Sorry, I misinterpreted what you meant. I thought you meant you were having a possibly lucid dream but was doubting whether you were lucid or just thinking you were lucid... This sounds a bit different than a fully blown lucid dream. Perhaps some kind of WILDING, but without actually fully stepping into the dreamworld. When you step into the dream world from an awake state, it is absolutely unmistakable. It will look like real life, but possibly even more high-def. You need a reminder talisman. It can be a coin or small figurine in your pocket that every time you feel it beat against your leg, you do an RC. Another great reminder I've heard of is every time you see the sky, do a R.C. This is helpful because you will often see the sky in your dream. This worked for me, but in a goofy way. My dream had no sky, it was inside a building. But a dream character told me to call him Lord Skye. He even spelled it out for me, but I never got it during the dream. After I woke up I was like.... DOH!!!!

what do you mean by this? Perhaps in these dreams you are just dreaming of being lucid? there is a difference... B6, HTP and choline are great for vividness. Galatamine works great for WBTB technique, its increases vividness and clarity of thought, increasing chances of becoming lucid. But it can make you wired and possibly not able to go back to sleep. And my go-to RC is counting fingers. Usually I will have 6 or 7, and some will be half length or too long

Yes this is how it is supposed to be. Deep in sleep is usually dreamless anyway... But if it is not vivid enough there are supplements to help with that, and otherwise its just about building up dream consciousness and more experience with lucid dreaming. How am I lucky? I went to hell and crawled myself out. I don't feel that lucky, but in a way I guess I could be.

I'm still in suffering. But I can name you almost every thing in my life causing it. I have done a lot of work bringing these unconscious sufferings to the surface. EVERY SINGLE ONE at the moment has to do with my career, but unfortunately without leaving my husband I have no way out of it, because we own a business together. So the only way through this is surrendering and acceptance. At the same time, I can see that all of my suffering in self-inflicted, although in the case of my business, its a bit more complicated than that. Guess what? I'm still happy. Don't assume that everyone is playing a mental denial game for happiness.

oh ok, well I had asked you to share with us what is causing your present suffering? Bad job? no girlfriend? Hate your parents? what is it? I want all the juicy details

You are suffering because someone assaulted you in the past? Have you not physically healed? How is that causing present day suffering?

Are you saying you woke up easily. Lucid dreaming usually happens outside of deep sleep. It takes practice not to wake up

It's completely sick. (To some perspectives). To some perspectives it's not sick at all to butcher a cow which at least 25% of the meat in stores (overall) go expired. Or not evil to mindlessly go through a 24 pack of water bottles per week. Who cares where all that plastic ends up? Out of sight, out of mind. You are trying too hard to grasp what God is. You won't justify any of the world's injustices by asking why. Instead, surrender and it will be presented to you. (or the question falls away either way you will be satisfied) Can you share what it is that is causing you so much suffering? Serious hardships in life? What's going on?

and that's why "you" don't have full power. Think about it. What if it was given to a bratty 15 year old? Suicide rates would be much higher than normal.

Weed will make many of these apparent, so write them down as they come. Then face them. Face them any way you can, whether by real life experience, or dreaming, or rehearsal visualisations. The more you face them, the more they will relax and your unconscious behaviors will align with your best intentions.

I'm not sure which DMT containing plants are found around the middle east... I'm sure there are though. Mother nature kind of spread everything around for us.
