  1. I no longer identify with an age ?. But yes so the things you mentioned sound great.
  2. @abrakamowse Thanks I love it! Oh and good news, I sold my first painting, the one in the woods that I did. $80 (my mom counts, right ??)
  3. Haha they are fighting over the internet ?
  4. @electroBeam or one side, bent just right.
  5. @SirVladimir stop trying to make me cry ? Nah, never stop. ? @Dodo go to work ?
  6. I did dream last night. About Scott, who was my best friend in kindergarten through fifth grade, and then ghosted me from the whole group when a new kid showed up. (that all happened supposedly in the past of this particular dream of continuity.) I dream about Scott and the new kid, Matthew, often. Here and in many of my dreams, I have forgiven all of them. In some of my dreams of them, they are even nice to me. In some, they try and disclude me any chance they get, more akin to how things transpired in this dream of continuity. Anyway, I don't remember what we were doing. I'm writing this now at night, like a dummy.
  7. Haha you must know me or something ?? Also thanks to @SirVladimir for the inspiration in wording this post. His book is awesome and he's much better at the fourth wall speech than I.
  8. I love conspiracy theories. My husband and I have been listening to coast to coast (or anything Art Bell related) for 10 years, nearly every night. He loves it and I've come to appreciate the funness of the conspiracy theories. (that being said I don't really listen to it any more, I try and tune it out as often as possible.) What many people may not realise is that Art Bell and George Noory frequently state that they aren't asking people to believe any of it, but that they are simply giving people a place to tell their stories, and the listeners are free to believe or not. So then it's not so radical to enjoy hearing them without really believing them. But as far as your dream goes... I'm curious about this archetypal "empire/rebellion" storyline which keeps popping up in various dreams. Sometimes that empire is disguised as a type of enslavement, sometimes being enslaved in one's own mind... (gasp) (star wars, the matrix, haggling with someone at the market ?) ? I like how you avoided the void. You just wanted to keep dreaming! Nothing wrong with that at all. I don't blame you, lucid dreams are very fun, and a complete change can be infinitely scary. Im not sure what I would have done in the situation, but of course that's silly to say... ? This is how silly a dreaming mind can be, even a lucid one... If only you had remembered that you can hold someone in your senses without seeing them or hearing their voice, your friend wouldn't have passed into the void and come back changed. Perhaps if this scenario manifests again, remember that you can hear them walking behind you, and smell their cologne, feel their presence, and taste the pheromones. Then next time you may not lose your friend. Happy dreaming ?? Oh and I like the idea of promoting more excellency in this forum. That's exactly what is needed. Just putting a little fertiliser on the roses... ?
  9. 1.What where you doing before the thread was opened? Anything important? I was watching a movie. Today is Thanksgiving and we had a very small family gathering at my mother in law's. Afterwards, I came home, took a nap, and then got up and watched a movie. 2. How did you get there? As far as watching a movie, I got out of bed to let the dogs out, and turned on the TV. 3. Do you really know if you were doing anything before opening this thread? I'm here right now, at least. Regarding right now, all those events are memories. There is nothing concrete to document any of it. What memory states can never truly be what happened, and memory is always strange. I'm here now, I guess. 4. If applicable, what did you block out to focus on the check in? Well now I'm taking a bath and focused on the music rather than the running water. 5. Am I dreaming? perhaps I AM. what's a dream anyway, but a word and concept... a dream..
  10. So is everyone looking forward to year one?
  11. Thanksgiving is a great tradition because it reminds us to practice gratitude. This being the week of thanksgiving, why don't we share a few things for which we are grateful. 1: this forum. Thank you to leo for providing such an open minded and open hearted forum - - a true melting pot of seekers from all walks of life and the full spectrum of development. I'm also grateful for all the beautiful souls I would have otherwise never met. 2. I'm grateful that coronavirus has of yet not come my way. My business is also thriving amidst all this. 3. I'm grateful that I no longer have to call trump my acting President after January. 3. Thanks to Love itself for guiding me through this crazy wild ride. 4. And for my friends and family, who put up with me ?
  12. @abrakamowse Thank you!! @Arzola ? @Rilles LOL?
  13. @Rilles no but I'll def watch the video and see. Thank you! @Natasha thank you! Still not finished of course ? this one is taking forever ?
  14. Math problems do get solved all the time, at exactly the rate they do. Why disrupt that?
  15. @Forestluv I should clarify I wasnt necessarily calling him pretentious. It was just satire on all the wise ones who try so hard to put a fire under my lazy ass. Like rebelling in class. And if they wish to ascend and leave me in peace at the stroke of midnight Jan 1st, I'm ok with that ? But no his manic energy is a total turn off for me, although some good sense of humour here and there @Pookie ????
  16. Or both? ?‍♂️ The dream of consistency and solidity could feel like a hundred years,( or more or less) with other dreams happening all the time, many of which we call night dreams. We have proved that there can be dreams within dreams, so that shouldn't be too hard to take in... Kind of makes sense in this context when leo says you were never born.... We don't remember a birth because dream awareness tends to develop later. This happens in night dreams too... We feel dropped into a dream, never really knowing a beginning besides ones we imagine. That is, except for WILD/Astral projection. Then again they say you should try and retain a string of awareness through 'death' and that WILDING is merely practice. ? Heh sorry I won't keep spreading misinformation... I just liked the fan theory and wanted to flesh it out. Don't mind me.
  17. @electroBeam you could be dreaming, better check.
