  1. The less you need something, then it becomes easier to get.
  2. It sounds like you really would enjoy doing that. What other alternatives could you try that are similar? Maybe other things that don't require a degree?
  3. @Leo Gura Yeah, if it isn't air it probably isn't good lol. I think the terpenes could potentially be a better alternative. I don't think most people are aware of it though. I have not heard of anyone suggesting that ingredient aside from you. I vaped for 5 years, but I was always in control of the ingredients. Always using 80% USP grade vegetable glycerin with 20% propylene glycol based flavoring. No extra sugars, colors, essential oils, or things like vitamin E etc. Always top shelf flavoring manufacturers. I always made my own coils and picked the cotton out that had no dyes or additives. The nicotine was always high quality as well. It has been years since and I have not experienced any negative side effects that I am aware of. However, I am still pretty young. I was very heavy on it for awhile. I could vape 30ml in a day towards the end of the 5 years and still jog a few miles as I was getting into shape. I quit completely about 3-4 years ago. If manufactures moved away from the added sugars, food coloring, and other garbage it would help a lot. Better regulation on what metals and material in in the atomizer would help too. From my experience it is the most effect thing to help someone stop smoking cigarettes, then quitting vaping is easer once you have been doing it for awhile. I think all of it is bad really, but I don't think I would favor cigarettes over vaping. As for VG and PG being in a vape with DMT, then I would probably be more afraid of what the DMT would do to me.
  4. @Bacher Pretty rare, but that would make sense. I would not order something like that pre-made into juice. I would not be fearful of vegetable glycerin and propylene glycol based liquid. However, the terpenes sounds good, but not sure how it wicks and vapes.
  5. I really liked the Walt Disney biography by Neal Gabler. For me biographies are the most memorable and something I think back on a lot. They are also enjoyable to read. I have read a lot of books that have change my life in many different ways. So just picking one would be quite hard. A lot of them are on Leo's book list, so I am not going to plaster all of them here.
  6. @Leo Gura Wasn't that mostly from counterfeit thc carts?
  7. @Kamo I am not sure how I managed for so long without meal prep lol. I easily save several hours or more a week. I am quite easy to satisfy though too. I basically eat the same thing every day with a bit of variations and changes here and there. The instant pot route might be good if you want some of the other functions with the air fryer. It makes amazing rice for me.
  8. @Kamo If you are looking to only air fry, then I have been looking at this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0725YRBX2/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 This seems to have some of the least toxic material, but I am not sure what the trays are made of. It is also quite cheap, but to be fair it does not have a lot of functions, so the price seems about right. Most of the companies actually do not say what any of them are made out of lol. However, this one is not loaded with a bunch of non stick stuff. I have been thinking about that one for larger capacity. I want to be able to cook 3 blocks of tofu at once or close to it. so this might be something I will invest in. I have considered a few of the more expensive oven style ones though too. I currently use a instant pot duo crip with different stainless steel rack for the air frying. It is quite good, but I can only cook about 1 block at a time. It takes about 20 minutes to fully cook and I have to adjust the tofu 5 times.
  9. Have you ever tried not having coffee for a month or two? I found that caffeine gives me anxiety even in small doses. Sleeping 12 hours sometimes and skipping 30 others? That is quite unregulated and probably detrimental to your performance. That lack of sleep could also be a big factor in your anxiety. I would stop consuming coffee before 12pm. That would be a good first start if you are struggling with sleep. What about your sleep is the problem? Can you not fall asleep?
  10. I put mine in a an air fryer. It is extremely painful cooking them on the stove top. I get them to start browning, then put some hot sauce on them, then cook it onto them. I use this hot sauce: https://www.swansonvitamins.com/arizona-pepper-products-organic-jalapeno-pepper-sauce-5-fl-oz-liquid?SourceCode=INTL4071&showPopup=f&DFA=1&UTM_Medium=PaidSearch&UTM_Source=GOOGLE&UTM_Campaign=SWAN_National_Gen_Shopping_Null_Null_Healthy_Food_Smart+Healthy+Food&UTM_Content=PRODUCT_GROUP&SourceCode=INTL4071&gclid=Cj0KCQjwgMqSBhDCARIsAIIVN1UUzqczEekpEoQ_LKilekGgeXg4Ge1JUalhZ7CjwWOdRDztyfnWCGkaAjkwEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds I have not found any other sauces that meet what I want. I find most have added sugars and junk. The one I linked is super clean and it tastes good.
  11. @luckypenguin Learning the basics will really help a lot. There are some mechanics that will take advantage of someone who doesn't know what they are talking about. Typically, I tell my mechanic what he needs to fix. A big part of it to is how much are you paying for the service. I know mechanics that are cheaper, but they are trying to get a lot more cars in. I would rather pay a couple extra hundred bucks to not have to come back and get it fixed again a few more times. This has actually happened before to over one repair, I came back 3 times because it was not done right. Another tip is that I typically try to bundle all of my repairs and maintenance into one trip. So I only go once or twice a year and it cuts down a bit on the hours to get it done. If you buy new or used you will not be able to get away from needing repairs.
  12. Do some research on carcomplaints.com to find go years and models for used cars. Make some choices on at least 2-5 models that you are looking for. Then keep tabs on all of the local sales. Sometimes if you are willing to travel a few hours you can get a great deal. I use to flip cars and honestly if you know people and keep your eye out there is a lot of deals. You can try auctions, but it poses a bigger risk. Most auction cars that are not shown as running just need a key though. If you are not very savy with buying cars and don't know anyone who is, then take the used car to a mechanic and pay $100-$200 to get a full inspection. The more you spend the more I would expect a car to have a lot of detailed service records. The more a car is serviced, then the better off it will be. I have a 2003 dodge durnago and am very meticulous with the maintenance. I follow the owners manual for doing all of the recommended services. A lot of people would consider these not that reliable or good, but mine is extremely reliable. Granted, I spend the extra money and get all of the best parts and fluids. New cars lose about 50% of their value in the first 5 years or so. With the shortage that might not be the case, but generally it is. I would personally buy a car that I can afford two of in cash. Find the most reliable and suited to my needs with good maintenance records. As a note I should say that I have flipped more than 5 cars and made some pretty good money on cars. This guy has a few good videos on how to inspect and look over a car.
  13. I have watched a lot of people first hand quit smoking with vaping. Now a fair amount of them just continued to vape though. If I were to personally chose one or the other it would be vaping. I doubt there is much regulation still on what would be inside of the contents. Most probably will not say the ingredients. My suggestion would be to get a high quality regulated mod. Do not buy anything unregulated. It should have a chip that regulates the power and lets you adjust it. You can get rebuildable atomizers (RDAs) that could help reduce some junk. Good quality kanthal with Japanese cotton is good. If not just a good quality tank with good cotton. If you are adding cotton yourself make sure it is not bleached cotton. Organic cotton or Japanese cotton. The liquid should mostly be based with vegetable glycerin and propylene glycol. You do not want added sweeteners in there. A lot of brands load them up with sugars, but you do not want to be vaping that. You do not want to mess with anything that has food coloring. All of the liquids should range from a clear whitish color to about a dark brown. Some variance in the colors, but anything that is boldly colored something like blue, red, green, etc do not vape that. Just eating food coloring alone is linked to cancer. You can actually make your own liquid quite easily. There is high quality manufactures that use pretty high quality ingredients. That would help a lot from you getting junk quality stuff. Almost all of the main brands are likely loaded with sugars and food coloring. I personally vaped for 5 years. Very hardcore. I regret doing it, but I cannot really say that my lungs are in bade shape. At the end of the 5 years I could actually jog consistent miles and I still vaped. I thought it would be funny to actually vape while jogging, but never tried that. For me it just didn't make sense to do it anymore and I wanted to improve my health, so I dropped it. Cigarettes also make up over 8,000 chemicals while combusting. There is a lot of ingredients in the cigarettes that are carcinogens. There is also other chemicals you are addicted to in cigarettes. So by switching over you would wane off the other garbage you are addicted to. It will make it that much easier to finally quit all together. If you made the liquid you can control the nicotine content. You can go down in 1mg increments and use that to quit, when you are ready. Also, part of the addiction is the actual act of smoking, or doing something with similar. So that makes vaping much more effective, than just dosing nicotine. I might be easier to vape without nicotine at the end. I didn't do that and I didn't find vaping appealing without nicotine personally.
  14. @Mada_That is mostly where a lot of the arsenic is coming from most likely. You should work on getting your detox path ways working optimally as well. The good thing with arsenic is the body is pretty good at getting rid of it. You just need to cut the intake down. I would focus on building more of a foundation before trying to detox. You need to get your lifestyle cleaned up well to reduce the intake. It will be less than optimal to detox with a lot of toxins coming in.
  15. ACC

You are not really going to get a whole lot of information from just doing rounds with 25mg. Really all you are going to know is if you are excreting the metals. Which if you are taking a chelation agent it shouldn't be a problem. You are not going to know how much metals ae in your body unless you get an autopsy. So while a provoked urine test might be the best estimator it isn't really going to be that accurate. It sounds like you are going to do it anyway, so I don't see much benefit of doing the test. If you are curious you could take some samples if you decide to do higher doses and compare them later on similar rounds. No offence, but your post makes it sound like you have not done much research on this. I am glad at the you are not starting out with some sort of crazy dosage. I would recommend buying Andy Cutlers book The Mercury Detoxification Manual and reading that if you have not.
  16. @Hardkill Sometimes cancer, heat disease, or something serious. Usually by then it is a bit too late though. I have watched this happen with the people around me. Most people are so sucked into the matrix of modern American eating that even attempting to make some improvements is futile. That and there is psychological aspects that have to be handled as well. If they try to make a change most likely the people around them will get them eating garbage again.
  17. Money spending habits are generated through your experience as a child. People don't tend to have a balanced approach to money. It takes a fair amount of learning, trail and error, and taking time to deliberately work on it. You would want to get a sense of someone's spending habits. A lot of people don't really recognize their bias they have with money. Something to also consider is what this guy is actually doing with the money. Does he just pile it in savings? Invest it? Even these traits alone are go in a different direction. Some people are not able to spend a few bucks. My dad is a millionaire. He is extremely stingy in some areas. However, it has been effective for him to create that kind of money. At the same time he has soured a lot of his relationships doing it. I imagine his parents grew up through the great depression and he also had many siblings. So I can imagine that money was fairly tight. I can also imagine a lot of those beliefs have been passed onto him.
  18. I have meditated every day for over four years and the benefits have been well worth it. Overall personal devlopment has been amazing for me. I have had some incredible results. I really enjoy the process of doing it and the results are a nice bonus.
  19. The average person does almost none of that lol. A lot of people require caffeine just to function at a 3 out of 10. There are some people that genetically benefit more from caffeine too. So it just depends. If someone can tolerate and function well on it, then people seem to like it. I find it harmful to me now. However, when my health wasn't optimal it seemed to help.
  20. Something to also consider would be to try changing the form of the vitamin as well if you react poorly to one. Are you using buffered ascorbic acid for vitamin C? Non-buffered versions are more prone to upsetting the stomach.
  21. I think there is a psychological issue to address for this type of eating. Deep conditioning from society and inner conflict. However, one big issue is that processed foods do not provide much nutrition, so your body will actually allow you to eat more and more to try to get enough nutrition. So it can be a bit of both. That and social conditioning. With the type of food I eat now it would be impossible for me to binge eat. My dinner is massive and it takes me about an hour to eat it. I could not physically eat a whole lot more than that. High volume foods and nutrient dense foods are pretty hard to get carried away with. It isn't like a feel guilty or bad from eating that. I feel great. In part the eating time is to help chew the meal well to get the most nutrition as well. It is still massive though lol. Now if I was eating some taco bell I could probably do thousands of calories had it been 4 years ago or so. I don't think I could physically tolerate even a small item from there now though. I had really massively cleaned up my diet over 4 years. I think a lot of it is making distinctions on what really cleaning up your diet looks like. At the start it was getting quite good for sure. Now it's extremely clean. It is very rare that I see people eat like me. I have only had a couple grams of added sugar in many years. I likely won't have anymore unless it is on accident. I eat only organic foods. I usually eat vegan or vegetarian. I sometimes eat some eggs. I eat all whole foods. I have done a quite extensive elimination diet as well. My foods are quite optimized for me. I have spent a lot of time finding foods that I enjoy and are really healthy for me. The magic key here is that your taste buds will actually develop to like eating healthy stuff. The problem is that your brain has been tricked by all of the bullshit that society feeds you. Hight fat, sugar, and salt are what your brain and body crave. These items use to be very rare, so our instinct is to eat up all of them if they show up. If I were eating a lot of processed foods and I was going to try to make the change now. I think that I would try to do some fasting to speed that up. I have seen some pretty impressive results by doing some fasting and how healthy foods tastes. I would also start by introducing the best tasting health foods that I like. Making smoothies was massive for me transitioning. Removing one bad item and replacing it with something good that I like. It takes time to slowly do this. It isn't sustainable to just drop everything you are doing immediately. On a personal level there is some inner work to do. There might be some emotional or mental hurdles to overcome. You have to make yourself into the kind of person that does not eat garbage food. It helps once you feel the benefits of really cleaning up your diet. Building a healthy life style is going to take a good amount of work. It can help to visualize what your life and health will look like if you really take care of your health.
  22. I feel like accutane is like making a deal with the devil. As you mentioned your diet isn't that great. I actually had issues with acne again with eating processed and bad foods after it. What is preventing you from eating quality food now?
  23. I used acutane when I was younger. It worked great for getting rid of acne. However, I became very depressed after using it. It's pretty hardcore. The problem with using that is it is just a quick pill solution to the problem. There is a root cause to the acne that you could probably find. What do typical meals for you look like?
