  1. Do you remember this game? https://www.coolmathgames.com/0-bloxorz
  2. I think what you call pure abstraction is what I like to call pure potentiality. That's how I experienced God: as an infinite field of pure potentiality.
  3. That's basically the law of attraction, isn't it? Wallace D. Wattles taught that: "There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made, and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the interspaces of the universe. A thought, in this substance, produces the thing that is imaged by the thought. Man can form things in his thought, and, by impressing his thought upon formless substance, can cause the thing he thinks about to be created."
  4. Surely God must be beyond all abstractions. For it is the human mind that deals in abstractions.
  5. "If you can’t make up your mind about something, flip a coin. Force yourself to make a decision. Few decisions are worth agonizing over. You’ll need all the mental energy you save doing this for something that’s actually important."
  6. "Getting better is now your most important job and everything else takes second place. Realize that you have a great deal less energy and time than a healthy person. Forget about getting stuff done. Just do the bare minimum you can get away with. Your new and important job is to heal. You are no help to anybody when you are sick, not even to yourself. Worry about great accomplishments after you are better. Right now, just accomplish taking your supplements and making it through the next chelation round. Small, everyday accomplishments like this will lead to the great accomplishment of recovery."
  7. This is a quote from The Mercury Detoxification Manual: "It is important to understand that a frequent, low dose chelation protocol is the right way to detoxify heavy metals. ANY other way of detoxing heavy metals is the wrong way and dangerous."
  8. It's not out yet...
  9. I love this: Good times. Sixty years later: I love the reactions of the audience. When was the last time a visionary presented something new that made the audience go berserk? When the Star Destroyer appeared at the beginning of A New Hope, the audience applauded, even though they didn't know what Star Wars was. We don't have those kinds of exciting experiences anymore, because at this point in time we know everything, and even the seemingly new isn't really new anymore. It's difficult to blow people's minds away, because the mind is familiar with everything. Disrupting that familiarity with something truly novel is very difficult, if not impossible, these days.
  10. I think it's the getting up at night that makes it so exhausting. The highest dose I've taken is 500mg of ALA with 200mg of DMSA. https://www.reddit.com/r/autism/comments/3f1agl/comment/ctku3mw/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3
  11. I did try to read the Mercury Detoxification Manual two years ago, and at the time it did seem complex, probably because my health was much worse then. Thanks for reminding me of those books. I'll read them again.
  12. Unfortunately, YouTube's search function isn't that good, either.
  13. Yeah, I thought so. It's just that a round is so exhausting. I needed one year just to complete eight rounds. I was hoping I could speed up the process by taking more. Is there a recommended maximum dose? Some people say that the good metals get chelated, too.
  14. It guessed Adya:
  15. "Those who jumped are still falling."
  16. Only you can accurately interpret what your unconscious is trying to tell you, because only you can make the right associations and see the personal dynamics, that is, see how the images relate to you personally. I like this Jungian approach: Consider getting Robert A. Johnson's book.
  17. Maybe try to reduce the time you spend on masturbating before you try to cut it out of your life completely. I was obsessed with cutting it out of my life, but that didn't go so well. I don't recommend that approach. I also wouldn't recommend porn. I prefer Pinterest. And maybe try a 30 day no-fap challenge. I don't know how that challenge affects others, but it changed my relationship to my sexuality forever. I have much more control over my sexual drive, because the power of that drive has been lessened. I don't need to masturbate as much as I used to. Before I did the challenge, I absolutely had to masturbate after two days just so that I could move on with my life; there was no choice. Now I can easily go weeks without masturbating.
  18. This one's cool: A backrooms video game seems like the obvious thing to create, but I think this concept wouldn't work well as a game. I'd prefer to watch a feature-length found footage movie. Or a TV show would be even better, because you could explore all the infinite possibilities that the backrooms provide.
  19. I wouldn't feel stuck. I'd feel happy. Backrooms are my happy place.
  20. No, without them. I prefer poolrooms:
  21. I think of backrooms as eerily beautiful, not scary or depressing. I'd love to be forever alone in the backrooms.
  22. You won't ever find anything in life that brings you joy and meaning. For joy and meaning are what you bring to life. "Where the meaning comes from is the state of being that you bring to what you do. The quality with which we show up is what makes anything feel meaningful and beautiful and significant." - Adyashanti
  23. There is no shortcut to heaven. The point of life isn't to discover that all you needed to do was to kill yourself. That's violent. The point of life is to play the game of life well. Play it wisely and lovingly. Life is about wise action, and suicide is not a wise action. There is an eternity of existence.
