  1. Do what you want to do. If you don't desire to live healthily then don't.
  2. Never tried ketamine but I have tried dxm extensively which is similar in a lot of regards. Yes they are dissociatives. On higher doses you'll be entirely in your head. I find it an enjoyable experience. Dissociatives can be used for spiritual work, but they tend to have more health risks. Personally combining 500ug lsd and 300mg dxm produced one of the most profound trips I have ever had. And as an added bonus the visuals were orgasmic. I remember just laughing at the magic of how reality just works. That was the same night my friend showed me Leo who said everything I had just realized. The addiction comes from being easily habit forming. You feel good and you can dose again right after you finish your trip. I had a slight problem with dxm for a bit but after I realized I was dosing out of boredom it was an easy fix. Now I only trip on dxm every few months.
  3. In summary, drugs can be dangerous, do research and test first. Amazing how this goes by people.
  4. Probably some kernels of truth under a lot of jargon for marketing.
  5. Pretty much this. Your fantasy if how you like reality to be does exist but what is being experienced right now is not it because this is simply one small subsection of the infinite. You'll know what it is like to be in every possibility but something has to experience them individually. And who is it that's gonna do that? You of course!
  6. It's never a matter of if you are or are not delusional. It's always a matter of how delusional.
  7. @ajasatya Won't do it single handedly, sure. Protests get people politically involved which is where the influence comes from. The best ways to perform a protest is a different story.
  8. Meditate whatever resonates with you best. Meditation sitting for me is painful. Scoliosis doesn't make it any better. So I lay down as well.
  9. They really aren't that different. At the end of the day the protest is advocating for change which involves changing other people's minds.
  10. The absolute is always carrying itself out as intended. You are advocating for the world you want to live in. That's fine. Just make sure you have acceptance for the universe even when it doesn't align with your ideal image.
  11. These are tricky things to answer. Psychedelics can be harmful or can be beneficial. It very much depends on you and if it is right for you. Psychedelics are considered anti-addictive as in they don't feel like they need it like how meth or heroin would cause but I've seen people develop habits out of it as escapeism. Personally every time I trip its very draining and I never feel like I could do it again until at least a week. Psychedelics could accelerate the development of conditions you are predispositioned to have. But I wouldn't say it would be the direct cause of say schizophrenia but it would make it develop faster. Psychedelics I've heard bring people into depression but I more commonly hear it bringing people out of it due to them finding themselves and developing more acceptance to reality. If you can't handle the psychedelic experience it could result in a psychotic break or anxiety but again that largely depends on you. I am someone who struggles less with accepting the experience than other people I know so I have never had any adverse reactions. If anything any anxiety or discontentment with reality has improved. Psychedelics are good for introspection which is a key component to spiritual work. You can see your actions, your life from a new angle and figure out where you need to go in life. It can dissolve the illusion of separation, experience no beginning and no end, infinity, pure love, acceptance etc or just offer you a whole new way of experiencing reality. My first glimpse into the illusion of separation was through a psychedelic induced ego death. Just clicked with no prior thought that all is one. Of course any realization on a psychedelic is fleeting and you can easily go back to your usual self post experience unless you continue your work. So don't think you can become enlightened just through psychedelics. But they do help here and there. Psychedelics can be really good or bad for you or perhaps not for you at one time but for you at another. You'll have to weigh that decision for yourself. There is always a risk.
  12. @Charlotte I really liked how you phrased the question as some hypothetical. "What would you do if X" Instead of "What should I do if X" I wonder if I would have responded differently if it was phrased like the latter.
  13. Do all the things you do sober to grow spiritually while on psychedelics and the effectiveness is essentially amplified. Everything you need is in front of you. You don't need to do anything special on psychedelics to get benefits from them.
  14. Put it in the bank and teach myself to spend less on luxuries even if I can afford to do so. Living in a poor household and the struggles associated to it were major influences to my growth. I need to solve this financial issue myself to learn what it takes to be successful. This is in order to learn more perspectives. Also living poor its easy to want to splurge on all the things you never had as some compensation. I've been taking control of this. Maybe when I solve the game of surviving in modern society I can then use the money to fuel transcending that.
  15. Lets just watch The Lion King. The antelope eat the grass, Lions eat the antelope, which then die to become grass.
  16. @alankrillin Seems you've misinterpreted my intentions to a lot of things that I do. I'll clear them up. You've never got any emotional reaction out of me. I don't reply to things I don't have anything to say about so that is why you think I am tunnel vision-ing what you say. If I didn't reply to it then I likely agreed with it. If I can find some kind of point against what you say i'll say it but not to try and appear right. I don't really care if somebody thinks I am wrong or right. Its just for others to consider. To me the best discussions are ones that cover as many points as possible rather than one that finds some kind of resolution. My commenting on you over using the word 'numnuts' was because personal attacks just degrades the conversation. Adds no substance for the purpose of making one feel better or another feel worse. Was the enlightened comment what you mean by trying to convince you of your own being or own truth? If you aren't enlightened then you only speak of what you think enlightenment is. And last I saw you don't think you are enlightened. Sorry if you got the wrong idea, man. But I don't have anything against you or some agenda to prove you wrong. You are the one bringing up the most points in these threads so you are the most likely person to reply to. And you already say what I would of said to other replies before I see it.
  17. @TheAvatarState Consider that infinite intelligence transcends all need for any metric or standards.
  18. @alankrillin The objection to perfection is also source doing that so still it objecting is perfect. You are just advocating for what you think enlightenment is. It does do things but that doesn't mean it needs meaning to do so from the absolute.
  19. Except whatever he does or whatever anybody does is also the sources will and what happens in reality including opposition to it. Accepting death doesn't mean you will go out to kill yourself. It's being content with either situation. With every why not go die there is a why not live. When it is time to die you will die. No matter what.
  20. If you consider infinity then you discover reality could be no other way.
  21. Whether society has gotten better or not depends on the goals and values you are striving for.
  22. I once wondered if I was autistic. My mom said I was when I was young. My little brother is autistic. I had a lot of things when I was young like banging my head to sleep or comfort myself and making a humming sound. Which still comforts me but it's not necessary. I was very literal and didn't pick up social cues. And there were probably other examples but I talked to my grandmother about it and she was curious to but then asked me "Even if you were would it change anything?" Which I responded with No and didn't bother inquiring further. You are who you are and whether you are autistic or not doesn't change who you are right now. You aren't ever wrong it's just people disapprove of some behaviors and they constantly need an excuse to justify why you did it and mental labels are the easiest. Work on yourself and to not care about conforming to how society wants you to be. They don't know how to handle behavior outside their norm.
