As above so below. As within, so outside. Law of correspondence I belief its called. Reality has this funny way of catching up, perhaps with a slight timelag.

Shroom tea with a clear intention ? -
I just want to hammer on this point Leo made a while back in a vlog, on there only being three generations alive at each given moment. It has made a big mindshift for me, hopefully this rant will do the same for someone else. So the basic idea is that there are only three generations of humans alive at each given moment. Think about it. It can sometimes seem like there is this huge world out there. But when you will be 50-80, you will be one person in the latest generation. Take a look at the people in that age group right now. Mystics, sages, CEO’s, leaders, politicians. It seems like they are somewhere out there, and there is this big world, with all these people that are in these positions. You will be one of those people! If you want. Also, most people really just don’t know shit! Its not like at some point you get ‘the memo’ of what life is all about. Most older people are simply older, and have become so adapted to the status quo and their beliefs, that now they truely believe they know whats going on. They don’t! Anyways, I guess this rant is about taking your authority back.

Crawl your way to abundance. Self- acceptance goes a long way as well.

@Flowerfaeiry Already do stretching every morning, and just bumped my yoga practice up to twice a week @TrynaBeTurquoise Yeah, the weightlifting might have been causing it in some way or another. Wreckless teen/early twenties throwing around heavy weights without proper instruction. Recipe for disaster. Also got the ball thingy, going to use that more! Thank you. @Michael569 Hmm yeah, I do sit a lot. I've been trying to be mindful of my posture, but it's hard and confusing. It's like I don't know what my natural posture is at this point. I've been changing it, my body has changed, and also I feel like there is just something inherently wrong in my back, I don't know. I've tried indeed stretching chest muscles and training back muscles more. However, not with the any professional help, just some youtube videos. I will talk to the expert I will go to next week, and bring it up. If I don't find any solutions soon, MRI might be a good option indeed. Thank you. @Johnny Thanks, but I'm good on the carnivore diet lol. @MAYA EL Woah, that is quite some adversity you have had to face there. Amazing how you have dealt with it and have come back. Puts my issue into perspective as well. Yeah, great point. I am unsure what exercises would fit, so will seek help on that before taking more action. Very interesting. One of the things I have become aware of is that the right side of my body is way more developed than the left side of my body. It's like I stand 70% on my right leg and only 30% on my left. Recently I noticed that the office chair I often sit in is actually is leaning right! I actually sit put so much more pressure on my right ass cheek that the chair is fucking bend (threw that thing out BTW). So if you are talking about inbalance, there is a huge on. Perhaps the posterior/anterior also plays a role, I'm not sure. Uhm, I think I have been doing a bit of that, but I will look into it more. Thank you very much for your post, it is really insightful. Any chance you are living somewhere close to the Netherlands? Would definitely come by for a session @Shiva I would say I sit around 5-8 hours a day. The exercise thing has changed a lot over the last year. First I went to the gym 3+ times a week, mostly lifting weights and did one yoga session. Now I hardly go to the gym, do two yoga sessions, and stretch every morning. Thank you all for your replies. It really means a lot that people are thinking along, gets me fired back up to solve this Already made an appointment with a new physiotherapist for next week to do an intake. Curious to see whether he/she has anything new to say. I will also take your ideas with me, and propose these things (after he/she comes with own analysis and suggestions).

@TrynaBeTurquoise Thank you for your advice. Most of the things you mention I have tried though. Ive got a foam roller and use it regularly. I used to do a lot of strength excercises, I was quite a beast ?. However, it didnt feel like strenghtening was helping, rather the opposite. For the last half a year I stopped lifting weights, and lost 10kgs. Not sure whether picking it back up is the move here.. I think my next step will be to go to more experts.. find someone I feel can see the problem. ps. Just read your quote, thats hilarious ???

Yup I second this. “I've also heard that it's a manifestation of the playful nature or reality” Oehh, I like that. Thats how it feels to me somethimes as well. Usually when I am in the state when synchronisities occur, reality does not seem so serious. Neither does it seem that complicated. More like, ofcourse it works that way, duhh. -
@The Don Yup, Ive doen around 40 psylocibin trips over the last three years. I attrivute a great deal to shrooms for improving my situation with girls. Besides the shrooms I also did a lot of pick-up though, it kinda build on each other.

Perhaps the TV-screen analogy works well here. If you are watching a movie, there is something displayed on the screen. That frame you see is in a sense all that exists on the screen in that moment. However, the screen can change, new frames can be displayed on the screen. However, in reality it’s more interactive, its more like a video game on a screen. Also, the present moment doesn’t exist either. -
Hmm for me it doesn’t work like the catalog thing. To me it feels like you are leading followers to deeper and deeper levels of understanding and consciousness. Quite some of your effort and value is spend motivating and inspiring people. There is a bigger story, more depth, guidence, when you watch on a weekly basis. It would’t be the same if you mixed up the order of the video’s. The coaching aspect plays a big role, at least for me.

Get a bunch or shrooms, set a clear intention of facing your fears and obstacles around girls. Surrender completely to your intention. Be willing to die to overcome the obstacles.

I agree that usually its probably not the best move to go after girls with boyfriends. However, there are girls that are just hardly ever single. They only leave a relationship when they can move into another one. Could be worth it to wait on a girl that is clearly not satisfied in her relationship.

I like that the videos are weekly, gives structure and motivation IMO

Thats all nice, but the core would be to develop some kind of skill or product that offers tons of value. You need a financial plan to support your business plan, not the other way around.

Hee there! Im looking for a nice definition of spirituality in 1 or 2 sentences for a workshop I am creating. Figured there would be some spiritual foke here that could help me with that. All suggestions are welcome ?

I find it hard to peg the mystical experiences I have had on the model-ish facets Leo presents in the new episode. I have definitely had some Samadhi experiences, but the other facets I am not sure of. For example, I have seen the intelligence and creativity of reality at display multiple times. One time I wrote down the following, or rather I watched my hand write down the following: ”It is possible to literally look inside the creativity and intelligence of reality. Being guided by nothingness, observing form being created. Letting it flow from myself, or even better, observe yourself as part of it.” This is one example, but I have other experiences of realising no-self, love. However, I am not sure whether these were “absolute”, and whether there are different degrees of absolute. Part of the problem is that afterwards I don’t remember well what happened. When I started having these experiences I even denied having had them. Now I can clearly see something is going on, but evaluating the depth is hard. Also, I don’t think its usualy one distinct moment where it clicks, like, “this it it”. Feels more like a process of going deeper, if that makes sense.

Just want to thank everyone again for thinking along, and let you know the workshop was a success I ended up defining spirituality twofold: - Your everyday experience and depth of connection to reality - Your perception and meaning of self and existence as a whole After they made an initial sketch, I had a slide asking them questions about what they think is possible. ØEliminate all suffering of your life? ØRealizing reality is infinitely loving? ØRealizing everything is one, literally? ØRealizing reality is nothing but imagination? ØConnecting to infinite intelligence and creativity? ØRealizing you are God? People came up with some beautiful visions. None went for any radical awakening goals, but still. -
I am watching the new fear video, and got to just after the excercise. Leo mentions the fear of being stuck in wage slavery. This fear is now active in me, and is running a lot of my life. I am currently doing a Masters programme, teaching at the university and running two small start ups. It feels like I have this deadline, the end of my Masters, after which I have to support myself financialy. I dont want to get sucked into wage slavery, so I am working my ass off to make sure I can be an independent entrepreneur in one year. I am also saving money to have a reserve, in case I need it for a bridging period. From my pov this seems like the rational, smart, best thing, to be doing right now. It feels like I will need 2-3 years of hard work to solidify this aspect in my life, after which I can tone down. I can feel the grind is effecting my health in some ways. Some days my body gets stiff from stress. Its hard to relax atm in general. The discrepancy between my vision and current reality means I carry a lot of structural tension. Its not that I am outragiously neurotic or stressed, but its definitely taking somewhat of a toll on me. What do you think of my situation?

@Nahm Thank you so much, I keep re-reading it and find new things everytime ??

Posted this a while ago, but bumping it because of the video. -
So I'm interested in helping people to change and grow. I had this idea about the relationship between ego/selfishness/devilry and change. The basic idea is that the more you move from ego/selfish/devil to god/conscious, the easier it becomes to change.
-
@Nahm Thank you for your reply, I missed initialy, but found it luckely ?? It seems to me that I am trying to hold up the connection with the inner source as much as I can. I meditate half an hour a day, yoga twice a week, low-dose mushroom trip every few weeks. It feels like I can’t go more inside without removing something I am working on. I just started my (second) Master, but the thought of dropping out has crossed my mind. My heart doesn’t seem to be in it that much. Also, I have per accident deleted some files, and destroyed a USB stick with notes ? However, dropping out now would be scary, as I would need to stand on my own feet faster than expected. Also, reconnecting with my inner source doesnt feel like a walk in the park either. I also don’t fully understand what you try to point me to with this. Would you mind elaborating please? ?
