its awesome... you have to be a little open minded and give him time in his articles to show where he's going with the interpretation. Look through the archives there's lots and lots of topics -

No they love themselves. They love what they see in themselves through you. So it really comes down to how much they love themselves, and if that is unconditional or not. -

yes we often use code words or analogies to explain the unexplainable, and usually we use ones that mean something to us personally, but does not always translate to others. The Bible really is amazing. There used to be an awesome website that explained the entire bible as being an allegory for enlightenment, but unfortunately it is no longer accessible. The person who owned the site is writing a book though, so I'm really looking forward to that. Edit: its back! check out www.spiritofthescripture.com i think you will love it! -

Hi sorry, did you mean that towards me? I didn't mean to tag you in that first part.... stupid phone bug My reply to you was meant to be the second part of post, sorry -
@winterknight I get what you are saying. and if I could give up my worldly possessions and live on the land and the good graces of other people, or join a monastery, or something similar, this would make perfect sense. But most of my procrastination stems from things that I don't have a choice in doing- like paying bills, housework, things that NEED to be done at the business, and things that I fear to do. Of course I could say that I don't want to do those things, but then my life would unravel around me. Personally I'd be ok with it, but there are too many people that depend on me to just stop doing these things that I procrastinate on. So IMO I feel like this advice is only suited towards certain lifestyles...

Haha maybe so.. Oh the strange loop of my story was that the androids find a way to manufacture organic matter and 3d print a whole new universe. They create a biocomputer which can reproduce and they put it into a 3d printed human body, based from DNA sample of their creators... They create mankind who in turn one day recreate themselves as androids. A neverending cycle of organic / artificial creation and no one knows when and how it began. This synchronicity should be blowing my mind but honestly at this point I'm not that surprised.... -

@Inliytened1 @Shadowraix I don't see how that negates my question though. I'm not talking about totality. I'm talking about within the dream, where I live as billions of people (and literally everything else) and interact with myself in infinite ways. Just for the sake of unraveling this dream, and the many ways it manifests within this formless Conscious mind that is myself, I am asking about what is happening within THIS for sake of curiosity. So to say an illusionary consciousness is or is not above this illusionary conscious which is called 'seeking _brilliance' is talking about myself, about myself, to myself. I understand that any heiarchy is an illusion and meaningless. Still fun to talk about. This lends to more available experiences to be had. I could have a low consciousness experience, or one of a mighty God, and still say that it's all within MY dream. I AM knowing myself in so many exciting ways. THIS IS eternity, might as well relax and enjoy it right? -

Haha I loved it. You have no idea how close that is to a story idea I had, and the main characters name was Clay! Although in my story it was our AI Android offspring which rose up after the demise of humans and created their own new universe with Clay as the leader so he basically becomes God. -

Ok, thanks... That's what I figured. Yes I went through a whole episode of realizing I'm Jesus and that I had always been praying to myself.. Haha that was fun. (and no it wasn't a psychotic break although it sounds like it ?) -

@Aaron p I loved your response. I was raised missionary Baptist and my dad was a preacher and missionary. I agree with everything you said but can we discuss why there is such an emphasis in Christianity on being the son of God instead of just becoming God? Is it just choice of words to match the understanding of the time? -

Oh stop with your incest projections, ? Talking about the Self, manifested and unmanifested. The unmanifested is the father, or the mind (wait is that a manifestation?) in which all manifestation appears. Not sure why it says whom the All lacks. Probably taking about ignorance. I would love your interpretation on any passages I have posted. Most are in second post -

Gospel of Truth And as for him (the father, God) , them (his children) he found in himself, and him they found in themselves, that illimitable, inconceivable one, that perfect Father who made the all, in whom the All is, and whom the All lacks, -

I think its closer to 100 to 200 years before psychedelics are released back to the public. Don't underestimate the dying off of a generation or two -

Haha might have had a little smoke and it's got me forward thinking... It is fun to think of the evolution of our species and society though -

@DrewNows there will be exquisite art and wonderful entertainment but what I mean is that by this time I think this cornicopia of entertainment we are presented with will no longer serve us and everything will be much more like -minded (especially with telepathy) and centered around this very evolved civilization. The days of Buffy the vampire slayer, the avengers, and dance moms is long gone by now.... By this time everything will have been done. The entertainment industry is still a newborn and we are already running out of ideas. I think by this time we will be much more interested in virtual entertainment which will be fully immersive. Might have even outgrown that by then. -
seeking_brilliance replied to DrewNows's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yep makes sense. This of course is way down the line of evolution so there are people who would be highly offended by this lol. Very radical thinking. Although I do lament for this society a bit because there will probably be very little in terms of entertainment. They won't miss it of course but our evolution of entertainment is very precious to me. Such a burst of art and creativity and pure shit. Enjoy it while it lasts! -

@DrewNows makes me wish I (as seeking_brilliance) could live again to see this take place. Obviously I will be there but without the memory bank of seeking_brilliance, I feel like I'm missing out too a bit. I'll settle for DrewNows memory bank if I have to... ? -

@DrewNows maybe we could let them pick their own names. They may even choose not to. I feel like the naming tradition is one of the anchors of self deception -
