As @Elham you need to listen/read as much as you can, even though I would suggest you start listening more(you didn't mention how good your listening skills are). Before you start speaking you need to accurately understand all the English sounds because when it comes to English pronunciation is very important. The "root" as you call it it's basically understanding that a language it's something sub-conscious for example; you don't need to think about grammar when you speak your native language the words just come naturally to you. Another example's just how you are capable of understanding someone without stopping and translating you just make an instant connection and it's almost impossible for you to not understanding even if you try lol. So after a certain amount of hours of listening you will be able to speak almost naturally without making mistake(because you listened to native speakers saying that countless times). So is that it? Nope I would recommend learning how to use Anki and learn the most used phrases in English with flashcards 20 new cards a day it's enough - not the most fun thing to do but it's good for your discipline and you will see results as you go through The last advice, due to the fact that you have to do an exam, go watch videos on youtube of what the exam will be like and prepare in advance some answers to their questions(or understand the structures and useful keywords). And if you don't have yet a good pronunciation or it takes you a long time to come up with words, just don't speak because that way you are habituating yourself to do mistakes and pronounce incorrectly, instead listen a lot for at least 1 month while not speaking a word. Then if you see improvements go ahead practice what've said. Good luck

@Leo Gura I agree and also a question that always pops in to my mind is: "how do I recognise that is time to let go of PU?".
-
Excpet some ideas that he has, I think that touches good points that other PUA don't talk about. As far as I know fondamentally Derek: Teaches a game based on honesty He focuses heavily on BEING instead of DOING He knows that getting laid is not the solution to all men problems Before teaching game stuff he always assures that you are already taking responsibility for your life This to me seems a very good way of doing pIck up without worrying too much if there's manipulation or not lol Maybe you already know Derek more than me, I would like to know what you think.

If you buy any book that talks about shadow work/emotions is fine too. Julien takes a lot of concepts from other books like: The power of now The sedona method Letting go

@Vitamine Water Keep going bro! Im on day 36 and here are some tips that may can be helful for you: 1) Don't do it for the girls. Do it for the bigger picture. In the long term I aim to live a simple life. So I don't want to have too many addictions on my way, and I center myself even transumting sexual energy into spiritual practices like meditation and yoga. Yes girls are beautiful but feeling good with ourselves is even more important. 2)Don't touch Instagram ever! Or silence every person you follow both the story and the feed, this keeps you from checking it compulsively. 3) Don't fall in traps like "Oh, if i let myself relapse today tomorrow to counterbalance i will start meditating 1 hour everyday!!". That's bullshit, imagine meditating everyday WHILE you are on nofap...that would be even better so pls do yourself the favor I hope this was useful

@Toby You're totally right but I wanted to know you're approaches too @Jonty That's great, you are disciplined as hell! So did you only contemplate without doing extra meditation?(even though contemplation is a sort of meditation too) @noselfnofun Thanks for the tips. Yes I do wake up earlier but I like to study as a first thing in the morning because is one of my top priorities @cetus56 Sorry I didn't get it I am not so advanced -
@F A B Have you watched this? I think it answers to your question in a certain way

@c_wave_arts If you have never tried doing cold-approach do it, of course be open to new ideas. But ensure first that you have a strong commitment towards authenticity and Life purpose
