It's both: you're returning to your natural state; in that sense, it's not a superpower. But sexual transmutation is almost like a superpower.

That's one of my favorite things about abstaining from masturbation. It really does change people's reactions to you. When I masturbate a lot, I tend to repel people. When I stop masturbating, I tend to attract people. I get better at responding to social situations due to the confidence and mental clarity. That's the reason why I want to stop masturbating forever. The short-term pleasure of masturbation is nothing compared to the long-term satisfaction of successful social interaction.
