  1. Leo's videos are great, but too much theory, and too long. Start small, work your way up. My goal is to meditate after awakening every day of February, have not broken since Many, Many videos, but you just have to do the fcking thing - No excuses, I can give you more data, but it would be pointless. Motivation is bullshit, Passion is bullshit. Just become disciplined.

So a simple way to both bulk and cut (bulk = Gain muscle) (Cut= Lose Fat) is to eat 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, also to track all your calories, so you know whats going in and out, which is your macros. Macros is Protein, Fats and Carbs. Protein and Carbs = 4 calories/gram , Fat = 9 calories/gram. Use myfitnesspal.com to track calories, and use http://www.iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ Thats it, hours upon hours of pointless research composed in one paragraph - DONE

  5. Don't give in to those silly desires. Sexual Energy is the primary force energy, that's WHY you get superpowers. Use Qi Gong Meditation - I personally become fearless from NoFap, Read Think and Grow Rich, and ascend to the highest levels of spirituality. Use this energy, don't throw it down the drain jerking off. Get back on NoFap and don't you ever give up from that shit, these are your demons, KILL THEM , KILL THEM ALL
