  1. I have a deep appreciation for how open minded this forum is. It's incredibly hard to post in most forums with anything controversial. That is not to say that this place does not have any bias or limitations. It actually astounds me how much trash talk of Leo is allowed here lol. I think it keeps a nice balance though. Go take a break from all of this for a couple months. Contemplate your life and what you want in it.
  2. I think it is very subjective. A lot of people could see some massive benefits improving diet, exercise, and sleep. I have had tremendous results in those areas. Chelation is a lot of work as well. The upfront research has been a lot for me. Not to mention if you go with ACC protocol and committed it could take hundreds of rounds to maybe get your desired effect. However, I think most could tell after about 10 rounds if it would benefit them. I have seen a fair amount of mixed stuff. For the people who get negative results or actually worsen themselves, I think a lot of that is caused from lack of research. I think a fair portion of those people are already really sick and just desperate to find anything that might work. Also, their condition might be caused from something else. Most people generally don't care about their health until they have completely run their body into the ground. So it isn't like removing some metals and depleting minerals for awhile is going to give them a massive boost. Especially, if they have not even fixed the most basic areas of their health. There is some people who have had some amazing results. I have no doubt of the harms that these environmental toxins cause to our bodies. Some people could simply benefit more because of their reaction to a substance is better. Their detox pathways are better.
  3. I personally don't find that is necessary. Your reaction in general to those compounds should give you a fair indicator of your toxic load. As with any new compound it is ideal to start in very small amounts. It would actually be safer to just do small does on their half life, then blast your self with a mega dose. You could do a hair or blood test to get maybe some idea of what metals might be there. Even a provoked urine test is really not going to tell you how much metals are stored in your organs.
  4. @Someone here That's what I am talking about! I wish you the best of health.
  5. I found it easier as I was moving my direction towards health to just continually improve things. I found it to be interesting and challenging. I still add new health things regularly and I have been working on my health a lot for four years. Negative consequences are one thing, but it really inspires me on what kind of live I could be living if I were in optimal health. I was vaping for 5-6 years and I finally was able to just quit. I began to note all of the negative things that it did by having it in my life. Granted the few seconds I would inhale it was pretty good. I was jogging and eating a lot better at the time. I felt like it was really hindering me. I tapered down on my doses of nicotine, found some alternatives (candy mints temporarily), set a quit date and stuck to it. It really sucked for awhile. First few weeks and really the first month sucked. Every now and then after I would get these weird urges for nicotine. It's been over 3 years since I quit and I haven't looked back. You can feel so good naturally that you would wonder why anyone would even want to consume these harmful things. However, without that experience it can be hard to know. A big piece is all of this is just knowing the right information and acting on it. You can have health foods that taste good. There are activities that are fun to do that give you good exercise. Imagine the kind of person you will be on the other side of this. How rare would it be to be the person that doesn't smoke, eats clean, and takes care of their body? How would you feel about yourself? What kind of people would this attract in your life?
  6. I could not really confirm that. I still do have to move my head and neck etc. I still do a bit of side to side. Hard to just be in one position only. https://www.youtube.com/c/BobBrad This channel has a lot of good sleeping demos that would help you. I find it very useful
  7. How awesome! Glad it is going well for you. Keep up the good work.
  8. Oh, I thought you had dropped your newest blog video. That is pretty rough they are charging you that much. Hopefully it works out.
  9. @Federico del pueblo I have been working on it for months and it is pretty tough to just sleep on your back. Last night I sleep on my back most of the night. I hit the snooze for 10 mins and I was laying directly on my arm crunched without a pillow, when I woke back up lol. I find building a really strong sleep schedule can really assist this. If you struggle falling asleep in the first place it is going to be even harder to make good position habits. Sometimes I will lay on my side to get me more tired, then switch to my back as well.
  10. Health is so strange. One day you can forget that you ever had an issue. Then when an issue is very pressing it can feel like the end of the world. I try to remind myself to keep a level head if I feel bad. You are so young and have so much potential. This could be something that you could turn into a life purpose, with helping others fix these issues if you wanted. Don't give up. When you zoom out on your whole life this will just be a little road bump.
  11. I do meal prep every 4 days. I takes me amount 2-2.5 hours to prep 4 meals worth of eating. On the day of the meal I still prepare quinoa or brown basmati rice, but those are quite easy to make. I spent quite a few years cooking daily, but this has drastically cut the cook time down. I still prepare breakfast daily though. Find foods that are healthy and that you enjoy. Try out a lot of different stuff.
  12. It is possible to become finically independent with just flipping on ebay. However, it will still take a good amount of effort to really know what you would sell and not sell. With a short time horizon though it can be a bit more difficult. I have watched people make multi million dollar businesses with 5 years on the site. I have been full time on it for a few years. I am quite close to fully supporting myself just through that. It has taken a few years of focus. There is some good practical business skills and lessons from it. I could manage my own product distribution quite easily for anything else I might decide to sell in the future. I could also do consultant work on other peoples business structure that is similar.
  13. @John Paul When I worked with Michael he had a a few questionnaires to fill out. I could tell right away just on the types of questions that it was going to be geared towards solving the root problem. Going through my history since early childhood and actually trying to find, when the problem occurred and things that might have even started it then. I want to say we worked together for something like 6 months to a year. I am already quite knowledgeable on health myself, but it would not have been easy to pull that off myself. https://www.andro-health.com/ This is his website for more information.
  14. Go check out some videos on proper sleeping positions for shoulder pain. Give it like two weeks of seriously trying to work on how you sleep. It would be very optimal if you can sleep on your back and not have your should pinched at all. I recommend getting some melatonin to make it easier as well.
  15. I worked with @Michael569 and he healed my sibo. I highly recommend him. You should have a good sense of their quality just by the information that they need to collect to help you heal.
  16. @flume I think the results could get enhanced if he plugged it too. (I shouldn't have to warn this, but don't do that lol)
  17. Go on some walks along a high traffic path and say hi or wave to everyone. There are some people who are just grumpy lol. I did a few hundred runs and always said hi or waved daily. It's good practice too, because every now and then one of them will be an attractive girl. You just say hi like you would to the rest, or add a smile. I have been genuinely surprised on some of the responses I got from that. Had I followed up that could have potentially got me some dates.
  18. @LSD-Rumi I had done a free session with him. Some small stipulations with it, but it was free. I thought it was helpful.
  19. I appreciate the help, I have received from Nahm. I wish him the best moving forward.
  20. I use to have really bad acne. I found that, I was able to really clear it up by improving my diet. I rarely have much on my face, but still a bit on my body every now and then.
  21. I agree. So much of the playfulness is lost in a lot of this. My business transactions are more fun and playful than some of these threads lol. I think after someone gets hurt once, then that is what they decide to look out for. It kind of clouds their judgement and they focus on that. Then they spend the date thinking about how the girl/guy wanted to take advantage of them, which ends up ruining it. Maybe the key to game is just to be playful and loving. To the point of the coat. The girl could have even of been indirectly asking for a hug as well.
  22. I am surprised no one else mentioned this. It would have been a smooth move. However, I am sure this sub forum would have been more in favor of asking her to come to his place to warm up.
  23. Found a huge lot of nintendo stuff that will really help me boost sales. Super easy to list and I should make a good amount from this. I have been running low on inventory for a bit, so this will really help. I am going to focus on getting everything ready for summer. Since it is starting to get nice out. I need to work on finishing out my old inventory. I want it to be smooth going this summer. I feel so much better it seems like. I have been testing sleep times and actually sleeping in a bit. Even with a bit less time in the day it feels like I am more productive. I should start getting my schedule down a bit more though. I want to really be on top of things. It was really nice this week to feel ahead on everything. I wasn't rushing to the last minutes to get my new video out or anything. I am going to use my lot of games that just came in to help me get all caught up on my future listings too. I am going to keep working on having that buffer of listings ready. I would love to have a buffer video ready, but it takes a good bit of work to have one ready. I think having video ideas and keywords ready though is really important. I am working on getting myself ready to move out financially. It feels like I have taken a few steps back. I have been investing a lot into myself. I am going to do some chelation and stuff. Still it feels like I should be producing more income. I think this summer will be excellent. I feel like my business is really ready to double in income this year at least. I have so much more processes in place and I know so much more. It will be tough to keep pace with youtube, but I really want to commit to it. I feel good making videos and I enjoy it. I have no clue what I am doing with it, or what it will lead to, but it feels right. I feel really good about this new version of my sibo food guide.
  24. @K Ghoul Later in our relationship it was never an issue to go back and forth on who might pay for dinner or things like that. I suppose looking back on it I did a lot of stuff like getting her a car. I didn't directly buy her the car, but I bought a car worth $1,500-$2,000 and gave her it for the price I bought it at $500, then cleaned it, maintained it, etc. I spent a lot of time and money driving her to work, so she could save up the money too. It made me feel weird accepting stuff like that just because I had the money to buy that stuff if I wanted to. However, she would insist, so I let her do it. I think at the start of the relationship I did pay for most of the stuff for a bit. If I were to do it over, I would prefer both of us not spend too much on each other. A lot of it was pretty wasteful looking back on it.
  25. @K Ghoul At the time I was super cheap and would not buy stuff like newer shoes. She would buy my pairs of shoes, watches, and things like that. Usually, as a birthday gift, but sometimes randomly.
