I have had a girl ask me to buy them food and deliver it to her after not even having a regular date, but just hanging out once. I didn't talk to her after that. My ex would actually buy me quite a bit of stuff. I never liked her spending much on me though. Some people just like show love through gifts.

@lostingenosmaze ERP therapy.

End the round and do not chelate anymore until you at least read the manual. You are going to potentially injure yourself being reckless with this information.

I could not really find much on success stories for chelation on OCD, but I am hopeful. For me personally, I found that my gut health needed to fixed dramatically and that improved it a lot. Diet and exercise were massive for it. Learned techniques like the sedona method and ERP useful. Psilocybin mushrooms did seem to have a lasting positive benefit as well, plus they were very effective short term. It could be the case that heavy metals are the cause of the depression and OCD. However, for most it seems to be mostly from their bad gut health and life style.

As mentioned above, I think that going at this to root of the thoughts is important. You might also want to consider what kind of food you are eating as well. From my experience if I am eating healthy foods, I could eat as much as I like without issues. Sure, I don't have the most flat stomach or anything like that, but I cannot get into an unhealthy weight. So maybe trying to work on the types of foods could be some benefit here too. There is so many healthy things that taste amazing, but it will take some work to research and prepare them.

I believe thc caused me to have depersonalization disorder. I have taken some serious action to fix those issues. I would highly recommend avoiding thc if you are already having an issue with it. THC in general can cause issues with anxiety, so it isn't nearly as fun. Tripping is amazing if done right. It isn't even comparable imo. I have not really had much issues with tripping. Taking high dose trips I experienced some issues after, but they are pretty typical of taking something like LSD for example. There is typically a period of time where you have some negative effects. While actually tripping though, I find THC to be a lot more anxiety inducing. I always mediate before and during my trip. That and I have a good handle on how I should be dosing. I do notice some periods of depersonalization from doing this kind of stuff. However, unless you have had a consistent issue with it, then I would not worry about it. The benefits have far out weighed the costs. The experience is so different, I would not even compare them personally. Start with really low doses and work your way up. -
It is getting quite a bit easier to do all of my work it seems like lately. I have still been playing around with improvements for my energy. I am preparing to do some chelation, but I have to admit I am a bit worried about how my energy might be then. It has been nice to be getting on top of things and not be behind, or not have much going on. I feel like my income is going to keep growing well if I can keep this up. I feel really good about how my youtube channel is going as well. It isn't blowing up, but the results to me feel really good considering how little advertising I do. I am working on cutting out stuff that is not serving me as much. I had been playing video games while I was eating dinner, but I am going to switch that to learning stuff. I bought this course for taxes that is specific to my reselling business. I think this would really help me enhance my business a lot. I want to be a lot more prepared for this stuff and get better discounts on taxes. I could use this for more courses in the future too. I want to buy a speech course sometime in the future as well. I still have a bit of the LPC to do still. I don't know why I put that off so much, but at least I am actively working on my life purpose. I am tired of being in a time crunch or late etc. I a working on getting my youtube and ebay business ahead for listings and uploads. It seems like it is going pretty good. I feel like the bar is set pretty low for ebay right now. To be fair it is not quite the season for inventory just yet either. It will be soon. So maybe I should try to get a bit of surplus of videos ready to be uploaded. It is a bit difficult to do that though sometimes. I struggle a lot with video ideas, but it has been getting better.

Another alternative you could consider would be flax seed oil. Pretty expensive though getting a quality organic bottle in glass.

Put a lot more work into my video this time. It seems like it went a lot better. I need to work on shortening things up. This is work that I actually feel good about producing into the world. I think there is a lot missing in the world for being healthy. Out toxic culture doesn't care about health much at all, or simply doesn't know. I am excited to see how this goes moving forward.

@Theperciever Those seem pretty expensive for the amount of stages on them. I would see about a 5 or 6 stage system if you can. The UV is nice, but that is not going to remove heavy metals.

I feel amazing since I started adding in supplements. I feel like dancing almost, which I don't even dance. I am almost positive that I was deficient in at least zinc. My mood and energy has just been much better since I started taking them. I am going to be experimenting with some stuff like ashwaganda ksm-66 soon to see if it can help my adrenals. I still notice that I need to work a bit on my digestion. I could try some digestive bitters soon. I was considering looking into some digestive enzymes though too. My overall ability to work has improve a lot. I feel like I am tackling a lot of the tasks that were harder to get into now as well.

You will have to decide, when is best. Having your gut healed is going to be essential for absorbing nutrients. Doing something like chelation is going to cause the body to become deficient in minerals. That is why you see so many supplements being recommended for doing this. Without a prepared gut it is going to be even harder to get those nutrients while doing this kind of protocol, which could potentially cause more problems with deficiencies. For my own requirements, I think having a very optimized diet is crucial. Someone should have done an elimination diet and have a diet that is fully optimized to them. This will really help get the gut back in check and possibly even lift most of the symptoms alone. That and having done a gut, liver, and kidney detox. All of these pathways should be going at full charge. That and having exercise handled and any vitamin deficiencies handled. Someone who is toxic with metals is likely already experiencing some deficiencies, so that should be handled as well. All of this stuff alone would take some serious investment. Not to mention doing all of these could literally solve someone's problems. If someone has fixed all of these channels and is still struggling with symptoms that could be a really good indicator on it's own of metal toxicity. Forgot to mention having the cleanest water possible is massive too. That will continue exposure to metals and toxins if it is not taken care of.

That's pretty weak on stages for that much money. It doesn't seem to add minerals back into the water either. https://www.amazon.com/APEC-Alkaline-Drinking-Water-ROES-PH75/dp/B00NWZ1RCK/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=10UXR8LIPE2PL&keywords=apec+r0-90+water&qid=1644176714&sprefix=apecr0-90+water%2Caps%2C116&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFZUVBHOUtJN1FGVTUmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTAzMjA5MzgyU1BLR1VWVVlYVjRGJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTAzMDQzNTkxOUlESDgzTkVGRkVWJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ== Sorry for the massive link lol. I run one of these. I have not dived in to find the absolute best one, but this is offering a good bit more than what you were showing. I am not sure what it will cost, but this is extremely cheap for this quality in the US. This unit has only gotten cheaper since I bought it because newer models have been introduced.

The main concern with an approach like that is there is not a known half life of cilantro and spirulina. When you break the periods of detoxing, there is redistribution of metals. Using DMSA still will cause metals metals to redistribute as well, but since there is a known half life you can continue to dose at the right times minimizing that. Redistribution could potentially cause even more problems if the metals move to more sensitive areas. I'm all for natural solutions, but I have not seen a proper protocol for this that is natural. For some this might have been effective. I have heard some stuff about cilantro potentially being a good natural chelation agent.

@animani Chelating heavy metals will not cure sibo. Toxicity might cause the sibo to form, but you will want to tackle the sibo first. You will want to prepared your gut, liver, and kidneys for this as well. It would be recommended to heal and detox them. Your liver will be taking a good amount of heat removing heavy metals as they will be excreted through bile. Other channels in your body will deal with them as well.

Focus on making quality content that you enjoy. Try to add some sort of improvement each video. Consistency is key. -
Nice post. Not to mention a lot of juices are not providing that many nutrients either. A lot of loss after sitting on the shelf for a long time. I haven't done it in a while, but I love using a juicer and having fresh juice.

That's fair enough. Would you actually consider him to be a racist for that? I mean he never took it down and did not remove it. When I was younger, I used that word a bit. It was pretty normal with how my friends would talk. However, I've never had anything against any race. To your point of helping out African Americans. I think that their should be a good investment into their neighborhoods, schools, and grocery systems. Some sort of free college would be good too. -

Would you consider Leo a racist? -
@animani I would first invest into at least "The mercury detox manual" By Andy Cutler And Rebecca Lee. His 1990s book is quite useful though too. It is much more complex though and it is intended for a clinician. However, it does bring a lot more information on diagnosis. I assume you have read something though given your questions. I wouldn't say it is necessary. However, it could potentially give some idea of how toxic someone is. There is also other tests that can be done with hair, but it is less accurate. Certain mineral deficiencies could indicate potential issues with metals. I think it would be more important to focus on the symptoms you are trying to improve versus the detox effects. Look into the dump faze and how that works. I think that someone could potentially figure out their symptoms in accordance with their exposure as well Much agreed. There is a lot of other aspects of health that should be looked into as well before considering this IMO.

I have had quite a few failed businesses. Usually, the issue was chasing money and not passion. I haven't hit any massive success, but I am quite happy with what I do right now. I am working on building work and skills that I am really passionate about. Money wise, I would be quite ahead of where I am right now if I had just taken a job. However, my flexible schedule has allowed me to massively improve my health and other areas of my life. That and just my overall experience I have gained has been tremendous with doing a lot of businesses.

I gave a speech evaluation today and the speaker said it nearly brought a tear to their eye it was so through. It is so crazy how far I have come doing this kind of stuff. I have really be doing more deliberate practice these days and it is showing more and more. I wish that I could have been more serious on my speaking skills, but even then I have come a long ways. I was petrified of public speaking, when I was younger. I had such bad anxiety too. This almost feels effortless these days. I have been doing some heavy research on heavy metal detoxing. I think it is time for me to do some test rounds and see how it goes. I have seen some report placebo earlier on, but I want to actually thoroughly document how I feel and what changes. Hopefully, I can get some good benefits from trying this. It seems safe and effective, so hopefully this will help me. These days I am way better off than before as it is, but the healthier I get the more things I notice that are wrong lol. I feel a lot more momentum going with my reselling business. Slow and steady, but it is going well. I am really redoing the business. I am only selling used shoes, stereo equipment, vacuum parts, golf clubs, and kitchen appliances. Still a good mix of stuff, but that is the best that I can do in this smaller area. I have to have a mix of stuff. I do want to start traveling more. I might start selling more clothes though too. So clotches might become one of the top categories. Just getting the most abundant things and selling more of them. I have to admit right now income is not that amazing. So it was good that I did not move. I need to really figure this out. I think that I am going to be a bit out of commission though if I start chelating. I will see if I can get that under control. Ideally, I want to move still though. It might take a bit though.

It can be quite sad to watch people around you destroy themselves. Once you start really improving your life and you see how great it is, then you want others to do the same naturally. Unfortunately, most people are not going to really do the change until the suffering is so bad that they can't reverse the damage. Even then they still might not change.

My main issues with it is the safety and the relevance of the information. No doubt we all have some toxic metals in us. The problem is that a test like this is not really going to show you how much is in the organs and stored up. Rather it will show you how much comes out if you take a substance that increases the amount you expel. There is not really a threshold that you are looking for. The test you would be doing would likely compare you to people who are not taking a provoked pee test, so of course the levels would be much lower. Even comparing it to your own, the only information would be that you can chelate. It might also help to identify metals that are higher than others, but you still would not know how much is stored. DMSA is quite safe from what I have looked at. However, rarely some are allergic, so putting a lot into you at once would not be a good idea without testing smaller amounts. If someone is super toxic it could cause issues as well.
