there too. It really tasted greater than ever. I have never experienced anything tasting like that, you have to try it.
  20. I am not a fruitarian myself, but I want to at least try it for some time, when I have the energy and money. Otherwise, when I eat mostly fruit in a day it feels like heaven, I agree with that, its just that its very expensive if you dont live in the south and you also dont get the best quality fruits in central Europe.
  21. @AMS I am scared of her anxiety and ideology, even though I am not a strict vegan...
  22. Hey everyone, What are some of the must do habits that I should apply to my life, that are going to help me to self-actualize? I already am getting rid of all my addictions and actually am quite conscious of their backfiring, experimenting with diet, cold showers and WHM breathing, a little bit of meditation (I still have to go to school so its difficult to maditate for a long periods of time), questioning and contemplating about paradigms, ideologies and cultures, body consciousness, reading. Things that I am getting into are exercising (trying free classes in the yoga and martial arts centers) and I also try to do some self-inquiry, but its not like a habit of mine, I should do that more. Do you have any advice? I am basically a beginner in most of these stages, so I am open to anything, especially if you can give me some clues about the fields that are further in the list. My other question is, should I study for school? I saw some people talking about that the grades from 1 to 12 are pretty mandatory, and I shouldnt miss those. Leo is also talking about reading textbooks (maybe he just means that if your life-purpose is based around scholarship and empirical knowledge) in his video about the number 1 rule for acing life. (basically doing the hardest things if possible) I feel like I dont understand this topic at all so I would appreciate if someone has any insights on this. I probably cannot just pass with terrible grades as my parents will start to distrust me and stop investing in my courses.
  23. @KenDo Thats obvious, if you actually mean it. I dont underestimate you, nor do I know you personally, so I cannot judge objectively. But be careful about setting goals this big when you arent in the field yet. (from what you have written) Maybe you are idealizing... Just a warning on my side. Otherwise go for it, it would be very great.
  24. Found this on google lol, pretty cringy
  25. @KenDo For how long are you having this vision? If its just a short term thing, you might want to contemplate it, as ego will want to trap you here and give you bunch of negative motivation. One can want to become a leader for 2 different reasons... I dont think you are not ready to decide, just want to warn you before you go full in to something...
