  1. @St Clair +1 for corea can't go wrong with jazz was listening to this album earlier today mostly instrumental `` [lyrics @: 8. Fools No Rules feat. Segawa Tatsuya 19:58 10. South Side feat. Shing02 24:02 13. Posse feat. Segawa Tatsuya 33:40] but imo the best music for "inspiring enlightenment" has no lyrics merely the howling of the wind does it for me n̻̖͈̖̦ͧ͛̏̓ͨa͚̘͈̫͕̺̠͓͔̲͙̼̤̹ͦ̆ͤͩ̄̿ͤͭm͉̘̞͔̩̫̦̊ͣ͋̽ä̯̞̦͙̖̩͚̲̣̺̮̹̘̠̠̠̞͕͒ͭ̍̇͐̿̅̎̚ͅś̩̹̠̦̩̬͓̹͍͈͚̓ͦ̇̈̽ͦͭ͆͑t͖̤̫̘̠̳ͦ͛̂͋̈̀ͣ̾͗̄ͫ͒̃ͧͧ̀̚̚ͅe̻̞̰̟̻̔́̎ͯ͛̈́͛̍̉̿ -yawning gap
  2. thanks for sharing this @Jack River and thank you @Faceless! what is conveyed here is huge, and impressively concise it only seems appropriate these hieroglyphic teachings of "faceless" would not be shared by himself @Mikael89 it helps to not interpret these writings in a strictly literal sense, for they are but indications or conveyance of concept words are but tools here, offering a picture of the indescribable is not a simple task can one exactly measure the immeasurable? n͔̤̰͈͓̣̻̩͆ͩͤ̈́a̻̜̲̹̬̒̐ͧ̓͛͆ͨͯ̎ͩ̅͒̌ͫ̋̆ͪ̚m̪͎̺͉̭̥͔͉̱͙̜ͦ̓ͫ̏ͮ̈́͐ͭ̃̚ͅa͉̣̩̥͚̮̠̤̤͆̏͗́ͥ̀̓͐̃̋̉̑̑͗̄̓ͬ̚s͕͕̣̞͙̬͕̞̳̜͔̮͓̰̖̱̎̓ͫ̏̆ͬͯ̋̒̃́ͅt̪̲̗̻̯̦̭̥̻͔̳̋͑̍̌̈́ͮ̉ͩ̽̃̍̿͋̇ͣĕ̥̖̫̙͚̝̎ͥ̽̈̽͆̽̋̐͑̈́̓̚̚ - yawning gap

  4. i have noticed this as well, at times it can "sound" like both violet noise and a high pitched continual ringing it could very well merely be functions in the body newly brought to awareness, such as: could be, manifestation and experience could just as well be responsible for that "vibration" n̥̰̖̯̝̰̲͉͇̗͔̖̱͍̙̰͙̟͊ͫ̌̈̌̓̃ͬ̂̐͛ͨ̃a̙̦̺̜̯̹̦̰͍̩̟̯̼̎̈́ͥ̏ͅm̘̺͙̩͎̻̫ͭ̄̍̍̈́ͭͦ̔̏̒̎ͯ̈́̇͂̉̄̚å̰͓̩̗̝̱͙̺̞̌ͣ̓̀̓̃ͨ̍̎ͥ͋̎̾̚̚̚s̫̘͚͖͍̯̠͖̹̝̦̼̣͍͖̠̝̖ͧ͊ͪ̒̍̇́͗̌̏̽ṱ̣͔̱̗̜͎̙̺̟͈̬ͮ͐̆̍ͥ̾̓͆̇̽̀̓ͅe͙̭̞̭̪̙̼̮̗̲̮̰̭̝̬͉̮̓̽̆͑̂ͩ̓̍ͮͦ̐ͫ - yawning gap
  5. if you are referring to suicide, this is the opposite of which you seek, it would mean to forfeit the journey you have already made so much progress on. it is an act of senseless violence that causes nothing but despair. not only that, it would set humanity back and add to the tragedy and misery that impede the growth of many. this i have seen firsthand on far too many accounts. the preparations have already been made if it is a practice or task you are looking for... it is coming to terms with or realizing these preparations via expansion of awareness and being the appropriate approach to take is completely up to you and what fits your situation, there are many directions at that, most of which involve the cultivation of mindfulness. you are in the right place. just know you are already on the path ṅ̠̦͓͖̝͓͇̙͇̓ͨ͌͐ͭa̰͈̲̖̱͖͗͗̓͂̑̋̃̅̋͑͛̈́̔͐͋͑̑̚̚m̜͙̹̲͉̜͉̹͎͔̼̬̯̪̣̑̆ͮͯ̽͐̍͊ͮ͊͒ͅͅa̦͖͚̖̺̲̯̲͋ͭ̿̚ṣ̮͙͇̹̖̲̳̞͉͎͕͖̅̐̃́̄̀̓ͩͧ̎͒͋ͬ͐̿́̓͛͗t̺̦͇͉͇͚̖͆́ͩ̆ͨ̿̄͆ͫͣe̤̥̘̲̺̳̫̲͔̫̻̺̱̺̯ͯ̇̀̊̔ͬͤͧ͊̔ͦͪ - yawning gap

  7. you are most welcome! yes, be as gentle as nature is! it is a wonderful thing, you are on the path - yawning gap
  8. being mindful or aware is just recognizing where your attention is, study as you normally would and whenever feelings of frustration, boredom, or anger come up just notice how your attention shifts from your studies to these thoughts/ feelings. by doing this whenever a distraction comes up it can be more of an opportunity to practice mindfulness by tracking your attention and a great way to integrate awareness/mindfulness into your studies or anything else. allow yourself to just momentarily recognize where your attention is when it drifts from studying, and then guide it back to what you wish to accomplish. i know this doesn't really address the content of your studies, but if you can, try to offset the the time you take studying material for school with some time spent learning about other things you are interested in. this way you can sort of reward yourself for being diligent in your uni studies, and hopefully prevent some distraction as well. hope that helps - yawning gap
