That in of itself becomes an egoic desire. It would actually hinder you than help you. To truly understand you might need to inquire more in what is it thats truly causing you to not be in a state of constant bliss. Or psychedelics. Thats the only reason why I understood the point of meditation.

Which is God's will in of itself to experience that. God's will doesn't always translate to a satisfied mind. To the satisified will of the ego-mind. All part of the plan. Discounting separation for oneness is purposefully ignoring the paradox present here. Both are true. Nondual includes dual. As for the perfect harmony thing, that is pretty much what I said earlier but in a different way. Exactly. No limits also grants it the ability to limit and part itself. Paradoxes! You wouldn't be here if you too weren't looking for mental scaffolding. Don't worry. Working on it. 2 years? Need more time.

The ones who can do it aren't gonna go out and make a public stunt of it. Their goal isn't to prove that it is real. "Even if such powers should come to you, he taught, don’t use them, except you hear the voice of God telling you to do so." Its impossible to tell the depth of their enlightenment as "my" experience doesn't contain theirs. Nondual consciousness and what that entails is a tricky thing to describe to one who isn't there. Enlightenment doesn't guarantee your personal development has hit its peak though. Its a bit like a venn diagram.

By tapering off and replacing the time doing those things with something else. The end results comes to intercepting the unconscious actions. To realize what you are doing -> intercept that desire -> replace it with some other action. Maybe wear a wristband or some kind of reminder to remind you of your goals. This requires building commitment and self-discipline. Long term vision. Is that quick dopamine fix more important or the current dissatisfaction to remove the addiction? Comfort vs discomfort.

You might find an RC that works better for you, but thats also making your body an open experiment and subjects you to higher risk of adverse effects. Psychedelics are teachers. Whatever they teach, will help you grow. Some are harsher and harder to grasp than others.

Direct experience. All concepts that point to an experience. Your claim of it all being concepts is is a concept. Concept is in of itself a concept! We can either use them to point to what we experience or be silent. Make your choice. Try to will a TV to float. Won't happen. That will being left unsatisfied was the will of God. Very few people can experience siddhis. Its no easy feat.

The distinction is that God's will doesn't necessary translate to your will being satisfied, but it going unsatisfied. Hence why the human form can't will things like Thanos. God has set limits to how parts of consciousness (itself) interacts with other parts. It would be total mayhem otherwise. Restraints perfectly set to allow this world to sustain as is. Now the question lies, where do the human form restraints start?

Yeah it's hard to make such evaluations when all you see is what he wants you to see.

That's when the ego grabs hold of these truths and corrupt it. Can you really call that enlightenment? Sounds like the illuminati only has half truths and use it to fuel ego.

I just got word my step mom died from suicide. I've never had to deal with a family member death that I knew. Hasn't sunk in yet but any advice for this process would be appreciated.

I live in a different state from where all of this is happening so I'm not really sure how much of grief there is for me to do. I rarely think about it unless it is done so consciously. But I feel a lack of emotional triggers is going to delay the inevitable. @John Lula I've heard that book mentioned a thousand times maybe it is about time I get it.

@Nahm Always found it interesting how these things tie together. No matter what you think those thoughts will never represent IT. Yet it is the only way we do anything regarding it. Your dilemma here is believing in all of these stories in your head then the ego jumps in and identifies it all. To really understand and accept this you must transcend the egoic mechanisms rather than use it to identify with God and all the things the ego doesn't like. Even your current feelings and thoughts are constructed by God. Yes God wanted to know what it was like to be you and contemplate on infinite realities about you and your son and freak out about it. But all if this is thought and ego. The process is in letting go and disidentifying of both. Otherwise your survival mechanisms will kick in and give you shit. Look beyond thought.

And yet the only reason you say this is because God wanted to experience that. because suffering goes against your survival agenda

@Conrad I'm trying to give you advice but it feels like talking to a broken record player. Repeating yourself won't make people more conscious than they already are. You put everything into a absolute matter and seem to forget about the relative. If the absolute is all you want then silence is your friend.

@themovement Half-truths run deep here. Sure, there are a lot of women, a lot of people who think only of the things you mention. All those guys will only pick those kind of girls up. And if they are only interested in those kind of girls, they won't have a shot at the higher consciousness women because they will see their bullshit a mile away. Why are you picking women who's concerns associate with hypergamy? How often do you do the same judgments on women you criticize women for? Hypergamy is about using someone else to serve the ego. After all our primary directive we start out with is serving egoic desires. Some are more egotistical than others. You've been hurt and burned so many times you refuse to believe anyone could transcend such primitive states. This belief seems to originate from pain and you use hypergamy as a means of making yourself feel better.
