Yes, this sht will fuck you up in the head, obsessing over everything and drive you crazy. I know from personal life experience, I underwent psychosis because of this bullsht, I literally "lost my mind" http://www.doctornerdlove.com/2013/03/toxic-alpha-male/ I think more of the lines that Alpha is masculinity, or you can think of in form of self-development. This greek letter dichotomy is getting out of hand

Man fuck that alpha beta shit, it's neurotic. If you are thinkning Alpha means the highest pinacle of yourself, then it makes sense, but truly is possible to ever reach that pinacle?

This is pretty much it, don't take it to far before you let assertiveness and dominance turn you into an asshole Source of that philosophy: Just start saying No to people
-
Theoretically is it plausible? I feel this is my life philosophy, to achieve any goal through sheer determination and will, of course one would need to be resourceful, but regardless, I feel it builds greater character to use brute force, also noted in Leo's "How to Get Shit done" video. I heard that goals are suppose to be "adjusted, and changed depending on the circumstances" from someone and to that I say fuck NO, you set a goal and do anything to achieve it period; Going so far as to centering your whole life around that or multiple goals, never giving up even if it kills you, (As this relates to my personal life) even if you die, you die in glory pursuing your goals. Truly this is the way. What are your thoughts?

There is some sort of term in psychology that states that if you do tell others of your intention it lowers your motivation - Also that Leo made a video stating that you should stop telling other things you are to accomplish and simply accomplish things.
