Based on what Leo says, no. That's why I said one of the more powerful ones. NM-Dmt would be in the top 5 though. Maybe top 3. I'm not well versed on other psychedelics that are so intense in such small dosages beyond 5-meo and nn-dmt Although I do think dmt has more visual goodness than 5-meo based on what I have read.

It is one of the more intense psychedelic experiences. Very short in exchange though when smoked. It is also the main psychedelic in Ayahuasca usually. My experience: I'm still working up to smoking the stuff again. My friends and I did it out in a field. It hits you while you are inhaling and for a breakthrough you have to continue to power through. I didn't though given its intensity caught me by surprised. Swirling visuals. Intense body and head space high. Reminded me of the intensity of when I did 1mg lsd. You get your signature psychedelic reverberating frequency sound. I find when I take a substance I get this feeling when I know I will experience a massive shift in consciousness that I will be in a ride out of this reality. I got this very quickly and it left the lasting impression on me that this is serious stuff not to be taken lightly. I felt like if I had gone deeper I would of been shown many profound things. Was kinda spooky when my first major awakening (dxm+lsd) left me shattered mentally for about a week. Changed forever. I don't regret it though. The tough experiences you really learn from.

I'm not sure if I am the only one to see this, but the topic of projecting onto others is an interesting one. You see one tell another to stop projecting then they continue to project onto them and it goes back and forth. Projection seems to be a necessary part of communication and yet we get so defensive on projections against us but not when we do it to others. This can become a very easy defense mechanism. To just say "No, you are wrong! Stop projecting!" without asking yourself if there is any truth to their claims. Projections are a great way to help us become aware of our own behaviors especially when introduced from outside perspectives, but it gets really ugly when the ego uses it to attack and/or defend.

@Mikael89 Great conversation. I hope you picked the right solution to your puzzle. Continue to stay radically open. Reality is full of mysteries. ? -

Would science have proven it? Not necessarily. Science still has a lot to figure out. Can't rely on science too much. And until you clear your life or your major problems, have you really put LoA to the test? -

What you think I was trying to tell you how to think was just advice. You are right I was making a guess about what I think you are thinking. But I see that as distinctively different than a claim of for sure knowing what you think. But at the end of the day such statements were an attempt to give you an outsider perspective to reflect on. We're all trying to grow together here. -

Yeah the wordplay to me was calling their disbelief a fact. That can be a tricky game to make your mindset more rigid. Unless I misinterpreted it anyway. I'd say look at it this way: The universe is a big puzzle with many ways to the same sokution. The brain is a puzzle solver. How you think will dictate what path to the solution you take. But the intellectual aside, putting it to the test is the true method, no? Course I could be wrong. I'm interested in exploring more myself. -

I just said to not be so dismissive until he resolves his own issues, doesn't even have to take my word for it. The only answer as to why I'd say that is egoic desire of course! Of course it is advice he can take or leave. ? The rest was lighthearted exploration and inquiring behind the thoughts. People are referring to some of his older posts. People here have tried to help him many times. -

Truth needs no defense. What is it that feels the need to defend and fight? -

@Umar_uk Perhaps you interpreted the statement the wrong way? ? There's often more than meets the eye especially when you consider context. Wouldn't surprise me when you took my statements as me trying to tell you what you are thinking or what to think. Definitely not what I was trying to communicate to you. -

@Mikael89 hahaha we could go in circles replacing one concept with another. Thought for thought. But what lies beyond them? You are magic. -

Nice wordplay. Portraying your own beliefs as fact. Perhaps LoA is working through your own disbelief for it ? -

@Mikael89 overcome your problems first before making such claims ? -

That's why this love must be discovered authentically. -
@Shin I agree. I am poly myself but choose to be in a monogamous relationship. It's just easier. There's also a big misconception that poly people can't do monogamous stuff. It's just they aren't restricted to it.

Collapse the duality between the two. It points to the same thing at the end of the day. No free will arises when you create a duality between you and God, free will arises when you discover unity with God. Reconcile both perspectives as you wish. -

And learning from people and doing practices is also... Life. Sounds like you are too caught up in the absolute. Keep your mind on the star, but your mind to the feet. Work both ends of the paradox. The fact you even need to explain this shows there is work to be done. Leo isn't literally saying you can't get enlightened without doing practices. That should go without needing to say it. Those cases are far and few between though. We are talking the relative perspective. Be careful about conflating the two. It'll just end in a circular argument instead of understanding emphasis -
Shadowraix replied to Umar_uk's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
You sure you aren't adding in the "only" part to build some kind of argument? A school about pursuing awakening won't tell you to just passively experience life. No, they are going to give you methods in which you can pursue it actively. There are many degrees and facets to awakening. You aren't done after one. Leo addressed you in another thread: Edit: I see you are addressing But when you combine this with the previous statement you can fill in that he doesn't think this is factually the only method. But it is the only active involvements that can be taught. And as stated before, natural awakening isn't a guaranteed thing. This happens to very few people. So this is the only methods for them if they aren't as gifted. -

This is where things get tricky. Yes the more deeply rooted a want or need is, the harder it is to unwire. Food and water is needed for self-sustaining its physical form. However having a partner is not, this is higher up on the surface for generating new forms. The need for a partner becomes less necessary on this path. Because you don't need it to feel happy. But don't take my word on it. Go find out for yourself. Every part of us is biology, but fortunately its very very dynamic. Very few things are we stuck with. -
Shadowraix replied to Umar_uk's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Thats great and all, but still do the practices if you actually want to pursue nondual consciousness. -
Shadowraix replied to MM1988's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
So what? Sit there and decide to wallow in misery? You aren't responsible for what you experience, but you are responsible for how you react to it. Don't just work from one side of the paradox. Work with both sides. Whats the goal here? To make yourself feel better about your own misfortunes by applying demonizing words to LoA? -
Shadowraix replied to MM1988's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
So what do you want to do about it? Excuse people for their own dysfunction? Being poor doesn't mean you can't use LoA to your advantage and vice versa for being rich. Constantly seeking externally for satisfaction instead of internally will only do so much and not get rid of the root dysfunction. Perhaps those people who think they need those things are the deluded ones? Its up to them to choose how they want to go about it. You can call reality cruel, whatever. Thats just your ego casting judgment as if it knows best. Don't be a victim. Take responsibility. If you think this is mental gymnastics then I would advise you to dig deeper into your psyche. It all starts there. But do you want to accept that? To do the work internally instead of the easy external satisfaction? -
@Jed Vassallo Your words are beautifully written here. It does taken a lot of growth to do poly relationships. Requires a lot of selflessness but unfortunately I think it is often dived into with a intention of selfishness. This creates a pretty bad reputation on polyamory. Such as getting accused of just wanting to fuck other women.
