@Leo Gura Solid advice here, any new meditators should take note of this. Is there any probably of a meditation episode in the future? I know you’ve done one or two in the past but those were years ago, you now have more years of growth and experience meditating. Please share ?

@xxxx if you can find these jobs (which isn’t easy) painting murals is high dollar work. $10,000-30,000 per job. If I was artistic I would jump on this, especially in my growing city. Businesses, cities/townships, organizations, non profits, gyms, etc.. they all are potential clients.

@Persipnei hey just curious.. what symptoms arise when you can’t smoke for a day or two? Asking as a fellow self medicating cannabis user.

This happened in my city (Austin).. we’ve been dealing with these truck rally’s and even boat rally’s here for months. They will gang up on the side of our highways and yell at passing cars stopping traffic and causing a scene. Such a shame how far gone these brainwashed folks have become.

@An young being sometimes when I meditate the get this electric energy coursing through every cell in my body and it feels like one big orgasm. I’d say that’s my peak as far as greatest feeling in the world. Followed by being in “flow”

@7thLetter Biden is a horrible choice for us as Americans and he will probably not accomplish much, but ANYONE and I mean ANYONE is better than a racist sociopath and compulsive liar. This isn’t a question about policy and the American government, this is about basic human rights, equality and safety. And for that I voted for Biden. Had a monkey been running for office I may have voted for the monkey over both of them lol

@Preety_India you seem so confident.. please give me a better resource to discuss politics and don’t say this forum. No where else can you have the most up to date news articles discussed and comments ranked by the people. Where you get called out for false facts and gaslighting and general shit comments. Where there are moderators looking for rule breakers and hateful speech? Where we can have open discussions about New York time articles and the like? It annoying when you comment on things and seem so sure and that you have the truth about your OPINIONS. Spiritual arrogance!

I love the book Radical Honesty - Brad Blanton... that and increased awareness will give you a nice EQ boost. Build introspection with meditation and the skies the limit on EQ

Today I got the overwhelming urge during a breathe work session to release a ton of energy all at once so I flipped over and screamed into my pillow as loud and long as I possibly could, till it felt like I was going to pass out or my throat was going to tear ... and it was fucking LIBERATING, holy shit!! I’ve never done this before and even though my throat hurts I feel amazing today ?? just wanted to share

I have a fully electric car and a friend who has the same one said she was recently tested (hair test) for radiation levels (not sure why) but they came back very high. She has an EMF reader and she went around her whole house looking for a strong source. The car was astronomically higher than anything else she checked. My question: is this dangerous?

@Inliytened1 wait, I get these electrical vibrations as well throughout my body every single time I meditate or do breathe work (which both are daily).. am I experiencing awakening/being?

Every single time I do Pranayama breath work (2-3 times weekly) I start balling crying. It’s doesn’t feel bad or negative but without a doubt every single time I’m completely overtaken with emotion. My therapist doesn’t really understand why so I thought I’d ask y’all what might be going on? This crying feels amazing btw and I don’t normally cry in everyday life.

@Nahm thank you ? Is it safe to do this breath work daily or could increasing your consciousness too fast bring on too much suffering? I know everyone’s different but what’s a healthy practice look like in terms of times per week roughly? I’ve asked many people this question but never on this forum.
