@Elysian my 3rd eye has been pulsating ever since & sometimes I have crazy energy at night kinda like anxiety, I just can't sleep, like pins & needles all over my body. Weird. I've chosen not to eat meat as much anymore either, I was always a big meat guy but i now have no intrest anymore.?‍♂️

@who chit thank you, it seemed like it was a minute or 2 of Enlightenment, I was just sitting there smiling like an idiot. So basically it was like a taste? It was soo wild, I never would have believed this shit if it didn't happen to me.

About 3 months ago my crown shakra opened up & it felt fucking energy was pouring out of my head during an strong determination sit about a foot over my head, it was absolutely the craziest 2 minutes of my life, I asked on here what the hell was it, the only person to give me a logical clear answer was Leo, he said it's a "kundalini awakening" still not sure what the fuck this exactly means, no one seems to wanna give me any good info of the subject, thank you for sharing, I feel you're pain?

I feel like some people think they are the same thing & some people act as if it's a stage prior to enlightenment? So what is the difference people? Or are they the same?????

I've talked to about 3 mental health therapist all 3 really didn't even know much about enlightenment, this dawned on me more & more rescently that they probably would be out of jobs if all of humanity were enlightened. Almost like it's the biggest conspiracy of mankind, crazy...

I had one about 3-4 months ago, it felt like energy was shooting out of the my crown shakes during a sds sit? But now what does this mean exactly? Also when I self inquire I sometimes spin like crazy counter clock wise, it gets a little scary after a few minutes, can anyone give me some legit info of this stuff, please no hog wash today.

@Rilles @Rilles I thought it was was that you know of the truth of " no self" & that you are a seeker (awakening) that is, or maybe you have had some enlightenment experiences & then enlightenment was full blown ego death.

@Aimblack like I was saying still a majority of them would still remain jobless & if they were truly enlightend how could they be bad like that with "no self" ? I've heard of this before who were the masters? & were they truly enlightened???

@Serotoninluv exactly ??? also this question has been killing me, what's the difference between be awakened or enlightenment? I feel like some people think they are the same thing & some people use different meanings. I've had a kundalini awakening experience (it was wild) but I sure as shit am not enlightened.

@Serotoninluv I'm sure there would still be some therapy still, but I'm saying a majority of them would be jobless, like 80-90%

Maybe after 30 years of mantra mediation you could become enlightened at @ after 1/2 hour a day, gotta do "self inquire" or do "sds sits"or "do nothing technique"

@Shin @Shin my 3rd eye has been pulsating like crazy, also I feel like I have to tingling sensations throughout my body at times & sometimes I can't get to sleep cause those tingling feelings or energy keep me awake, other than that nothing's changed ?

About 3 months ago I was doing an SDS sit accompanying it with self inquiry at the same time when bam! (After about 2 hours) All of a sudden out of no where it felt like fire or energy was shooting out of the top of my crown shakra for about 2 minutes, prior to this point I was still hesitant or questioning if this enlightenment thing was real. Well not anymore! Only problem is I didn't have any insights during this time just the energy shooting out of the top of my head, I thought maybe I was enlightened so I just got up, the ego popped up shortly after & I realized it wasn't the whole Shabang but it was something? But what was it exactly? anyone heard of this before???? Anyone??? Only one who's offerd me any help on this one is leo? Please give me some real advice guys, no mistacsim or stupid remarkes, I've only been involved with stuff for a year & have many questions still.?

@Hellspeed when I do self inquiry I spin like crazy why? i did an sds sit 2-3 months ago & had an awakening felt like fire or energy was shooting out of th top of my head why? if you know about dark night of the soul can you still go through it? when you become fully enlightened what happens or what does it feel like? Can you still go to work & function?

@Hellspeed nickely said, what's the biggest difference between kundalini awakenings & full blown enlightenment where is the line drawn aside from the ego dying over time?
