Hard pass

@Harikrishnan I'm working on your script now... Or at least I think I am... We'll see how it pans out ?♂️ Here is my most recent guided journey. It's an exciting trek through a South American jungle on the way to a hidden temple. Enjoy ?

Yes!!!! Thanks universe!! And @Muhammad Jawad ? -
@SamC oh.. Who knows? 1-2 years? In a way I was always authentic, because I was authentically NOT being myself. So the word gets kind of tricky. The point is, you just have to drop all pretenses and act from your heart. Stop trying to be cool. Just be cool. And maybe no one else will think you are cool, or maybe they will finally see how cool you really are.
-
The only thing wrong with you is the 'clothes' you put on to impress people. And even that's not really wrong, just changes the experience to one of not authentic to yourself. And even clothes can be useful. But maybe if you could see it as a costume instead of your clothing , you wouldn't be so tied down to the identity you've created around yourself.

I can't not give credit to life for putting me through a type of hell I either had to crawl my way out of kicking and screaming, or just go ahead and just off myself. So it became integral to find the wellspring of self love within. You have to dig deep and pull it out. And reading the book of not knowing will help you to break down all the social programming that has been diluting your inner shine.

Even before I found this forum, or got into serious self development, I had a strong realization that I no longer knew who I was anymore. I could see that when I live with someone long enough, I tend to soak up their personality traits as my own, and after so long I can't even remember if I've always been certain ways or if it's because I'm leeching on other's personalities. I remembered being such a bright, shining kid and something went horribly wrong along the way. So then it was a long road to finding my authentic self again. Have you read the book of not knowing? If not, at least check out the book study I began in the journals forum. When you are living from your authentic self, you will never have the question 'who am I really?' because, you're you, silly. And I'm not trying to speak within framework of enlightenment here, just simple laymen's wisdom.

OK cool. I can still make some small changes if you see fit.

I just realised you meant copycat haha

Well, you said no cats ?♂️ ???

@Hulia did you enjoy this journey more?
-
Well, does that make you feel connected? But I only meant that I feed off of praise, constructive criticism, and people sharing the experiences they had with my art. I'm like really hungry for it. It could be totally egotistical, but whatever, doesn't bother me. I don't want a penny for the work, just connection.
-
@tsuki I agree... Let's see how this next one goes and see if it addresses any of that.
-
@tsuki @tsuki@t@ Thank you for the feedback! I think the main issue in breaking the chain was that the voice was not clear enough - - this was not a path of physical strength but one of inner strength, although I did want to leave it open for interpretation. Yes one of the challenges has been finding the right balance of guiding the story along while giving enough freedom to explore. Though, please keep in mind that this is a guided journey, and unlike many guided visualizations it does follow a structured narrative. My next one will be taking us to a south American jungle, and I hope I can strike that balance a bit better, although I can tell you right now if you don't follow the narrators instructions at a crucial point, the rest of the journey won't have the same impact. (the voice is your friend, don't you trust it? ?) Please check it out when it's finished and let me know what you think.

@Hulia hope it helps ? -
Hello there, are you looking for a bit more pep in your step before beginning your workday? Well look no further, this 20 minute warmup will prime you with motivation and laser sharp focus before starting your day.
-
@tsuki thank you so much!! It was a work of passion. I'm so glad you liked it... Do you think I could have done something differently to avoid the desynchronization?
-
@captainamerica here ya go. Headphones are recommended. In the comments on the youtube page, you will find a timestamp to skip directly to the pre-work warmup. @Michael569 I think you'll like this one too. Definitely applies to LP.
-
I created this guided visualization / guided journey with the intention of invoking the crying response. Of course you'll have to make it to the end to see if if works ? it is targeted towards, and I think enjoyable to, the kids in all of us.
-
I like to feel connected ? so, I figured, instead of sitting around wishing for that to happen...
-
@captainamerica ok:)
-
Hmm... How about a daily 10 minute warm up. You listen into the morning before diving in for the day, and it gets you in the mood and motivated to set aside an amount of time of your choosing, and to focus laser sharp on your work and the ability to juggle and multitask if that is what the day requires. Thanks for the idea, I'm working on my next guided journey script but maybe I can squeeze this short project in.
-
I feel like this is a really special idea.. I love doing spiritual exercises (workouts)... Would just have to think of how to do this one.... Do you specifically want to be hypnotised to stay focused with juggling projects for 8 hours a day? And the rest is time for yourself?
-
@Hulia that was crazy dream! Just how I like them ?
