The first thing I want to suggest is for you to really run the numbers for driving with uber. It is a possibility that you are losing money or making less than minimum wage. You have to really consider all expenses like car depreciation, maintenance etc. There are things similar to therapy you can do without a degree that are very similar. You can also start various non profits that could generate money for similar activities to therapy from grant money. You can also be self taught and teach and help online, in this age it almost seems more viable. However, the traditional route can still make money. I would just see if you can aim to doing it on your own terms by running your own business. I mean doing both of those things at the same time is pretty hard. Especially if you are constantly working. I can see at least with uber you do have your own hours. Are you wanting to pursue education? I would suggest focusing in on one thing. If you reach that deep in spirituality you might consider other career options possibly too. You can totally do both, but I would put something as a top priority. What is your expenses like? Are you savy in budgeting? Those things can be a start, but making more money is always ideal. The thing with working a job is the fact you are always limited by how many hours you can physically work. The key is finding how to make money while you sleep. Finding ways to leverage your money and time is essential. Do you have any hobbies? Any particular skills?

Really allowing myself to take this break and heal. I did feel a good urge to go out and exercise today, but that is alright. I am going to start up again tomorrow and take it easy. I will go my long distance, but not going to jog yet because I know that will risk it irritating the injurt. Hopefully this sickness goes away soon, but it has not really been that bad. It has been really nice to take some time off and focus in on stuff. It is kind of hard for me to get myself to not really do a lot of work. I am working on bringing more awareness into my life and working through that. I do really enjoy my work though. I just can't pressure myself to do that max all of the time. I know that is not going to get me the results that I really want. I need to be able to sustain what I do. Doing a lot of research on heavy metal detoxing today and I have found some really good stuff. I am also looking into a different blend that will create a vacuum seal. This should allow my smoothies to hold more of the nutrients. But I should double check that factually before I do something different. But from my research I have gathered so far today this seems to be well worth it. I have a good portion of my nutrition comes from smoothies every day, so I think insuring it optimal is well worth the money. Things seem to be going quite well for me lately. I did really good at toast masters last night. For some reason I had a big peak of anxiety, which normally really does not happen anymore. I just tried to focus in on my breathing and awareness. I was able to go up and produce my longest impromptu speech at 1:59, which is about 30 seconds longer than my highest. Granted with this one I had more of a heads up than normal on the topic, but the anxiety at the time caused me to probably lose that lol. I would take a guess that it came from just skipping exercise for a few days, but I am not really sure. I think detoxing soon might really be a huge help to prevent this. I made it a whole month without music! Was really worth it. I deleted all of my old music and I will decide new positive messages to put into my mind. I noticed that I had an addiction to music as well. Good share, that guy really knows his stuff. I have been nerding out on health stuff today, so this came just in time.

Experience is key in my opinion. If you make one thing and it takes off well, then great. But a lot of the time most businesses require a year or so to really become profitable. I think anyone could become an expert in their industry within 5 years of dedication. If they really dive deep into it. I think one of the biggest mistake I see people make is just leaving the business as an idea and not going further. You have to be willing to put in some risk to get reward out of it. I will say I have learned some of the most valuable lessons and many skills over the years. So what if it does not work out in 5 years or 7 years. A lot of businesses fail in the first 5 years and even more of those in 10 years. So it is really important that you love the industry you are in. You will get weeded out fast if you are not passionate about it. Following trends is also a waste of your time. You can find some valuable things sometimes in them, but rarely are you ever going to come out successful going into a trend. A lot of them are going to disappear as fast as they sprouted up. Look at the bulk of vape shops coming in and disappearing now depending on your location. It is not sustainable and most people race to the bottom for pricing. Not only that it was not really regulated much, which was a coming sooner or later. Now at your age it is going to be tempting to switch stuff around a lot. I know I have done that myself quite a bit. Try to get that out while you are in college with your electives and just sample things. Try to stick to a business for 6-12 months before you decide to change anything. I have had it myself where I get a big fire to do something new and go all into it. Which I show some traits of the "obsessive" if you have read the book mastery. I go all out and learn all about my industry. I teach people eBay stuff all the time just for fun because I know so much about it. I have not even been full time on it for a year, but have experience built up over some years on items. But I realize that this is one of my top strengths is to collect this type of information in my mind and use it when it becomes valuable. I know so much about random items, shipping practices, etc. When I go shopping for items I can see around me I typically have a much superior knowledge of items compared to the people around me. But I like to help them learn if they are willing. So I am starting to really hone in on this skill I have an apply it to other areas. All of my business adventures have added immense knowledge to me about myself and so many various things that help me sustain income in business. So if I had something that failed or work really well it has always been good. Think long term and how learning these skills is going to benefit you. I have reached a point in my life where I will never have to work a job again. I would be able to sustain myself just by buying and selling items if I have to. I have experience in buying cars cheap, which is very valuable to me. I can also fix cars pretty well and detail them really well. So I won't ever be short a ride and could make some profit there if I see the opportunity. I have all sorts of knowledge around making products and customer relations. Keeping long term clients etc. I have worked a lot on my communication skills. Even though I am transition into teaching personal development stuff my life benefits immensely from these things I have learned. My ability to find deals for items and essentials dramatically cuts my expenses and opens me up to new opportunities with business gear. Imagine your life at 65 looking back on what route you decided to take. Do you think that a failure into business in your 20s will matter that much?

I would focus in on the creation aspect of it mostly. I know it feels good to gain appreciation and such. But if you can work on honing your skills, when people do find you they will much more likely stick around. I will say though that just sharing your stuff around in general is good. Facebook groups for music, Reddit is amazing for sharing content, and building up a network of social media for your branding is good. You could buy ads if you really want it out there, but I would wait on that. I would have to say that social media is probably the most powerful for traffic though. If you can find something to produce off stuff you enjoy or something creative and share it on various platforms it would be good for your presence. If you just share your songs for example on those platforms, then it will be really hard for you to grow. One thing you can really consider doing is making some how to tutorials for music creation on your channel. Almost no one is going to search your song name, but I guarantee many are looking for how to make the song too. You can use those types of things on social media and share them into music making groups to generate more traffic since a lot of those people in there are looking for that stuff. But by doing that your music itself becomes more visible and suggested. There is a lot for you to work with here. I am no expert on it either. But consistency is key. -

Not sure if you have anything similar where you live, but I am in a similar situation and I go to two groups for toast masters each week. It is a public speaking group. I have meet some pretty cool people. All of them are typically older than me, but I don't really connect with many around my age typically anyway. I have found it to be good for social connection. Isolation is pretty good as well though, but depends on your needs. -
You can just stop using it. Look into it. Once you get past the initial oiliness from not using it anymore it is fine. You could also look into making your own toothpaste, so you can go fluoride free. As for fasting, I have not done a lot of research there to recommend something.

Recovering quite fast from being sick. My head still does not feel that great. I am glad that I am really giving myself time to rest and relax a bit. I think this should be one of my top priorities for me to perform at my best regularly. I really hope this leg muscle can heal up fast too as it has prolonged for quite awhile. But that is probably my fault for continuing to use it in the first place. It does not really bother my at all during regular activities though. Working on cleaning through everything and making my environment better to be in all around. It feels a lot better to be somewhere more organized and clean. While it is not always the easier thing to do and it gets put to the bottom of the list sometimes. Especially since my business is always bringing new stuff and stuff going out it leaves a mess gradually that does not get cleaned that fast. I am likely going to get to travel around the US for a month this summer. This is going to be an incredible opportunity if I get to. It is not something I had imagined I would get to do, but if I go it should be a great experience. It is something I have wanted to do, but never really had the opportunity until now. So I hope it will pan out. If not I will make the effort to do this in the future. What kind of business are you running? You will want to create your own path. Figuring out a good marketing strategy is well worth your time. What you value within your business and your life is entirely up to you. Mastery is enjoyable and rewarding if you have the right mindset. Not to mention you can get really good at one thing and pay for all of the other aspects to be taken care of. Just make whatever product or service you are offering worthwhile.

I have been there before. I gained 60lbs pretty rapidly. My life was kind of falling apart at the time and was pretty close to being homeless a few times. First of all I would start by trying to just switch yourself over to having a supply of food in your car. Even if it is junk. Because to be honest about anything is better than fast food. If you can load your car up with organic nuts, dried fruits, and other good natural items. These will help you a lot with feeling healthier. I was able to cut it out completely because I was tired of making myself sick with it. It is really unfortunate that it is an option of food to eat. You are going to have to make an active habit of keeping enough food on you to avoid it. Does your office have a microwave or anything else close by that you could eat instead?
-
How long have you been eating like that? Depending on quantity you could try to switch up the rice and quinoa a bit more with something easier to digest. I eat a lot of quinoa, typically about 3/4 cup a day. But in the morning I have a smoothie with a mixture of fruits and veggies. I would say at first this was harder to adjust to. I don't have any issues at all with it now. But I imagine an excess amount of stuff like rice and quinoa is going to make you feel bloated like that depending on the amount. At least that is my experience with it. It took awhile for my body to adjust to it. I would try to just rotate out one on those with something like a salad, smoothie, nuts, etc. Then see how it goes from there. You might also be experiencing more gas due to increased fiber intake. Are you drinking enough water? That could be a big part of the issue too.

I feel a cold coming on and the effects of overworking for a couple of weeks. Going to take it fairly easy for a couple days. Letting my leg muscle heal a bit more and skipping the walk for a couple days too. I think this will help me reset a bit. Still going to do some work, but just whatever feels right to do. Not going to overdo it at all. I seem to be fighting off the cold pretty well so far though. It appeared over the last few days and has not really for all that bad. So hopefully I can keep myself well by not over doing it and running in the cold etc. I really lucked out yesterday. I had my ps4 up for sale locally for quite awhile now with my tv and stuff because I have not wanted to play it. I was just going to put the money in savings, when it sold. I kept dropping the price and I was finally only going to take $165 the other day for it without the tv (tv was not that nice I paid $5 for it like 3 years ago). The guy ended up changing his mind before we meet, but then yesterday a guy wanted to trade a gaming laptop for it. He was not honest and told me it was a nicer model that went for $450 used on ebay, but it ended up being worth like $260-$280. Which is still quite a bit more than the playstation. I assume he sold it to me because he did not know how to update the drivers and software, so he wanted to dump it off to someone else assuming something was wrong with it. But it ended up working out really good for me. I needed the computer to keep up with the editing as my main computer does not have a graphics card or anything. So that seemed to work out really well for me. It kind of feels like everything is just kind of falling in line for me lately. Like this is what I really need to be doing with my life. Kind of strange how things work. I feel like so many doors are just rapidly opening up for me all at the same time I can't even keep up. There is so much opportunity available in the world. I feel so fortunate for the stuff that I have and I am able to do. I am thankful I am able to learn things so easily and have so much energy to dedicate to life. I am not sure where I would be without this work. It looks like I am going to have an opportunity to take a month this year and travel around the US by car. This will be really exciting for me to do. It was not something I was expecting to be able to do so soon in life. This is going to be quite an experience if everything falls through. I will see how everything goes for me though. I won the award again for best impromptu speech this morning in toast masters! I have really been practicing and it has been showing. I want to get a membership soon for both clubs and start doing more with my speaking. I have already dramatically improved with my skills for speaking. I feel so much more confident and the flow of thoughts is so much easier than it was before. I can't imagine how good I will be after doing this for a whole year. I am going to get good at doing this for sure. I am really taking the time to reassess how I invest my time and what I am doing with it. I am going to keep building systems that allow me to have days off and allow me to bring in the most creativity that I can. I want to set myself up to be persistent and not burn out. If I do burnout I want to be able to have a fall back system that covers me well and I can have stuff working from there. I have done pretty well for setting my ebay business up to do this so far. But I need to invest some more time into it now. Today I am thankful for Dried dragon fruit Feeling awesome Good weather My top 9 values are Personal development Knowledge Honesty Adventure Fun Creativity Contribution Connection Productivity

@Hansu It was not quite as sweet as I would have expected. It kind of had a roasted flavor to it. But that might vary from where you find it. It was rather expensive at $9 for 10oz. But dragon fruit is a bit hard to come by I would imagine. I would like to get one in it's raw state soon too and try it that way. I buy frozen fruit for smoothies and I have one variety that has it, but I don't consume it individually, so I will be excited to see how it is normally. Awesome, it sounds like you are on the right track for snacking. I do intermittent fasting myself now, but I do snack in the 6 hours I eat. I have found pretty good results doing this it seems. I have a pretty well managed eating time.

@zudrush I am not saying anything against exploring a new place. If you feel it will really help, then go for it! It might give you that drive you need to find everything you are looking for there. I have thought about moving myself, but I realize that I do have a lot of opportunity right here. But I do want to move eventually and try out some new cultures. I would say there is really unlimited information available here. You can access so many great minds with just a few strokes. But you have to know what to look for. I would really recommend investing in high quality books too. I have found a lot of life changing information and books are pretty cheap. Find the topics that you are wanting to advance in most. If you want some job promotions, then you could consider refining some skills from them too. Things like public speaking could help you gain the confidence and give you an edge over other candidates. You could also meet some new friends and such in clubs for things like that. I get that you might feel exhausted where you are at. Maybe your time at that place has run it's course for you. I hope that you find what you are looking for.
-
@Patt Glad to hear we were able to help! See what you can find that really sparks your interest. It might not even really be music. Try some different things if you feel the need to. I recently found that I enjoy photography and never really considered that something I would do. It might become part of how I even make a living in the future. Financial independence is tricky because it can deter you from exploring your passions and things you really enjoy in life. I would say if you want to aim for the Independence at least enjoy what you do. Try to find a middle ground if you have to. But if you can pursue your passion and really commit to it, then you could find that it could be plenty rewarding financially.

I have been really keeping myself busy. Working on getting structure in place to help myself get ahead on time a bit. I feel like this is some of the most energy I have had in my life. I feel excellent working all day. It is not like that everyday, but I sure do feel good getting everything done. I find that I still really enjoy reselling too, so I am not really in a big rush to just can that business or anything. But I have kind of put it to the side. I need to finish making it more passive and able to generate me plenty to live off of. I see progress every day that I really try to make an effort. Even just a little piece by piece it all seems to add up. I am getting so much better at speaking now since I started toast masters it is great. I am way more confident too. I am trying to dress myself more to where I feel like I am where I want to be at. I realize that ego kind of makes it where there is the idea of how I could look etc. But I really want to plant this success in my mind fully. I am really getting results just making my thoughts as positive as possible. It is probably one of the best things that I found in personal development. Although, I think all of this is really awesome so far. I picture such a better life for myself at this point. I just need to make sure that I take care of myself well to sustain it. I want to live a good life and work hard to get the things that I want. I see so much opportunity out there for me. I have a lot of energy and I just need to harness it where I can make the most of it. @Chumbimba Thanks! @Kaity I would not mind helping generating some ideas if you want to message me.

@zudrush I'm trying to point out the mindset that is really trapping you from getting those things that you want. You have made up your mind on relocating. If you get there and don't find them, then will you move again? I live in a fairly small town myself. I do drive to a large city over an hour away and get some opportunities for my business. However, I have developed many things here that have allowed me to find so much abundance that I hardly even need to get anything from the large city. But only because I changed my way of how I was looking at it. I realized what I had to do to find that abundance. I don't mean you any harm with my questions. I realize it might have sounded redundant with the questions, but I was hoping for you to see what I meant that way. There is a massive amount of wealth and prosperity available if you are willing to look for it. Even the fact that you are on the internet with me here tells me how much of this abundance you have access too. Think of all of the billions of people you can access here.

@Hansu I over indulged in some dried dragon fruit today lol. But I typically buy some as a treat every now and then. I see it as a really good replacement to soda and candy. When you go to buy it though watch out for the sugar and other things that article mentioned. Some get a lot of crap added to them that is just competently unneeded. No problem! I would recommend investing in some things like organic cashews, almonds, walnuts, etc. Lots or amazing nuts that are packed with nutrients. One of my favorite snacks, but it does get a bit expensive. I recommend buying bulk if you can.

Spending some time learning adobe premier and Photoshop today. This is pretty fun today actually. It was a much needed change that I needed to add into my infrastructure. I am approaching this with a better master mindset and it does feel really good. I am excited to see how I progress with this stuff in the future. I think it will be a really cool skill to have. I learned that I enjoy photography, or I at least have some talent in it. I am going to play around with it a bit more and see where it takes me. I never really did much with the photos I would take, but now I am seeing how I could use them to inspire the world. Kind of cool thing I would have never thought I could possibly find some passion in. I am going to keep trying at it and see how it goes. I think it will be really cool to add that into things like hiking and other cool places. It would be a good hobby for me to enjoy and use creatively. Feeling pretty good today. It is really good to be refreshed like this doing work. I have been a bit stressed it seemed like the last couple days, but I am more at ease today. The sun is out and it is a good day to work on some projects. I am going to do a bit of research for the LPC and do some extra reading most likely today too, but I will see how it goes with learning premier and PS as far as time goes. Today I am thankful for Mastery Good mindset Sun My top 9 values are Personal Development Knowledge Honesty Fun Adventure Contribution Connection Creativity Productivity

If it is really bothering you that much and you get nothing from the project, then you could consider just dropping the project all together. As your well being should be a top priority. On the other hand it could be worthwhile to just face it head on. Experience it and really feel into what is happening with it. Try to focus in on your breathing, when the feeling arises as well. I have found pretty good success with those two things. If you are not already getting enough exercise and eating clean, then I really suggest doing that. Exercise will really help tone down anxiety drastically.
-
I'm not suggesting to wait for them to change. What are you expecting the new location to have? What does that look like though? What environment is going to permit those things? Would you consider doing it, if nothing was stopping you?
-
You are relying on circumstances to create opportunities for you. While that could be great if you ended up getting some that way, the likeliness is not that great. You are going to want to create these opportunities for yourself if you really want something. What do you want to do most? What is really holding you back right now? What new opportunities would you look for somewhere new?
