  1. Have a vision for yourself, and pure willpower. Just literally force yourself each and every single time, do what the navy seal would do, as in fitness I had so,so,so many times where I just wanted to quit because my mind couldn't take it. Just brute force it, be relentless. Personally, I noticed fitness was mentally one the hardest things in my life, and when I broke those mental barriers, everything else came together. As Elliot would say, the body is the mind. Stick with it, and you will be an unstoppable force of nature. I'm just gonna black and white it for you right and outright tell you that if you stop/quit, you will be miserable fkin parasite for the rest of your godforsaken life. On the otherhand, if you absolutely obliterate this, you will a god forsaken unstoppable force of nature. Exercise builds willpower, as does meditation That's why I love fitness, it's all about busting through each and every barrier in your life, and absolutely decimating all mental barriers you have in life, truly pushing yourself to the limit. I'm masochistic in the bed, and masochistic in the head. It really is a mental-disorder, wanting to put yourself through soooo much, making it feel sooo goood, to receive alll that volumptious, sexually arousing pain. Re-program your subconscious mind to love the pain and misery, because it really is joyful. I took this sht to the next level and focused all my chi energy as bruce lee would do with his one-inch punch, as I did do boxing with a man whose grandmaster had some relation with one of bruce's trainers master' trainer or some other constrigent tree-line of master, and smashed a plastic table with a chop, some portions of my forearm wear bruised/cut and I began to slurp up the blood like a sociopath from the videogame borderlands, and ohh it felt soo good, letting my inner-animal out, I don't suggest you take it to extremes, but fck it why not? Some times you've got to be a little crazy, better than being a little lazy. That's why arnold loves the pump, it feels like he's cumming all day, as exercise without the endorphin release would be absolute hell. Join a bootcamp, a real bootcamp and test your limits. Also don't try cutting a body-part to slurp some blood, not worth it. (Now I know why those borderland psychos get such a high off these kinds of things)

  4. I've been searching for a way to kill the ego, but that itself is the ego's doing. What do I do?
  5. Sexual transmutation is probably the easiest way to get what you want, when you want. After all, what is more powerful than life force? After I tried sexual trans mutating negative thoughts away, it worked. Now the ego rapaciously thirsts and desires more and more, meticulously planning ways that it can gain as much life force to trans-mutate whatever it desires and is willing to do anything to get what it wants. I'm thinking this is why Kundalini is bad/not right for me, because once you have that life force, the world bends to your will. I'm having a deep inner conflict as to what I should be doing, maybe just doing leo's meditation method of avoiding thought stories? I can literally feel myself turning into an animal, gritting my teeth with other cannibalistic behaviour, like stabbing my food, and envisioning broccoli as a tree, as a slowly "cut it down" with my fork, slicing away at it's innards. At first I thought it was some kind of testosterone spike, but higher T-levels won't make you think like some sort of deranged monster, even thoughts of envisioning my food as some sort of animated character, then preceding to stab it as the mind makes "imaginary" screams/shouts/pleads of pain and then beginning to greedly laugh as the poor character is butchered , seriously wtf, where does this crap even come from. You could self-actualize with this, but the ego will most likely just jump in their and eat away as it realizes what is possible. What do I do? This little parasite is trying to gain control again after all this work...arrrghhh, the initial plan was to do this to improve humanity and use this life force for good. God damn it now I'm falling backwards.

No limitations whatsoever, this way there will no shortage of funding in scientific research and we will propel ions further, to cure all base problems in society, then work on the higher end possibilities, travel to new galaxies, search for alien life form, create new worlds, evolve into some other type of life forms. Find some way into the spiritual world, discover things basically.

The idea that everything is going to be ok, but you must take action, that is the key, no matter how small that action is, it is still progress. Even thinking about wanting to change is a plausible action. It's not about tough love, it's about execution.

  22. To find absolute truth, you need radical open-mindedness. You need to test these things for yourself, construct some sort of experiment, because If you blindly blow-off mystisism as "pseudo science" with pure ignorance with little to no knowledge or eexperimentation whatsoever, then you are not a good enough scientist. This is why in anything spiritual radical open-mindedness is needed. You might as well forget about life purpose, because it involves masculine and feminine "energies". You have research, but no experimentation, which means the case is closed. How can you even negate spirituality without even testing it? Not that I am strongly inclined to spirituality, but meditation itself is the search of one's true self, and is spiritual in sense. Again, ignorance is not bliss, it is ignorance. I believe in this spirituality thing because of the experimentation with NoFap, I got some of "magnetisism" with woman, they were really attracted to me for some reason, you have to firsthand experience these things to believe them. little did I know it was abundance of sexual energy, I abused it incorrectly and got hospitalized for psychosis, and had a psychotic break with reality.
