@Jack River @Jack River I know enlightenment is real cause I have tasted it. Just not the whole shabang, Ive had a kundalini awakening, just have some questions on the whole real thing, ive only been mediating/inquiring for a year with some pretty good results.

Oh they are potent alright, I was sitting about 2-3 months ago for over 2 hours when suddenly it felt like fire or energy was shootinng out of the top of my head, for 1-2 minutes, it was fucking crazy, so crazy that I don't question enlightenment anymore! Shits real!

This happens to me all the time, I did a strong determination sit about 2-3 months ago & it felt like fire or energy was shooting out of the top of my head, the middle of my forhead has been pulsating ever since, it comes & goes, it doesn't hurt just feels funny & kind of annoying. Apparently it's a sign of kundalini awakening or 3rd eye opening up, congrats! Good luck finding any info on this no one seems to have a great answer on the topic I've already asked on the same thread ? & as far as people saying this is bad The Buddha also didn't know what he was getting himself into & he still became enlightened?‍♂️

From what I've gathered on SDS sits the origin is from Japan more or less, so I'm sure there are Japanese masters like the marathon monks of mt. Heya. I just don't know who they are, some people who are enlightened choose not to say to much about it unlike other Gurus/ yogi's

This has happened to me a 1/2 a dozen times now, I've heard this is the kudalinni starting to awaken, so my question is what do I do when this happens, just keep inquiring? after about 3-5 minutes of the spinning it starts to get a little scary. Anyone out there have legit info on this topic???????

I've had this before 3-4 times, each time I try to let it happen a little longer, is this more kundalini waking up? or the beginning stage of enlightenment? Either way it's scary as fuck & when I opened my eyes this time from it every was wavy for a few mintutes, Anyone have info on this??? It's like I'm sitting there & everything is spinning counter clock wise I let it go for probably 3-4 minutes then it started freaking me out. @Leo Gura

@Mu_ I feel like I have some major ego back lash, I battle w/ anxiety that's how I got into this work, sleep has become a problem, ego is holding for dear life, it knows I am making major breakthroughs & aha moments as of late. Ego/anxiety can keep me up late buts its kind of fine, I just inquire the whole time, it's kind of going against Itself.

@MiracleMan in one year I'm pretty sure I've made more progress than some people that have been doing this shit for Decades, Leo, shinzen young, adyahsnti, the Buddha, and many other gurus I've listened to to have helped me on this journey & yes! I have had the feeling like im a giant feeling a few times when I stand up after meditation as well, this shit is nuts! 3 weeks ago it felt like I had evergy or fire shooting out of the top of my head crown chakra opening the fuck up! ??
